All of us at Melinda's Gluten Free Bakery are so thankful for Rosenthal Plumbing!
Your staff is friendly and so helpful getting a tech out to us ASAP every time.
Tim arrived within the hour and replaced one of our Drain Basket Assemblies quickly and found it was still under warranty due to a faulty part. A big thanks to all of you!

I have a 97 year old neighbor who had a bathroom sink supply line leaking. The faucet handle was a 1/4 turn but turned all the way continuously. In addition the shut off valves were frozen.
Rosenthal came out, I showed them the sink and asked for a price before they started. Care to take a guess?
$1020! I'm no plumber but I'm not a crook either. After about three adjustments to his iPad he got it down to $960 but I'd already decided to get another bid, or two, or three. I called George Wilson and spoke to John. He came out, spent about 15 minutes with a pair of channel locks and tightened up the supply line and faucet, unfroze the supply valves.
Take a guess. $95. Rosenthal needs to be reported!
As a follow up, I received a phone call from the owner this morning. He expressed his concern and disappointment for my review and explained the technician was inexperienced and requires further training on the electronic format used to offer a quote for the work. It's obvious this guy cares deeply for his customer service reputation and I honestly believe he will correct the situation. He has a passion for his company and will insist this type of issue does not happen going forward. That being said I have a passion for the elderly and making sure they are not swindled to which he agreed. I was also pleased to see the owner himself monitors the reviews and addressed the situation himself.

Always impressed with Rosenthal. We have used other companies in the past but now I only call Rosenthal. They respond quickly, have very professional employees and get the job done right the first time. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys.

If you're considering Rosenthal Plumbing, you should read this. I only take the time to Yelp for excellent experiences, but today, I'm making an exception. I am LIVID at how Rosenthal Plumbing attempted to take advantage of my mother and grandmother today.
Dishwasher install is pretty straightforward. Water hookup, drain hose and power. To make it simpler, we were replacing like for like with the exact same model. I've done it myself in the past and it took me an hour tops. When we installed the current DW at mom's house, it cost $125 (3 years ago). There is nothing special or unique about this particular job site or dishwasher.
I found a $50 coupon online for local plumber Rosenthal and scheduled an estimate at my mom's house. After a cursory look at the kitchen, the tech quoted $1,000! When mom questioned the exorbitant price, he pulled out an ipad with pictures of common plumbing jobs (like an ""American"" menu when you travel internationally) and then condescendingly added that if the drain hose needed to be replaced it would be an ADDITIONAL $500! My mother was flummoxed and put the tech on the phone with me.
To level set- Best Buy's install price is $135 and includes delivery and haul away. The go-to plumber for my properties has been George H. Wilson- and they're fantastic. $134 per hour.
When I asked the Rosenthal tech how long he thought it would take, he hemmed and hawed before admitting about an hour. I asked how he could justify an $1000 install price, he said that it was a fixed price. Yet when I scheduled the quote, the scheduler said that they couldn't provide any estimates without seeing the job site first as every job was unique. What a racket.
Rosenthal Plumbing, you should be ashamed. This is pure and simply trying to take advantage of the less informed and elderly. You will NEVER be welcome in another property of mine. Yelpers, you shouldn't allow him in yours either. There are plenty of honest plumbers in the 831.

Very happy with the service and techs. They were great. My only issue was I asked specifically if the water heater I was getting was Energy Star and I was told that is. It turns out it is not Energy Star. So I was disappointed at that. But the speedy service and thorough service during install was great.

Needed our water heater replaced immediately on a Friday afternoon. Called Rosenthal on a referral from a business that couldn't do it the same day and Rosenthal sent Juan and Gilbert right out. No charge assessment and they gave us a quote to do it immediately. They got started and we had hot water in just a few hours. They came back Saturday morning to finish the job and what a job they did. Outstanding professionalism and top notch work. They aren't cheap but good service never is. We are very happy with the job and would recommend Rosenthal to anyone needing plumbing work. Thanks to Juan and Gilbert, you took good care of us.

I was very unhappy with the cost of the work. I had received an estimate for the cost of the job( fixing a water pipe to my fire sprinkler in the house) thought it was just that, a worse case estimate. Come to find out the job took him, actually working , maybe 3hours. He left job twice and spent a lot of time waiting for city to shut off or turn on water. They still charged me over 1600 dollars after I questioned why it wasn't cheaper because the repair was an easy fix and took them no time. There response was ""I signed the estimate"". So if you use this service just be informed that they will charge you the estimate not what the job should cost, no breaks.. they were also late for days with no phone call to me.. job was done well, just dissatisfied with the pricing. No, I will not be recommending this service to anyone!

In need of a new hot water heater to replace a disappointing and older on- demand system, we contacted Rosenthal Plumbing Inc.. Within only a couple of days we had an appointment.
Juan and Issac arrived during the latest major storm we've had this winter. They came fully prepared with the tank we requested and supplies for the other plumbing modifications we needed. By 5:30PM we had our new 50 gallon tank installed and are up and running. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend Rosenthal Plumbing's service.

We were referred to Rosenthal when another plumbing company suffered a broken piece of equipment while trying to unclog a pipe. When the Rosenthal technician arrived, I explained to him where the clog was and what the other plumber had told me needed to be done. After he looked around a bit, I asked him ""How much to snake the stand pipe?"" and he said, ""Um, I think that's, like, $279"" without any reference to time, materials or reason. I questioned why it seemed so expensive, compared to what the previous plumber had told me needed to be done, and, rather than explaining the work involved, Rosenthal's guy just said ""Because we aren't one of the cheap plumbers in town. You pay for what you get."" I sent him away. I called up a third plumbing service who completed the job, consistent with what the first plumber had suggested, for $150. I won't be calling Rosenthal again and will be unlikely to work with a plumbing company that doesn't provide an hourly quote over the phone.

These guys are great! Jennifer and Jarrod did an incredible job and they were amazingly engaging, great sense of humor and very effective. We needed a second round (nothing they did, a kink in the works beyond what they handled) and Jarrod was immediately back to help. We took advantage of becoming members and it was worth every penny with the purchase of our first necessary item!! Integrity, great service and quick response what is not to like!!
