I woke up this morning and discovered that my bathtubs were filled with water and the toilets were bubbling. I reached out to Roto-Rooter in Soldotna at 7 AM and a technician named Shawn was at my residence in a few minutes. He resolved the blockage in about 10 minutes! I was worried it would cost me a lot. I was pleasantly surprised, the bill was only two hundred dollars and eighty-five cents! I was able to tidy up and take a shower before heading to work! I really appreciate for taking care of our plumbing issue today, Shawn!

I had a negative experience with Roto-Rooter. I noticed a lack of professionalism in their work. It felt like they assumed I didn't understand anything. It seemed they were ready to exploit the situation.

Roto-Rooter's service left much to be desired. I found their work to be both rude and haphazard. It felt like they believed I knew nothing. It seemed they were poised to exploit my lack of knowledge.

I was unhappy with the service provided by Roto-Rooter. Their service was both sloppy and disrespectful. They treated me as if I was uninformed. I got the impression they would benefit from my inexperience.

I had a very negative encounter with Roto-Rooter. The technician showed up late, arriving at 11 o'clock instead of the scheduled 10 am time. Instead of owning up to his mistake, he accused me and even used a derogatory term. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I suggest you be wary of this person; he is quite troublesome. He nearly struck me as he drove off quickly. What a disgraceful individual—I will keep him in my prayers.
