I am writing to update this review. It was suppose to be a one-star review for Rooter-Man in Kona, not Roto-Rooter (who I have not worked with).

Why would a reputable nationally recognized business like Roto-Rooter post a bogus business address? Their posted address is where King Kamehameha Hotel is located. Obviously not a plumbing business address.

I called Rooter Man and receptionist said someone will call me. I waited 3 hrs. At 6:30pm I called Roto-Rooter Kailua- Kona and Steve called me and was there 1 1/2 hr. I received excellent professional service. Not impressed with Rooter Man.

Mahalo Nui Eric! he was awesome and knowledgeable. He quickly went into action to clean the clogged drain and explained how and what steps he took to fix the problem. we are very happy with his work, and will recommend to everyone we know.
