Our son is a senior at Auburn and lives in our family condo. He reported leakage from one of the upstairs bathrooms, as well as what appeared to be a stopped-up commode in the second bath upstairs. Our call was met with an immediate response by Roto-Rooter. Jonathan was sent to our home and was able to diagnose and fix the problem within minutes of arriving. I was able to speak with him by phone throughout the process from our home in Huntsville. We feel fortunate we were able to place trust in this company to handle our plumbing issues. Jonathan was GREAT!!!

Able to come out the same day. Technician was very nice and polite. Very informative and reasonably priced. I am not very knowledgeable about septic tanks and was able to help me learn about our system. Another company was recommended and was very rude and condescending. Pardon the bad spelling I am typing on my phone. This business will always come out even on holidays and weekends. Once it was thanksgiving day and our sewers backed up. We made a call to the company and on thanksgiving day about two years ago they came out at around lunchtime and unclogged our sewer. The point is that if it is a plumbing emergency it doesn't matter what time of night and day it is they will always come out and are always professional and Curtious.

Amazing. It was Friday afternoon when I discovered I had a water leak. I called multiple plumbing companies, but rotor-rooter was the only company who answered.
