My experience was not as positive, I'm afraid. I've used them twice. The first time was for a very minor repair and it seemed fine, so I contacted them a few months later for a second issue. That time, they were a no-show for an appointment. After I called them twice to find out where they were (with no one even answering their phones), they finally called me back and admitted they were nowhere near my home. It was over an hour past the appointment time by then. Their suggestion was that they could try to come the next day instead. As I'd already taken an afternoon off work in reliance on the appointment they missed, I ultimately hired a different plumber to fix the repair. I wish Rick Roper had the courtesy and professionalism to at least call me ahead of time when it was obvious they weren't going to make the appointment on time...then I wouldn't have wasted an entire afternoon. Instead, it's not clear that they even realized they'd missed the appointment until I'd left two messages. Didn't inspire a lot of confidence and I was left with the impression that they're pretty unreliable.

Rick Roper plumbing was recommended to me by two friends. And I'm sure glad I listened. I had gotten a quote for a replacement water from one of the big local companies that advertises on T.V. for both a traditional and a tankless water heater. I was very interested in changing to tankless but the price was absolutely outrageous from the big co. Rick Roper came and explained the pros and cons and what he recommended for brand. He ended up doing the tankless install with a higher capacity top quality model for 44% less than their price. The work was done professionally and cleanly and the communication was great. Rick gave me a ""Not to exceed"" quote. I was very pleasantly surprised that the final bill came in ~15% lower than his ""Not to exceed"" quote - very nice.

I will definitely be using Rick Roper Plumbing in the future. A real pleasure to work with.

Highly recommend this company! They happened to be around the corner finishing another job in my hour of need, and came by instantly. I needed some unexpected prep work done to update our space for a new dishwasher. It wasn't shocking to find out that the previous installation lacked some necessary features. They fixed me up quickly, and charged a very fair price, without a rush fee. I'm having them back for some further updates for additional appliance installs.
