i have called Rosenburg plumbing a few times.
last week i called with a clogged toilet. he charged the base rate of $120. and also did maintenance on a tank less water heater and adjusted 2 other 5(?) gallon water heater he had installed in the past without an extra charge. The next week later called back with updates on the maintenance challenge needed on the tankless.

Mike is a cosumate professional with clear and concise best practices he follows, there are no surprise pricing attacks, He will always do his best to provide you with excellant service. I would highly reccomend him to any of my friends and business partners. in todays world it is very hard to find someone with integrity and is trustworthy.

I think you should branch your business out to the East Bay, we need a company like yours.

We've used Rosenberg plumbing a bunch of times over the past 6 years, always prompt service, excellent work, both with Mike and with his associates. We called this afternoon (Sunday), as our water heater pilot light went out, Mike called us back in 10 minutes, was at our house in half an hour. It is 9pm and he just finished installing a new water heater. Easy to work with, good work, and fair prices. We highly recommend Mike and his team.

I've lived in Pacifica, in the same house for 55 years. When I was a young lad, my parents used Rosenberg Plumbing when it really was Rosenberg Plumbing. Now, I'm an old lad and it's my house. So, when our water heater blew out Rosenberg was who I called. Mike came out and explained that he had bought the business and was carrying it on. He did a FANTASTIC job. So when I needed a new garbage disposal and pipework done under the sink, I turned to Mike again and, again, he did GREAT work. Same for when we needed new fixtures in the bath.

So... what happened since then?
He doesn't answer calls, he doesn't return calls. If you do get a hold of him, he can't remember who you are or what you need. He'll give you a date when he'll come by and not call or show up. Totally unreliable. We've been scrambling for 3 days to get work done that he committed to and then blew off without word one.

I won't be turning to Rosenberg Plumbing again

DON'T USE THIS GUY! His business address is fake. The number is a cell phone. Mike Rodrigues is who we dealt with. He gave us an estimate, we paid him for the estimate ($100), to be applied to the work that was to be done the next week. Called twice to confirm the appt. Guess what? No show. Called twice in two hours to get ahold of ""Mike Rodrigues"" after the no show, but got no callback. Finally got ahold of him, while he was ""on another job"". Asked for the address so he could refund us our money and we all could move on. Ol' Mike hung up on us! And wouldn't pickup when we called back. Go figure.
Bottom line...this guy is a ripoff. Certainly not professional. If he refunds our $, I'll repost. Buyer beware!

Great plumber. Always on time or calls. Reasonable prices. Very friendly. Mike will be my go to plumber.

This has been my favorite Pacifica Plumber since Mike and Joyce took over Rosenberg. Its such s crapshoot hiring a tradesman here for rhe first time, and you don'rt always have a reference when faced with a ""right now"" issue like a clogged drain. Fast, Friendly, Affordable, Fair. - and Mike knows his stuff - !!

Called last night and made an appointment for today to repair a clogged sink and they didn't show up or even call. I tried calling them, but they didn't return my call. This after taking a day off from work to meet them!

I had used Rosenberg Plumbing with good results in the past, but it had been some time. After reading other reviews, it appears there is new ownership that doesn't value customers or business.

Thanks to Rosenberg Plumbing, I've lost time off from work AND my sink is still clogged. I would suggest people take their business elsewhere...I know I am!

Slow at returning calls, rude and arrogant on the phone, and never came back as promised. Would not recommend. Very dishonest.

I spoke with Mike once to set up an appointment but they did not return calls. It makes you wonder about their work ethic.
