This morning, I got out of bed and noticed that the bathtubs had water in them and the toilets were bubbling. I reached out to Roto-Rooter in Soldotna at 07:00 and Shawn was at my house in no time at all. He cleared the clog in about ten minutes! I was worried it would be very expensive. To my surprise, the bill was only $200.85 for the service call! I managed to clean everything out and shower before work! Thank you very much for resolving our problem today, Shawn!

I had a negative experience with Roto-Rooter. Their service was both rude and messy. I sensed that they thought I was uninformed. It seemed they were ready to exploit the situation.

Roto-Rooter's service left much to be desired. The quality of their service was lacking and unprofessional. It felt like they believed I knew nothing. I sensed they would benefit from my inexperience.

I had a very negative encounter with Roto-Rooter. The technician showed up late, arriving at 11 am instead of the scheduled 10 am time. Rather than taking responsibility, he blamed me and even used a derogatory term. I have never felt such a lack of respect in my life. I recommend being careful of this person; he is quite troublesome. He nearly struck me as he drove off quickly. What a despicable person—I will keep him in my prayers.
