Terrible customer service!!
We have been having ongoing issues with our plumbing for a while and are just trying to make it through a bit longer. (Moving in one week to be exact) We often need a plumber to come out and snake the pipes, and it will last for a few weeks. Today a technician named Jesus came out to the property and REFUSED to snake the toilet!! He first claimed they offer a one month warranty, so I told him we just had it snaked three weeks ago. He then instantly said actually it's only a two week warranty in this situation!! I said we are willing to pay again to have it snaked but he still refused to snake the pipes. I even expressed to Jesus that we have had to pee outside due to the lack of a toilet and he again refused!!
I am so incredibly upset with this terrible lack of customer service! And we will now be without a toilet for another night!!!

Stay away! This company charged thousands to snake and camera a pipe and missed the other line and caused thousands in damage. When I asked them to fix it they sent a crew out and said there was deadly waste and they needed thousands of dollars to clean the house. They also said they did not remember when they butchered the last job because the company changed ownership. I don't even know how this company is still in business.

This company was incompetent and overpriced, unprofessional and rude. They were called for a kitchen sink clog. (I knew I had over-loaded the garbage disposal, which was likely the cause of the clog.) We were told it would cost approximately $1,986 to unclog the drain, which would include other repairs, that we found out were not needed. A job that should have taken less than 2 hours ended up taking 2 days, with nothing accomplished, because of many delays from the technicians. We asked them to stop the work when we realized this was most likely a swindle. However, they pressured us to pay over $700 for their effort. The final insult was that we contacted another plumber who unclogged the drain, in less than an hour, and charged us $90 for the work. We finally disputed the charge with our credit card company and this company did not respond or challenge the dispute. So at least we are not out the cost. Be careful about hiring this company.

Our kitchen sink was backed up in the office, just needed a simple snake to clear some food that had made it down the drain. The plumbers they sent out had our drains backwards saying that it ran the opposite way it actually does and informed us they wanted to charge us $500 to hydro clean the pipes and put a camera down. We said absolutely not, just need a simple snake run through. The technician responded, ""I can't believe your boss would want you to pass up on this service"", very condescending. What a rip off! We will never use their service again!

This company was unreal. My toilet was leaking called for repair guy came here Friday evening telling us he didn't have the ring that seals it? I questioned how a big company wouldn't have parts? His response was were not a big company we just charge a lot?? He said he could PROBABLY come back Saturday at 11 but not sure. I am disabled and needed it fixed to use the bathroom but no concern there. They called the next morning saying he was out on a job very late and didn't know when he could come? Wonder how without having parts? In the morning we called Salinas plumbing company came fast and had the parts and got it fixed in no time or problems. Plus less expensive. Don't understand how lazy some workers are. You lost us!!! Call Salinas, much better!

I am so happy. Last Friday, when I was washing the kitchen, the water was taken away and the water began to flow back. So I called to the Roto Rooter and he visited quickly. Oh~~Excellent work by Adam and Carlos.They are so kind and Neat professional. Now!! No problem!!
I will recommend it to my friends.

Informative, prompt, fair price. This is my 3rd plumber. Finally got the stubborn gunk in my kitchen sink totally obliterated. Will use no one but this plumbing company. All others goes behind. Thank you!

I will keep this a short as possible. Basically an incompetent plumber was sent out on a Saturday to clear a drain clog. The toilet was backing up into my shower (Ewwww!). He pulled the toilet in the guest bath, but was unable to clear it. He sited all kinds of reasons, possible root intrusion, cracked pipes, etc. He told me, quite elaborately, that I could use the facilities. If it was ""number 1"", don't flush. If it was ""number 2"" only flush a little (What?). The camera crew (plumbers) would be out Monday morning at 8am.

Well, I didn't use the facilities because...well, that's just gross. I did become a regular at the local coffee shop, and I learned who my nearest, dear friends were because I needed to borrow their shower.

I did however, turn on the washing machine, and that was when I learned he had left an open sewer hole. Yes, that's right. An open sewer hole that was now spewing all over my bath, bedrooms, hallway, etc. I cleaned it up as best as I could.

Monday morning came, no Roto-rooter. Finally in the afternoon an older gentlemen came out and had the clog cleared in a few minutes from the roof. He told me Junior (saturday's technician) didn't like to get on the root. You have got to be kidding me. And then he charged me $316.23.

So a few days later I realize that my laminate floor is curling up and bulging. The sewer water had gotten trapped between the floor and the moisture barrier. Now I have to call my home owner's insurance and a restoration company.

Long, story long (sorry), I am out $1000 deductible. My house is torn up because they had to remove everything the waste water had touched. I had to move out to a hotel. My businesses on hold. I am still waiting for approval to repair my home. I called Roto-Rooter 3 times to discuss. I got one return call in the form of a message and then never heard from them again. I have written a letter. To no avail. I am disappointed because I checked their reviews. I was teaching that day and just needed it fixed. I had no idea it would lead to time and money losses like this. It would be one thing if they had been decent, ethical business owners and contacted me. But no. Based on my experience, don't use this company.

Used them in August and it was expensive, and now we have the plumbing backing up again. As a result, we needed to have another company come out to snake out the drains once again.

The second company we used was half the price, too.

Disappointed with the price and the effectiveness of their work.
