Oscar came out on a very busy day for his business. I had a clogged laundry line that has given us problems off and on for years. He put in the extra time and effort to get it opened and free flowing. There was a bit of an up charge from the quoted price for the extra work (he was here over an hour) but certainly reasonable and fair. I highly recommend Rosales Plumbing, and Oscar in particular for any plumbing needs. Honest, reliable, and dedicated, as well as a really nice person.

I contacted Rosales Plumbing on a Saturday and Oscar was able to come out and take a look. Oscar advised me that he can fix the leak on my main water line, but also warned me that my galvanized pipes were corroded. I took a few days to think it over and ask Oscar to come over again because me and wife wanted to replace the main line with copper pipe. After Oscar measured everything, he said he can come out on Thursday morning at 8:30 am and finish by Friday. Sure enough that Thursday morning at 8:30, Oscar and his crew was out there working on it already. Rey, was the primary plumber there and he answered all my questions and concerns. Rey even worked later that Thursday to prep up all the work for Friday. On Friday they ran all the pipes and was finished around 2pm. Me and my wife were extremely happy with the work done and the turnaround time. Everything was cleaned up and Oscar even came back that following Monday remove the rest of the concrete.

Really appreciated the service! Oscar was kind and patient with setting up an appointment time, and even after arriving and realizing that the problem was misreported, still offered advice and didn't charge us for consulting him despite it taking up precious time. Would definitely recommend!

Rey turned what could have been a disaster into a big win! He replaced a busted pipe in a tight spot (a previous plumber from another company may have cracked the pipe) under my sink. Rey gave notification of when he would arrive, was courteous and informative, did the job in a difficult circumstance (just troubleshooting the issue was difficult), and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome and service!

Spoke with Mr Rosales about my kitchen sink being clogged. Explained what the situation was and he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and was spot on with what it would cost to repair. He sent his colleague Ray to perform the work and I could not have asked for a more professional and courteous person. Ray was able to unclog the sink in under 30 minutes. First-time client. I highly recommend Rosales Plumbing. Mr. Rosales showed up early, quickly resolved the issue and charged me the fair price he quoted over the phone. He and his assistant respected social distancing and wore masks. The plumbing issue was resolved in much less than an hour and that included the time he took to answer our questions and provide advice. He also gave us a warranty on the work done. We definitely recommend his services based on honesty, work and professionalism.

NOTE: We called Rosales Plumbing AFTER a fiasco of a visit yesterday with another plumber who tried to overcharge us.

Rosales Plumbing saved the day! Our water heater went out and after waiting all day for So Cal Gas company on Saturday with no show for repairs I took a chance Sunday afternoon and called. Thank god someone answered and came within an hour and fixed the problem! Yay, now we can enjoy a hot shower! Thank you Rosales Plumbing! Great response time and friendly service, I'd definitely call again and recommend to anyone looking for great service!

If I could give a zero rating, I would but it needs at least a 1 rating to post a review. Have used this company about 6-7 times previously over the years and recommended them to my family that used them as well. I asked for a quote to install a replacement drop in sink and garbage disposal after letting Rosales know that we've used them many times. I was expecting maybe $200, but he still quoted minimum of $500 . Wow! Total disregard for a repeat and loyal customer. So he decides to price gouge in times like this. Carefully decide if this is a company you want to support and give your hard earned money to. I'm still extremely disappointed even though I found a great handyman and home remodeler that did it for $160, that's very professional and extremely reasonable in prices.

Would recommend Oscar again and again. Our restroom has been producing a sewage odor for quite some time. It hasn't been too bad until just recently. We contacted a few plumbers but they all couldn't seem to find where the odor was coming from. When Oscar came, he was extremely professional and offered to do a smoke test to try to find the root cause of the problem.

They came Saturday Morning and determined that it was the toilet area that was giving off the sewage smell. They were extremely quick and efficient in finding the issue and fixing it.

How do I know that this company actually cares about the superb work and services it provides? COMMUNICATION!

...because a few days later, Oscar text my husband to follow up to see if the restroom still had the sewage odor. (Most companies would've been gone the moment the transaction ended with payment).

THAT is what I call the BEST customer service and that is why I would recommend them to all my family and friends. Oh, and they also take credit cards! Thanks Oscar!
