I woke up this morning and noticed that the bathtubs had water in them and the toilets were making bubbling sounds. I called Roto-Rooter in Soldotna at seven in the morning and a technician named Shawn was at my residence in no time at all. He resolved the blockage in about a quick ten minutes! I was worried it would be a hefty bill. Much to my surprise, the bill was only $200.85 for the service call! I was able to tidy up and take a shower before heading to work! Thank you very much for resolving our problem today, Shawn!

I found Roto-Rooter to be unsatisfactory. The work was unprofessional and careless. I sensed that they thought I was uninformed. I got the impression they would capitalize on my lack of expertise.

Roto-Rooter's service left much to be desired. I found their work to be both rude and haphazard. I got the sense that they thought I was ignorant. I felt they might take advantage of my situation.

My experience with Roto-Rooter was frustrating. Their service was both sloppy and disrespectful. I sensed they thought I was not knowledgeable. It seemed they were ready to exploit my lack of understanding.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Roto-Rooter. The worker arrived late, showing up at 11 o'clock for a 10 am appointment. Instead of apologizing, he pointed fingers at me and even called me a bitch. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. Be cautious with this individual; he is quite a piece of work. He nearly hit me as he sped away. What a terrible person—I will keep him in my thoughts.
