Oscar was able to meet me at my condo within a days notice. He was able to text me his ETA, and he fixed my issue within 10 minutes! Very nice guy and very professional. Since it was my HOA's pipe, he was also able to forward them the bill too (my HOA already uses this company and I was told to contact Oscar). Even if it wasn't the HOA's pipe, however, I would be happy to call these guys again for any other plumbing issues!

I just had a new kitchen sink, disposal, and faucet installed. Rosales came out and gave me an estimate the same day I called. Came back the next day to begin installation, giving up his Sunday, his one day off to begin work. He also fixed my new dishwasher without any extra cost as a previous plumber didn't install the air gap correctly when initially installed! Finished the instillation on Monday. The Rosales are truly amazing individuals. It's a family operated business with dad running the business with three sons. From the first moment I met Oscar (the owner), I had a strong feeling that he will be the plumber for my hot waterline slab leak repair.

Oscar is a gentleman who understands basic customer needs. He offered right away to replace my hot water valve so that my tenants can immediately use at least the cold water in the house. He also advised that the tenants can take a quick warm shower with temporarily turning on and off the hot water valve without damaging the house. I had my mind set that somebody who is so considerate will not fail the job.

I opted to re-pipe the whole house with both copper and PEX pipes because the existing galvanized pipes had way passed their life expectancy. I also had the Rosales re-pipe with copper from the water main to the house. Rosales showed up on Tuesday and by Friday they had the job finished including a bonus job they promised to do for me which was to replace a section of ruptured drain pipe in the kitchen wall. Robert (one of Oscar's sons) was very thoughtful about saving my tile shower wall with opening a very small area right where the faucet valve is and used a steel plate to cover the area. Workmanship is great. The house was clean after the re-pipe. I just checked with my tenants that the Rosales will have a return trip to patch up small things which I know very well that I can count on them to wrap up the entire job.

I will definitely keep the Rosales' number handy for my future needs, and I will not hesitate to recommend these gents to my family and friends.
