I gave 2 stars because the tech was thorough but darn 20 mins of snake here and gone a whopping 250.00. I wish I made 750.00 an hour. And I'm a chef!!!!! The reason why I'm really pissed is they gave no idea of the starting price and when I asked the head honcho if I could use the 40 dollar coupon. I was told I had to do this before paying. Sooooooo all u people out there if you use them print coupon before and give it to the tech before signing. It's always all about the money. I won't use them again.

Consistently poorly trained technicians.

I will give them high marks for showing up promptly, otherwise they would likely receive zero stars. I have worked with them for years, and was willing to pay a higher hourly rate (currently $239/Hr) to have problems fixed at our apartments ASAP. I have finally ended my relationship with them since the last two times have been disasters. In one, the technician (they are not plumbers), removed the mounting bolts from a garbage disposal to gain access to a wall drain under a kitchen sink. He then failed to re-install the mounting bolts and we ended up with water damage under the sink. Most recently another technician wasted over an hour trying to snake out a clog from a bathtub, when I had already informed him that the best way of solving the problem was to take the snake to the roof (it is flat) and use the roof vent pipe. He finally took the snake to the roof and cleared the blockage in under 30 minutes. I, of course, was billed for the extra hour of service time. Never again. There are too many, very competent and professional drain cleaning services in the area to ever consider using them again.

Beware,Predatory company. They charged our 19 year old student $225.00 to snake a shower drain in SF apartment. They were on site 20 minutes (over $450/hour). She asked for an estimated cost and they refused to provide.

Only giving 1 stars because I can't comment on their service. I called once in the morning when sewage was leaking from my toilet so in a panic I called the first Google search i found for service. The told me they were busy but shed send someone ASAP. I understood they were busy but because it was an emergency and I was given no time frame I assumed that they would be out within a few hours.I called back 3 hours later and they acted as though I had never called and retook down my info. I called initially at 9 and was told I would get service around 6-8 pm. Keep in mind this was a raw sewage emergency with my bathroom being flooded. If someone says they have an emergency and you cannot help them at least have them go somewhere else so they are not waiting around with a flooding home.

called them up for a next day appointment. Plumber looked at what was needed, said he didn't have the parts and would take too long to get the parts that day. promised us he would be back the next day. I waited around for hours. Tried calling every phone number on their website. Phone just rings and rings. I guess they don't want to hear the messages from the people they flaked on. They finally called 24 hours later and when told their plumber didn't show up. The guy on the phone was ""oh, sorry, that's okay I'll send him on another call""

Said they would come between 10am and 11am...I called at 11am..they said what no one called you? I said no...apparently the guy assigned to me decided to stop for lunch. New ETA, 12:30pm. Shows at 12:50pm...to find out he can't do the work because the owner of the property isn't available to speak to to him. One would think that with all the renters in this area they would indicate when you book the appointment that they need clearance from the property owner to do work. What a waste of 3 hours.

My basement drain line was clogged and flooding my basement. I called Roto Rooter at 1 pm on Sunday. They promised me a technician between 2p and 4p.
Nestor came at 2:30p. He unclogged my drain line and helped clean my floor with a sense of humor and professionalism. I appreciate the prompt service and expert ice. Totally worth the $250 (I forgot about the Yelp deal for $165, but whatever) in not having to deal with this mess at all.

We were told someone would be here by 5pm, it is now 6:5 4pm and no one has answered the phone even though their ad says ""phones answered 24/7 365"" (we've been trying since 5:30), no answering service or voice mail either. We can't even cancel the call. NEVER going to call them again.

Won't quote over the phone. Had to clean a main drain, with cleanout outside. Highest price anyone quoted...by far.
