First of all they are not open 24 hrs, only 8am to 6pm. rest of the time its their answering service. I scheduled plumbing help with them and was SHOCKED beyond belief how horrible and bad their service is. They confirmed the time to me. I kept in constant touch, they first told him a little later than 12pm. I left work to go wait for them outside my rental apt. No one showed up till 2:30pm when I called it was after 4pm, at 3;30pm, it was little after 5 pm. After calling at 5:30pm they said, will call on the way. Then by 6:15pm no one showed and their answering service started pickingup. No one showed up 7 hours !! and never had intention to. They wasted my time with major inconvenience. After this horrible experience, I will never recommend anyone to call this horrible service.

We've been plagued with the inability to use our toilets, sinks, water, because of the damage that occurred from overflooding, busted pipes, and drain disasters. After getting the workaround from other Orange County plumbing companies, Efrain on the same day as his assessment not only fixed the issues at hand, but proceeded to educate us on the ins and outs of our home's piping, and left the home and our hearts in a condition far better, improved, and empowered, all within the same 60 minute on-site field dispatch. There are many specialists and educators I am sure out there at different agencies, but Efrain is one in a million. You don't get service providers like Efrain nowadays, that comes with passion, attention to your needs & details, and leaves you with a solution and a plan of action, instead of first a bill or a feeling like you suck because you didn't do ""X, Y, or Z"" correctly! Efrain - thank you so much. We were blessed to get you and looking forward to having you handle all of our future queries. If you're not the model field specialist at Roto Rooter, I challenge the next field tech to even be able to do a fraction of the things you achieved with us on your brief, and 1st time visit at our home.

I'm honestly a bit shocked by the low ratings and reviews for Roto-Rooter on Yelp, as my experience this week has been terrific with Jesse helping me out with a rather stressful post-General Contractor remodeling project I did to two of my bathrooms.

Jesse was quick to fix everything within an hour to an hour and a half and was very responsive with arrival time, etc. Above and beyond all else, he provided me with verbal assurance and validation for my concerns over the various fixes I needed. For once, I felt heard by a plumber, which is very rare in this day in age. I appreciated that Jesse did a 20 to 30-minute long phone consult on the Friday before we rescheduled to Monday due to a prior project going overtime. He walked me through potential problems and how he would likely address them as well as make a mental note of what tools he would possibly need to bring. Turns out all three of my fixes from my rain shower head to toilet button to my shower accessory control face were not as bad off as I had thought.

Again, thank you for the stellar customer service and quick and painless fix, Jesse! This was $440 well spent.

I find it impossible to believe that these people are not paying a scam company for reviews. There is no possible way they have a legitimate 4.8 stars. Beware. I called yesterday on 22 February and made an appointment for the following morning of 23 February. This was to be at 0900. As the time neared, I called to verify. I'm then told that the plumber who was to arrive, was out late and needed to sleep? They Saud he'd now arrive at 2pm. Well, 2pm came & went. I called. Then they said it's now 4 to 6 pm. Again, no call, no show. I call again, it's now 8pm. Again, nothing but excuses. Then, the plumber calls, not the dispatch and says I'm 1 hour away. Guess what? No dhow. It's now 9pm. I call again, I'm told the tech or plumber will call me right back. Think they called? Nope. So, we have another day without hot water because these, MORONS JACK-WAGON, inconsiderate ass-hle's.. decide they're too big to mess with. They picked the wrong guy. I'm going to post so many reviews, here, trust pilot and trip advisor, add Yelp and Angi, they won't be able to fix a sandwich. I'll begin with the BBB. I'm sending a bill for my lost wages for the day. When they don't pay, I'll see in small claims court. Win or lose, it'll cost them money. Anyway, what kind of morons are these? I'm of course, never calling this fkrs' again. In the meantime, we gave about 11 profiles. We will all post in all forums, just to give them the big middle finger. I'll update when I'm done screwing them over. They dud me, now, it's my turn. DO NOT USE THESE FOOLS, YOU'LL REGRET IT.

We had a toilet emergency so I reached out since they advertise 24/7 services. The person said they couldn't get someone out until the next day. I booked a time frame of 12-5 and took time off of work to accommodate this long time window. They missed my time frame of 12-5 by several hours. Finally at 7:30 pm I called and they said they'll send someone out shortly. I called again at 8:30 pm and they said oh sorry a technician just started another job so hopefully they'll have someone here by 10 pm. By the way as I'm writing this still no one has shown up. Avoid this place if you can, there are a ton of better businesses out there with better service and integrity than this place. I won't be reaching out again and will tell friends and family to avoid.

My tenant called them for a main line back up. The technician got on the phone and quoted me $759 to do a clean out via the Toilet drain. BUT they didn't have any wax rings to put on, and didn't know if they can place it back on (not sure what he was explaining).
Basically over charging for service, because people dont know pricing.
I passed on this. Called around got quotes from $140-450 on average.
Lesson, call around and ask for estimates.

We had a bad sink clog in the service bathroom at our business. I called the Roto Rooter reception up and they guys came out within an hour or so, inspected the job, gave me a quote and were super professional. It was about $25 less than I was willing to spend. Within an hour the sink was clear. I am super happy with the work. One less pain in the ass in my day.

I have used Roto-Rooter Plumbing at 3840 Bayshore Blvd in Brisbane several times within the last 8 months for issues of a leaking kitchen sink, gas appliance installation and hookup, relocation of gas shutoff valve for a new gas dryer and just recently a service call for a clogged/blocked pipe.
They arrived within the time limit the office told me. Their field inspectors/plumbers (Jesse & David) immediately recognized the problem(s) and within a short time the issues were taken care of. They both explained what needed to be done and why.
I am more than satisfied with this particular business and already recommended them.
Both these gentlemen arrived on time, were friendly and polite and I now feel more secure and confident knowing that they will answer my call if/when needed. Thank you Jesse, David, Ray and office staff.

I called for a simple bathroom sink snake when they got to property they said it would be $550!!!!! I've been a property manager for years and have never been quoted such a crazy price. I told them it shouldn't be more than $150 at the most. The service tech called the manager and got the $150 suddenly approved. I will definitely never call them again.

On 12-23 I called Roto Rooter to unblock a kitchen sink drain. The technician arrived later that morning, said it would cost $405.00, and asked where the clean-out was. The first thing he did was to break off the clean-out to inside the wall of the house. After cleaning out the line he asked for a rag to stuff in the wall of the house. He showed absolutely no concern about what he had done. The technician for the video inspection, recommended by the first technician and costing $105.00, came out on 12-26. I asked for a report and a copy of the video to be sent to my email address. He said ""his boss"" would come out on 12-27, around noon, to trace where the kitchen drain line joined the main sewer ( that roto rooter lined in 2018). I never received a report or a copy of the video and ""his boss"" never came at noon. I wrote a complaint to Roto Rooter and on 1-6 received an anonymous voicemail from somebody at Roto Rooter to call a number. The person who answered was able to put a name to the caller from my invoice number and said he would call me later that day. True to Roto Rooter form, I am still waiting for that call.
