Awful, awful service. I cannot stress this enough -- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They WILL rip you off. Maybe not on purpose, but definitely because they are not knowledgeable enough about their own profession.

We recently had work done on our roof and unbeknownst to us, the roofer's truck had rolled over our front lawn, causing one of the sprinklers to break and leak. This caused the city to shut down our water until the issue was fixed.

Unfortunately, we do not live in this house so we had to rely on a plumber to correctly identify the issue and get the water back on as soon as possible. Even more unfortunate is that we called Rossman Plumbing.

Eddie came and instead of correctly identifying that the issue was just a sprinkler leak, he decided to charge us $2,500 to change the ENTIRE main line of the house. He talked about breaking the cement and all sorts of nonsense because according to him, there was no way of identifying where the leak was coming from.

Trusting that he knew what he was talking about, we agreed to his terms and told him to proceed. But unfortunately again, he STILL couldn't do his job and kept calling and wanting to increase the price for additional work.

My poor dad decided to drive down from NorCal, where we currently live, to SoCal the next day to address the issue in person.

Eddie was rude and defensive, not letting my dad get in a single word. When my dad saw the situation for himself, he kept asking Eddie to start where the broken sprinkler was, but Eddie kept refusing and raising his voice. At one point, he even threatened to lock the entire water source to the house so our tenants would be left without water indefinitely.

Things got messy and my dad was forced to call 911 to stop Eddie from shutting down the water completely. A police officer came and even HE sided with my dad. So Eddie FINALLY decided to listen to him and start with the sprinkler.

Low and behold... that was the issue!!

So what could have only cost us less than a hundred dollars ended up costing us a whopping TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. All because Eddie is NOT qualified to do his job. He was even asking my dad which main pipe to connect to because he couldn't tell the different ones apart. My dad isn't a plumber but he figured the one with the red handle and date had to be the one... why couldn't Eddie do that if his JOB is plumbing?!?!?!??!

My dad paid him the full amount he promised because he is a man of his word. But be warned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want fast, EFFICIENT service from KNOWLEDGEABLE, honest servicemen.

It is sad you cannot accept responsibility for what happened and are trying to discredit me and my dad's honest reviews of our awful experience with your company. Yes, my dad doesn't have any Yelp 'friends' because he does not Yelp -- he solely made an account to warn others of your bad service... that's how bad you were.

I didn't even mention the fact that these guys give discounts for good reviews so not even the good ones can be trusted. They originally wanted to charge us $2,700 but said they'd drop to $2,500 in exchange for a good review.

If you do not want to be ripped off then don't hire these guys. For a sprinkler leak, they changed my water line from the meter to the house charging me $2500 and later, found out the leak was from the sprinkler pipe only which could cost me less than a $100 to get it fixed.

Rossman Plumbing claims that this review is bogus. This is another misrepresentation of facts. I was unfortunate to be their customer, I have the prove of $2500 payment that they charged me and I am willing to show their receipt and my payment check to Yelp at anytime.

Horrible service!!!! If you are looking for someone for doing simple & good service and don't make things complicated, DON'T go this company....their charge is not fair and we got bad and rude attitude from their manager.

(Btw, I never write bad review for any company, but this company is ""must share"" with you guys....)

I called Matthew this morning due to a leaky toilet and much to my surprise he said he could get someone out to me this afternoon. His guy Mark called to let me know he was headed my way and showed up pretty soon after. Sure enough it was exactly what they had suspected and cost exactly what I was quoted. Mark was friendly and funny and did a great job, I am very pleased with his service and felt he went above and beyond. Rossman Plumbing will definitely be my go to plumber from here on out. Thanks guys!!!

Rossman Plumbing came out today, due to all 4 of our toilet floats going bad practically at the same time. we called yesterday evening, they were out first thing in the morning. Mark R. arrived on time, did a very thorough check, event going as far to check water pressure coming into the house first. They replaced all 4 floats and flappers. They're prices are very competitive and service was exceptional, punctual and very polite. I would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable quality plumber.

I called this morning at around 11am, and asked if they had service available on a Sunday as taking time off work for a 4 hour window is tough, and they said someone would be here between 2pm-3pm. WHICH THEY WERE :) We had originally called a competitor yesterday and made an appt for today when they called us today and said they couldn't make it but could Monday which would have meant time off work so we went through Yelp and called until we found someone available. Matt came to repair our broken shower handle and we had two other needs around the house for plumbing which he took care of in the very same visit as well. They've earned our business from here on out :)

Was in the process of moving and, of course, the valve for our washing machine broke as we were trying to unhook it. Needed someone to come out fast. After calling a few different places on Yelp, this was the only company that answered the phone at 7 pm. They said someone could come out for a free estimate the next day. The individual also stated that this sounded like an easy fix but he didn't have the ""price book"" to give me an actual estimate on cost. The plumber was punctual and estimated that the entire project to replace the valve box would be $350! But he would also have to cut into the dry wall, which he then would not be able to repair. After I thought this price was steep, I called a handyman I have used in the past for a second opinion -- he said that he would be able to repair the valve box and repair the drywall for under $200. Needless to say, I definitely went with my local handyman.

Had to have my hot water heater replaced and Matthew came through for me, every time something goes crazy at the house Rossman Plumbing comes to the rescue and I would recommend them for all plumbing issues! They are the best around!

Twice he was called on for emergency water damage repairs by SoCal Management. Twice he showed up quickly and got the job done quickly. He appears quite knowledgeable with the pipes. However, his cost to replace the laundry washer hookup was almost $200 -- a bit pricey.
