This is my 2nd review. The last one was about a year ago. Rossco is still great. Nadine was able to get me an appointment on the day I called (luckily there was a cancellation and they fit me in). Jeff and Myzell came out and replaced the wax seal in my toilet. Quick, neat, friendly, and respectful. They even played with my dog for a bit so she would stop whining at her new friends. :) Rossco continues to be an A+, Top-Notch organization and I would still highly recommend them. Needing a plumber is never fun, but Rossco has my back!

Always helpful when I call. I have replaced my laundry room faucets(they burst), a couple of outside faucets(had to go under the house$$) and now a leak from a newly remodeled shower. Ross co DID NOT cause the leak, they fixed what a shady contractor did. You get what you pay for and I'm happy with the work so far.
