Love their technician, Mario who was a pleasure to have in my home! Very polite, friendly and very professional! Wish I could hire him but I had some reservation on the pricing ( beyond my budget at the time) which he even reduced out of consideration! This company is highly recommended! Ask for Mario!! They have helped us repair many issues and they've always come through. I can't recommend them highly enough. Seriously, if you have a plumbing problem they are your solution.

The Rossman team did a great job, came out right away.... AND, it was much less (by a few thousand $) than the other folks that gave us an estimate. It's been a few weeks and everything seems to be going really well! I would definitely call them again.

This company is charging Arm and leg for the service. Do not call them unless it's an emergency
For water three water valves and three drains under the sink they charge $1600 for a tow hours job...

Cody did a good job in communicating with me about my clogged sewer pipe & did take some stuff out of the pipe itself but after the day was done we still had the same issue ($358) so our house was flooded again...4 days later we had Manuel use the camera & explain that there was no way anybody ran the snake from our guest house (which Cody didn't do a good job in doing) bill for the camera was ($250) and we still had a clogged pipe...so for any future customers be aware that some jobs aren't guaranteed. We payed someone else $178 & was a guaranteed job. Communication is key

Got a bid from them for garage sink install. Came out to $1700. that's right $1700. The highest bid I had prior to that was $450. Price gouging at its finest. I decided to go with Red Hill Plumbing at a price of $275. Unbelievable that a company would take advantage of a senior citizen like that.

TERRIBLE COMPANY DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY DO IT WRONG AND THEN WON'T FIX IT-THEY DON'T BILL ON TIME AND WHEN YOU ASK THEM TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM THEY CAUSED OR DISCOUNT THE BILL THEY PUT A LIEN ON YOUR HOUSE . Called this company on a good referral and they fixed something for thousands of dollars. They never billed us and never called -then a little over a year later the work had to be done again due to this company's negligence. I didn't call them back to do the work as I was told they were out of business.
The new company told me to call them and get my money back for the work they did wrong but I guess we still owed something on the job from a year ago. So I called numerous times to resolve the issue and the ""Manager"" Rudy Hernandez would never call back-my son finally got hold of him and he requested the paperwork from the company who finally fixed what they didn't that cost three more thousand dollars. We sent it to him thinking he would give us a break on what we owed and said he would get back to us. After a month all I got was threats to put a lien on my house. Then he sent emails to my husbands email in any attempt to dodge me. I guess he has problem with women too-No consideration- no ability to fix a problem

Cody showed up today and was very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. He repaired our kitchen sink leak and dishwasher issues quickly and properly. Rossman Plumbing always takes great care of us, would definitely recommend!

Very disappointed. I had an emergency leak in my home and I called at 9am and they scheduled for a window of 2-4pm arrival for a tech to come out and repair. I get a call from them at 2:20 stating that their techs are running over and won't make it until the following day. How are you going to call after the scheduled time to say you need to reschedule. This not only wasted my entire Sunday waiting around but it was then too late to have a tech come out from another company as they were all booked out. Horrible customer service. There are more efficient and reliable companies out there. Don't waste your time or money

do not call this place for service. get a second opinion somewhere else. we paid for after hours and what the guy did is walk in and walk out and charged us money for just after hours call.. please call other places
