This plumbing company is now in my phone as my ""Go To"" plumbing and Rooter service.

I desperately required a plumber for a clogged bathroom and kitchen sink. I tried everything to unclog the sinks on my own numerous times w/negative results.

Of course, I turned to Yelp for a plumber. I read reviews on over ten local plumbers but decided on the company based on the many 5-star reviews.

I initiated a request for a quote via Yelp and within minutes, I received a reply that someone could come out between 10 am-12 pm the following day so I agreed.

The today arrives, it is 10:02 am and I hear a knock on my front door. Could this be the plumber as I race from the bedroom to answer the front door.

As I opened the door, a gentleman greeted me with ""Good morning. I am Oscar and I am here to take a look at the problem with your sinks "". I am definitely impressed with Oscar's time of arrival and professionalism.

I escort Oscar to take a look at both sinks and within one minute, he provides me with a very affordable quote. He makes it clear that pending and issues or additional required work, that will be the price to unclog both sinks.

I immediately agree and Oscar immediately gets to work with the bathroom sink.

There were definitely issues with the bathroom sink as the pipes were corroded and breaking apart in various sections. I also had a water leak that I had never noticed but there was evidence that the leak had been going on for some time.

After replacing the pipes under the sink, Oscar was still having a hard time unclogging the pipes from deep in the walls. Oscar was determined to find the source of the problem and spent over one hour locating the issue and finally unclogging the sink.

Oscar moved in to the kitchen sink and within ten mins, THAT sink was unclogged.

The price for both jobs increased slightly bcos of all the additional required work in the bathroom but I expected this increase from the original quote after Oscar showed me what he was doing every step of the way.

What I did not expect was that even after this very slight increase, the price for both jobs was so much less than what I was actually expecting to pay. I definitely did not feel as though I had been overcharged.

Oscar was a true professional, very nice, friendly and a very hard worker. Thank you!!

I was very pleased their plumber Ray was on time dressed well and took care of business right when he got here. We have been using Rosales for a couple decades, typically to clear drains. Oscar Sr. , Oscar and Robert are fair and reliable. Our most recent plumbing failure was our cast sewer line. They first came out to snake it but since it didn't clear the sewer they didn't charge me anything. I received a quote to locate, dig down and replace perforated pipe. The work was performed as described, they showed up on time and the crew was great! They ended up lining a portion of the sewer with a fiberglass sleeve. It's all fixed now and draining fine. Ray and Alex performed the work and were cordial, explained everything and worked hard on a few very warm days. In todays unsettling times it's a relief to know that there is a small business that can be trusted and follows through with integrity. I highly recommend Rosales Plumbing.

We worked with Rosales Plumbing to have a new sewer line installed. This was a big project, the old line was about 70'. They did 50' of pipe bursting and 20' of relining. The final product looks great via the cam video and they did a great job filing in the holes and putting back the greenery.

Robert and his team were very professional and easy to work with - the got the job done right! This is not small project; I would recommend Rosales Plumbing to anyone who needs a professional plumber for project big or small.
