We had a broken/cracked pipe in an area that was difficult to repair on my own and starting to cause a very bad stink. We called in Rosenthal Plumbing to look at and take care of the job. Marcos did an excellent job and really reviewed our options for us. The job was completed quickly and will definitely be a long term for our home.
I highly recommend Rosenthal for any plumbing needs large or small.

Expensive. Non sense quote. They charged me 800 bucks for Grandfos Comfort Pump which average cost is only 200 bucks. Need to make sure negotiate or find some place else.

My Tech was great! Here on Time and performed the job at a resonable price.

Used the 99$ drain cleaning special to auger out my main drain. Came when they said they would. Charged the 99$ as we talked about on the phone. Drain now flowing like new.

I had a scheduled appointment with this company for a semi-urgent plumbing issue. I was told that the technician would arrive at my home by late morning. Nobody showed up by 11am so I called and was told that they were running late and would be there by 1pm. By 3pm no one showed so I called again and was told that in fact they WERE NOT coming and that there is no availability for the remainder of the week. Now I am in a position where it is so late in the day that it will cost me time and a half to have another plumber come out and help me. I didn't even get a sincere apology for the inconvenience, including a day of lost wages. VERY poor service.

11 months after Rosenthal soldered a small leak at the main, I had to call back and report a little leak there again. Rosenthal sent Jesse out the very next day, and he quickly discovered the problem after he arrived right on time. He was fast, and really had extensive knowledge. If I have future problems of any kind, I am very confident that he will make it better than new!

Everything was backing up into the shower (toilets, kitchen and bathroom sinks, you name it.) It was a very bad situation and no amount of plunging, Liquid Plumber, or snaking helped. We had a similar situation 2 months ago and the plumber we called roto'd everything out and we've been fine. We called Rosenthal and they were quick to respond. It seemed a bit more expensive to us than what we anticipated, but they dug access to the pipes from the outside (from under the house) since there was no access outside the house, and they ensured the pipes were cleaned out all the way to the septic tank. Since they had not anticipated doing all of this work, they stayed late, put things back together and sent a guy back to finish the work the next morning at 8am. The guy returned promptly and finished the job without a problem.

Terrible. I was home alone with my two kids and called them because I had a toy stuck in my toilet. This 'plumber' came to look at it and gave me a rediculous quote, $392.10 just to auger it and reset it. $400??? I feel like he saw a situation that he thought he could exploit and tried to do just that. When I asked a few basic plumbing questions all he could do is stammer a BS response. I ended up doing it myself for about $20. I was willing to pay $100 for this 30 minute job just to save me the time and inconvenience of fixing it. I am royally PISSED off that these people tried to rip me off. The only thing I will remember when I see that orange truck around town is that these people are incompetent money-hungry TRASH.

Hmmmmm.....their website CLEARLY says 24/7 Emergency Plumbing...but when I had an emergency today (Friday) at 4:30pm...Noone was ""oncall"" for the weekend and they said someone could come on Monday....How does this help me when my dining room table is being soaked by the leaky pipe upstairs and the ceiling is leaking. thanks Rosenthal ...for nothing... 2 Thumbs Down

These JErk OFFs tried to charge me something like $300 an hour for some basic work.
When I asked for the break down for their hourly rate and the parts the plumber told me it didn't work that way. IT does if you want me to break out MY check book.
A word to the wise don't trust a plumber, mechanic or a used car sales man if they cant explain IN DETAIL what you are paying them for.
