Matthew Rossman established Rossman Plumbing, a family-run business that began in the lovely City of Eastvale, CA. Matthew, alongside his wife Crystal, began his journey from their garage with two trucks, offering plumbing and drain cleaning services to the community. While serving in the U.S. Air Force, Crystal also managed essential office tasks from home. In 2008, Matthew successfully acquired his contractor's license, passing the exam on his first attempt and in record time! Matthew's past experiences reshaped his approach to business. Remembering his days working for his brother-in-law's small business and building another, Matthew decided to start Rossman Plumbing with the principle of ""Don't over-promise and under-deliver."" Rossman Plumbing is dedicated to exceeding your expectations with our top-tier customer service and commitment to excellence.
With over 25 years of experience, Rossman Plumbing stands as a top provider of plumbing services. Pierre was great when he came out! We talked about different option to fix my problem. He took apart my sink and said he would get back to me with some quotes. I never heard back. I tried calling the main office to follow up and get my bathroom fixed. They said they would call me back, and no one has called me back. I guess it's time to find some one else.

David Starr came by when I was in the time of need, he was very knowledgeable and was able to fix my problem will definitely use him again!!!

Had Rossman scheduled for an appointment in December. 1st appointment was a no show at appointment time. They called later and said they couldn't make it and rescheduled for another day. Showed up late for that appointment. They did repairs, but now I'm noticing there still is a leak there, all of my flooring in the kitchen is buckled. Called last Thursday, set an appointment for today, again no show. I called and was told even though I had an appointment time, their regular accounts come first. I asked to be rescheduled for 5:30 today and was told that was outside of their free estimate time and would be charged for the visit! Asked to speak with the manager, but he was at lunch! I would be too if I wasnt sitting around waiting for a no show plumber! Next stop, BBB and my attorney.

We were pleased with our plumber named Ernie! We had 4 plumbers come before him and with his years of experience, he was able to resolve the problem fairly easily! We were surprised by the simple fix yet it did take some time. He was friendly and warm as well as professional!! We would recommend Ernie at Rossman any day!

Called Rossman Plumbing when another company would not fix my sink because the person repairing said the part was hard to find and that it would be too hard to get behind the pedestal. The gentleman who came out said the part was a common part and fixed my sink and cleaned up after himself! The price was significantly cheaper than the previous company. Everything works! I would definitely recommend this company!

I found them using Home Advisor and couldn't be happier. Matthew & Pierre were awesome. Pierre completed the service needed and gave us tips and things to look for. Matthew followed up after the service to check in. Definitely a satisfied customer!

I called Rossman Plumbing in a panic yesterday as I had a backed up toilet. I have used Rossman Plumbing in the past and the 2nd time they were at my house back in Feb 2017 - the work I was charged for somewhat left me with a negative attitude towards them. Pressed for time and out of options, I decided to call Rossman again for an issue I was having in my guest bathroom. Dispatch had someone at my house within an hour (as quoted) and my technician, Joe -- AWESOME!!!
Joe was super friendly, professional and down to earth - literally here to help and quoted a fair price. Joe completely changed my mind about Rossman for the better!! Thank You Joe for your professionalism, great attitude and even better service. Because of Joe's professionalism and work ethic yesterday, I will not hesitate to contact Rossman Plumbing for any future plumbing issues. Thank you!!

This review is for our serviceman Lon. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing in my home, and worked long hours to get the job done. He was very professional, on time, thorough, and explained each step he took in ""non-plumbing"" terms so we could completely understand what he was doing. If you get Lon as your serviceman, your in great hands:)

Mr. Ken Zimmerman and So Cal Property Management are hands off when it comes to damages done by their contracted plumber Rossman Plumbing. Long story short, the upstairs unit had a water leak flowing into my garage. Rossman Plumbing (without my consent) came into my property and cut an approximate 3 ft by 3 ft hole in the ceiling of my garage. Once the leak was located and repaired, Rossman Plumbing was paid for fixing the leak from the above unit at fault but failed to repair or advise So Cal the drywall damage to my unit would need repair also. In attempt to get my drywall fixed, I contacted both So Cal, Rossman Plumbing and the tenant at fault, who either dismissed my concern or failed to respond. A year later, I had to pay $250 out of pocket to fix the drywall damage that Mr. Zimmerman and Rossman plumbing claimed to not be ""their responsibility.""

On or about the 03/12/2017 Rossman Pluming arrived having been called for the clothes dryer not heating up. After having looked the tech said the galvanized gas pipes needed to be replaced because they were falling apart on the inside. This made since as the house was built in 1947 and I said do it. When the job was done I was given a bill for $2235.75 which I pad with no complaints, assuming the tech knew what he was doing and the job had been well done.
6 months later I had a tech from a different company out to repair the AC side of the combo unit (combo provides both heating and AC) He found and repaired the problem and tried to turn on the heat (to melt the ice that had formed on the compressor). When the heat did not come on he did some checking and discovered that there was no gas being delivered to the unit.
When the tech from Rossman Pluming returned and checked out the problem he discovered a 90 deg. Connector that had been cut on the combo pack side and caped on the supply side so no gas would get thru. No idea why he cut the line. It became obvious he had not replaced all of the gas lines. Which logic said should be done, why run new pipe to the stove (which was working fine) if you are not doing a complete re-pipe? Also if part of the gas line had failed from the inside it seems obvious that any left un-piped was subject to failure at any time.
The tech took pictures and said he had to go talk to his supervisor and would be back in the afternoon. He did not return or call. Looks like I will have to hire another company to repair what they broke then take them to small claims court to recover my money
