Jose came for the estimate and provided a good bid which roughly 15 % lower. He called less than a day before we supposed to start the project per our agreement and said that he needs to raise the price by 40% which is way above all other bids. I can't believe someone can make such mistake unintentionally. The tactic is to underbid and than raise the price when you are already in. It was unacceptable and I had to waste my time and find another subcontractor. I went with different sub-contractor. Be aware!

Worse plumbing company ,left the job half finished,no communication during work at all.not punctual .everything is negative about this company.owner and operator so unprofessional .hired to fix water leak but break other appliances too.think twice before hire them.

I have used Roroman Plumbing now for two projects. When we bought our home the stove in the kitchen was electric and I am a dyed in the wool gas user (though I'm not above admitting cooking on electric can have its benefits) so we hired Roroman to put in a gas line. They quoted the job, dealt with the city for permits and even when they ran into problems they didn't change their pricing. I am very happy with the work they did then.

Now we are going through a master bathroom remodel that we are doing most of the work ourselves on and we hired Jose (Roroman) to do the plumbing work for us. He has been very flexible with regards to our crazy schedules because my husband works nights, and he is very conscientious about his work. When he installed our shower pan for our new shower he cut part of the shipping box from the pan to the size of the pan and used it to cover the shower pan to protect it until the construction work is done.

While some of their pricing can be high, the discounted pricing he has worked out with us for this project as well as the initial plumbing work quote (as we have continued to add to what we wanted him to do from the initial job assessment) have been quite fair.

I have found Jose to be fairly punctual and if he isn't going to be able to make an appointment, he calls or drops by ahead of time to inform us of the change and the reason.

Overall I would give Roroman Plumbing 5 stars.

Jose was extremely professional from my appointment setting to completing the job. I had to make the appointment for very early in the morning and that was not a problem for Jose. He showed up on time and completed the job perfectly. Also the price was spot on. Hopefully I won't need them in the future but if I have any issues I know who to call.

Jose came out to our house for an emergency repair on a hot water tank on a Saturday. Diagnosed and fixed the issue within 15 minutes! Highly satisfied!

DONT CALL JOSE!!!!
Received estimate of 160.00 to install toilet I purchased. Jose came out and place toilet, then removed toilet to leave to purchase hose connector. When he returned all of a sudden he informed me the flange was broken. Funny wan not broken first time he placed toilet and discovered hose did not fit. When he said 195.00 to replace flange I assumed he meant that was total price.Took him 8 minutes to replace flange. WAS I SURPRISED WHEN HE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL 195.00 FOR A TOTAL OF 330.00 TO PLACE A TOILET I HAD PURCHASED!!! And i found out part was only a few dollars when i went to price for myself.
He did not provide invoice to me so I called office to request one . Never heard back from them and never received invoice or receipt for my payment.

I have been having a problem with my toilets and pipes all weekend. The first plumber came out on Saturday and we though he fixed the problem. On Sunday the problem was even worse. The same plumber came again got on the roof again and used his snake. This morning the problem was still there. So after two trips out. Shit coming out of my tub, and everything clogged up we called RoRo Man. Jose came out found the pipes in the back of the house (the pipe that the other plumber could not find) and unclogged everything. Thanks again Jose you saved the day.
