I needed a gas line installed from my furnace to a new gas stove. It has been a painful experience until Elliott and John from Rossco came over. They were awesome! I'm a woman who knew nothing about the job except the installer must be bonded and insured. The first plumbers were respectable and gave me a lesson but their estimate cost over $100 and the estimated price very high. The second guy said he was licensed and bonded but when he showed up I found out he lied. It was bad! Then just when my tension was high Elliott and John arrived to save the day! The estimate was free and the price reasonable. They did an excellent service! They took me through the process step by step. They inserted the piping securely and carefully and only made 3 minor cuts into the wall. I just can't say enough! Seriously they are the best ever! Wish I had started with Rossco a company fortunate enough to have Elliott and John to represent excellence in service.

Maybe my luck is changing. Finally, I have had a good experience connected to an unpleasant event. A couple of days ago my downstairs toilet started to back up without provocation. I found my plunger and tried to unsuccessfully get the toilet to function. I then called a plumber. The first plumber came to the house and was not able to get the toilet to work even after vigorously using a snake to unplug things. He said that I needed to get a plumber who had the tools for this kind of job. I called Rossco Plumbing last night to arrange to have someone come out to check out what was going on and to give me an estimate as to what the job would involve. Jared and Ethan arrived when I was told to expect them to be at my house. The were professional and friendly from the minute they stepped into the house. They listened to what I had to say and then explained to me just what they were going to do to try to figure out where the blockage was located. They gave me an estimate as to what the work would involve. I thought the repair would involve sticking a long snake down the access hole and pretty easily clearing the plugged area. I was completely wrong about what was required to do the job properly. Jared and Ethan had to remove the toilet and then , after using some sort of fancy tool, they had to go under the house to do more work. I have no idea just what they had do to to the pipes when they were crawling around in a tight space. The job took approximately 3 hours to complete. They cleaned up the areas where they had been working.
These two fellows knew what they were doing and did the work required to fix my toilet. I will not hesitate to call Rossco Plumbers if I need more plumbing problems fixed. I am very satisfied with the work they did for me.

I ask for a quote 2 guys show up they say essay work telling me we will email you a quote they never did I call asking for my quote the lady on say they was going to ask the guys but I never ear back from no quote or nothing this type of action let me know this only take the jobs they can make a big buck and don't care about homeowners like they got small jobs around they property so I don't recommend this company to nobody they are not trust worthy.

The water turn on/off valves in the townhome we purchased used compression fittings that were beginning to leak. Rossco replaced all the valves at a reasonable cost. None of the valves have leaked since then. The work was done in September 2021. The plumbers showed up on time, worked quickly and clean up the work areas before leaving.
