I had great service in getting David to unclog my toilet lines last Saturday. He thoroughly snaked all the lines as well as the main 4 inch line to insure there were no other plugs in the side lines. Ray's team of expert technicians have always been there to save my neck when a resident called in to report a drain stoppage in an apartment or on the building premises. The guys do a lot more than clear drains; they have a strong knowledge of water supply, venting, and drainage systems for all property types and scale.

The best example on how to interact with new customers!!! He asked what was wrong, inspected the whole system. He made his recommendation and completed the task per our agreement. He provided extra added value, like replacing all of the washer seals to eliminate any possible leaks in the system. Great job!!

If I could give 0 stars to this garbage of excuse of a company pretending to be a reputable plumbing company. I scheduled a service two days prior to the actual service. On the day of the time agreed upon, I followed up with the plumber who informed me that I was never scheduled. I have waited all day for this plumber through the original 12-3 window and now they want to offer me a 4-6 window. Do they expect me to sit at home for 6 hours and just wait in my day off? I attempted to speak to a supervisor after hearing about the delay and the numbers listed on the website only connected me to either a answering machine or ""answering service"" that repeatedly offer to ""take a message"".

I extremely unhappy with this outcome. There are a number of local plumbers that deserve your service more than this company. Plus marketing budget is definitely factored into your plumbing bill.

Save your self some time and have peace of mind by going with an honest local plumber and don't feed into this corporate plumbing abomination.

Needed an emergency installation/repair on my shower head and faucet that was in perma-leak mode. Roto Rooter were the only plumbers that would come out after 5pm, assess and fix. Mike, our plumber, was punctual and professional.

My shower will not drain due to a hair clog (we've got three girls here). Roto rooter estimated $380 to fix it (simply needs a snake). I've met with 4 other plumbers in SF and the highest I got was $200. Going with someone for $150. I'm not sure why the plumber that came from roto rooter gave me such a high estimate, so I called to let them know the situation and they were pretty rude and not appreciative of my inquiry/ helpful info. Therefore I do not recommend SF roto rooter when there are way cheaper and kinder plumbers in the bay area.
