I woke up to a cold water shower because of a broken water heater. I contacted a few plumbers and Saul gave me a quick estimate and told me he could swing by in 20 minutes. He arrived on time and found that I definitely needed a new water heater. He gave me a fair quote and explained all the work he was going to need to do. I do know enough about home projects so I knew he was being honest. He was able to get a new water heater installed in a couple hours after we first spoke. He also took the time to explain to me a few other projects that I want to tackle soon. I would recommend Roque plumbing in the future.

Roques Plumbing is absolutely amazing! I put in a request through Yelp and Saul, owner, replied within minutes with a no nonsense quote to install a new water heater. The price was very reasonable. This was about noon. I told him I would like to get it installed. He was finishing another job and said he would come over after. He showed up on time and he and his brother did an amazing job of installing my new water heater. They were done by 3:30 pm! 3.5 hours from the time I requested a quote to the time it was installed. Other plumbers were trying to have me schedule appointments for a day or two or three away. Saul new it was important to have hot water and did a great job to accommodate me. No one wants to spend money installing a new water heater at this time of year, but Saul took a good bit of the sting out of it! Highly highly recommend you call him for your plumbing needs!

So this how the phone call went to the job completion

Spoke with plumber at 7am in the morning sent photos on problem pipe told him I tried to patch it myself but didn't take I let him know I know what I'm talking about I do this type of work myself as well for the state of California on a much larger scale but I didn't feel like doing it, I gave him the parts list over the phone that he was going to need for the repair to rubber couplers one T fitting a 45 coupler an about 15ich of abs pipe he said ok he would remove the sink & sink vanity cut open drywall do the repair re install drywall no mud work on drywall reinstall sink vanity an sink for $425 all that work an I was total fine with it he had a job in the morning but would be able to come by at 4:30pm an would be done by 6:30, so what actually took place I removed sink vanity an sink cut open drywall cut pipe above the T to the exhaust that exits roof I cut below the T beyond the 45 cleaned the area up ready for a quick repair now I could have called an canceled an just finished the repair myself at this point since the hardest part of the job was complete but I figured I already told him I'll let him finish it off he showed up at 4:45 he saw that I had did all that work but before he started I asked him for a quote on a complete repipe of all my water lines in the house gave him a tour an he began the work on the drain at about 5pm after setting up his tools and parts he realized he needed more parts he sent his partner to go pick up the parts he he did what he could with what he had then was at a stand still until part showed up after that he was short on pipe he had to go to the store an get pipe he returned finished up repair an installed sink vanity with sink finished at 7pm an I asked him what I owed him ( HE SAID $425 ) now yes I agreed to that price but when I did the removal of everything an cut out all the pipe I expected the price to lower I'd say by half or at least $100 but no I asked him can I get a price break since I did the majority of the work he took a minute to think an said give me $400 now after all that what do you think ? Not saying he didn't do good work cause he's work was good but price was not fair at all

I found Roques Plumbing through Home Advisor. I had them give me a quote after a big name company quoted me. What a difference! I really like how quickly they were able to come out and how they answer their phone in a timely manner. I had them install a new faucet in my bathroom and shower head, very happy with their work.
