We were looking on Yelp for a plumber to replace an existing toilet that the bolts holding the tank had rusted and fallen out. Rossco plumbers replied quickly and could fit us in the next day for a free estimate. Jared came out on time and was professional and friendly. We thought we would have to go purchase a new toilet but Jared went out of his way to get what we wanted and had the new toilet installed all within a few hours and took the old one away. Had a mainline leak and RossCo did a great job coordinating the repair. They tried to help before hiring a leak detection service which we ultimately needed and they handled the whole thing. Reasonable price and just glad I wasn't the one digging the hole.

Same day service! Our kitchen faucet seriously broke free from the sink and needed replacement. James were here within 2 hours and faucet was replaced within another 2 hours. 1980's modular with original plumbing. Not an easy task with rust and some pipe needing replacing. Very, Very Happy!

We were looking to hire someone to run a gas line to our backyard. It was easy to set up an appointment and they came out quickly. They asked us to send in the blueprints for our project and promised they'd get us an estimate as soon as possible. Jared did not respond to any of my texts or emails. Also, the ballpark estimate he gave me onsite was twice as high as other plumbers.

Richard sent me James and James was exceptional. After 4 bids for the work, Rossco was in the middle and I chose to go with Rossco because of the good vibes I got from James. He knew what he was talking about, he was proffessional, patient with all my questions, kind, flexible with when he could run the drills since we are all working from home, overall a plumber that I was glad to meet and will be my go to person in the future.
