Mike is great. He helped fix our toilet which wasn't flushing and then came back and fixed a bad valve which was causing a loud honking noise. Also installed a kitchen faucet.

I had a home warranty claim through First American and was assigned Rosenberg after escalation - the original assigned plumbing was shady/ineffective.

Mike came out same day and took care of my water heater issue, and also gave me great advice. If only the other plumbers serving home warranty companies were as effective as Rosenberg. Thank you!

We have 5 other quotes which all were cheaper except warranty company forces us to use him in the area and he takes advantage of it. We stopped using the warranty company and will never work with this company for water heater issues or plumbing

They came out and fixed a waterline break the same day we called. It wasn't cheap but they were professional and did a great job. Mike even called the next day to make sure that everything was working ok. Five stars.

This business consists of liars and thieves of the highest order. I've never encountered a worse experience in my 40 years of dealing with contractors and plumbers than I did with Mike at Rosenberg plumping. Changing a water heater turned into a nightmare scenario over a long holiday weekend.

I had the exact same experience as that described by multiple reviewers below on changing a water heater (review dated 12/13/23, 11/27/21). These guys forced me to pay $1100 dollars out of pocket to bring my heater installation ""up to code"" (over and above what my home insurance was paying them) for minor adjustments that took 20 mins and should not have cost more than $100 if I'm being generous. Keep in mind, this is over and above the cost of the heater and the installation ($1500+) that my insurance already paid them for. When I objected and raised my concerns about the cost vs. effort of the out-of-pocket costs, I was rudely told by Mike that ""this is the game and how it works around here, get used to it""

My hands were tied as it was a long 4-day summer weekend and my insurance company told me that getting another plumber would take a week which I couldn't afford to wait for as I had young kids and guests in my house

You have been warned. Stay FAR, FAR away from this unscrupulous ""business"" better described as an extortion racket. The positive reviews are definitely fake. They give everybody in the industry - including the good guys -- a terrible rap. It's sad that such companies still exist. You will be better off with LITERALLY anyone else

I used my home warranty to address a water heater issue. I made the request Friday evening and I got phone call back from Marie with detailed instructions within a couple of hours.

The next day Mike came to inspect the faulty water heater and explained what the warranty will cover and what code fixes are required, which was out of pocket. It's a tough pill to swallow when you're going through your warranty provider but I was pleased with the installation. It terms of value, I feel like the cost was on the higher side but the job was done professionally and I have peace of mind.

It's also worth to note that the job was done on Christmas Eve! I appreciated their responsiveness and knowledge and feel like others will too.

I used them for changing my old water heater with a brand new. and the experience was one of the worst in my 25 years. First the person installing increased the price he charged after he started the work. I had to pay it as I no other choice. Then he installed the heater wrong and it started leaking and when I called them again he asked me to pay extra few hundred dollars to fix the mistake.
