I called Saul this morning and he answered the phone right away. I explained what i needed done and he said he'd be there between 3-4 the same day. He arrived on time (closer to 3) and did the work i needed (removing and capping a gas line from a non working central heater). Fast and efficient. Charged exactly what he quoted me. My Mom's house needed some serious repair so I messaged a bunch of plumbers for estimates. Saul responded right away and came over for a free estimate. I already knew what needed to be done because a plumber my Mom had hired not only did a bad job but overcharged her. My Mom is in her 80s and I live 2500 miles away in Hawaii so the dishonest hack plumber saw an easy mark. Saul from Roques plumbing gave me a quote for the immediate problems and another quote I asked for a complete repipe of the entire house with remodeling of one bathroom and addition of a second shower in the other bathroom. His price stunned me. Not because it was high because it was low. There was 7 things that needed to be fixed right now he gave me a very reasonable quote and I asked Saul when he could do it? He said right now. Bam Saul knocked out a days work for a regular plumber in 4 hours. He's fast, reasonable and most importantly he's honest which is so rare these days. Texted a quote to Saul and can't believe on the price he gave me so I ask him if he can stop by to get an accurate quote on the replacement of cut off valve and he came within minutes and gave me a very very fair price for the project. He even recommend better fix for the replacement of the valve. His service is outstanding, quick to response in the quote, his job was perfect and his price was very very fair compared to the 5 quotes that I received.
