We called the office on a Monday morning as we had a leak under our sink. Got a call back very quickly and the guys came out that same day, arriving even earlier than they had promised. They had the parts they needed on their truck and fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. The two young men that came out were professional and courteous. Very reasonable cost as well. I would highly recommend this business and will be using them for all future plumbing issues.

We had a fantastic experience with Rick Roper! We are doing a full scale remodel and needed 4 faucets installed and 4 sinks connected. Rick was able to come do the job for us. He was on time and arrived with two helpers (I believe they are his sons). They were all very professional and thorough. They got the job done (and done right!) in just a couple of hours and for a very fair price! Rick Roper came highly recommended and he definitely lived up to his reputation. My experience was not as positive, I'm afraid. I've used them twice. The first time was for a very minor repair and it seemed fine, so I contacted them a few months later for a second issue. That time, they were a no-show for an appointment. After I called them twice to find out where they were (with no one even answering their phones), they finally called me back and admitted they were nowhere near my home. It was over an hour past the appointment time by then. Their suggestion was that they could try to come the next day instead. As I'd already taken an afternoon off work in reliance on the appointment they missed, I ultimately hired a different plumber to fix the repair. I wish Rick Roper had the courtesy and professionalism to at least call me ahead of time when it was obvious they weren't going to make the appointment on time...then I wouldn't have wasted an entire afternoon. Instead, it's not clear that they even realized they'd missed the appointment until I'd left two messages. Didn't inspire a lot of confidence and I was left with the impression that they're pretty unreliable.
