Our pool pump was backed up by a small toy from our 3 year old daughter. My family and I were frustrated because our own pool guy couldn't fix it and we had called several plumbers for estimates and quotes. All of them pretty much said, ""I'm a plumber and I don't have any experience with using a snake on the line"" or ""I'm afraid that I might damage the pool pump line or ""I won't or can't do it."" Mr. Rosales took up the challenge and gave me a very reasonable price. He was pretty busy so he was unable to come down when I called. However, he was there the next day as promised. He is a man of his word. When I met him, he greeted me and then went straight to work. Within a half-hour or less he was finished and the pool pump was working again. Yeah!!! 2 things I learned. First, no more small toys near the pool and second that I'm going to use Rosales plumbing in the future. They're Really Good.

Robert, Ray and Alex are superstars! They are hard-working, courteous and they know what they're doing. My apartment is one of those ancient buildings that's so old it has a condemned heater. This year has been colder than most and I insisted the landlord get us some heat. Enter Robert.

He came and assessed the old heater and found it to be unsafe. He recommended putting in a new wall heater and made alll of the arrangements Ray and Alex showed up completely prepared and ready for action. The age of the house made cutting holes in the walls a real challenge. There were studs in various odd place and the walls crumbled with even the slightest touch. The boys worked tirelessly for two days to install the heater and thermostat, giving me heat for the first time in months. It was a dream come true. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they cleaned up and were so nice.

I can not recommend this company enough. They are the pillar of professionalism and kindness. Whether you need gas or water fixed, trust the guys at Rosales.

Few days later I contacted day before for approx. time and he did come around that time.
