Pardon the bad spelling I am typing on my phone. This business will always come out even on holidays and weekends. Once it was thanksgiving day and our sewers backed up. We made a call to the company and on thanksgiving day about two years ago they came out at around lunchtime and unclogged our sewer. The point is that if it is a plumbing emergency it doesn't matter what time of night and day it is they will always come out and are always professional and Curtious.

Matthew did a fantastic job, he was very prescient on finding our issues and fixing our problem throughly and efficiently. Our son is a senior at Auburn and lives in our family condo. He reported leakage from one of the upstairs bathrooms, as well as what appeared to be a stopped-up commode in the second bath upstairs. Amazing. It was Friday afternoon when I discovered I had a water leak. I called multiple plumbing companies, but rotor-rooter was the only company who answered. They answered the phone within the first two rings, and sent me a technician in 30 minutes. The technician was very professional and found the leak. Able to come out the same day. Technician was very nice and polite. Very informative and reasonably priced. I am not very knowledgeable about septic tanks and was able to help me learn about our system. Another company was recommended and was very rude and condescending. Acted like they might do me a favor by coming out. Complete opposite experience with Roto-Rooter.
