I had called Roper plumbing to have a new faucet installed in my kitchen. He was unable to fix it the first visit because there was a missing parr. The plumber took a $125 dollar check from me and cashed it before I even had a working faucet. When I found out he cashed the check, I called the company to find out when he was coming back to install the faucet and I was told he went out of town. Within a 3 week span of time, they had been out to my house 4 times and still no working faucet. One morning he said he would be there at 8am and i took 10 seconds to answer the door and when i opened the door, he was already headed back to his car trying to leave and get out of his obligation to finish the job. It has been over a month and i still have no working faucet. I finally called him because he was supposed to call me on Monday and never did. I asked him why this simple task seemed to be so complicated. He got very angry and told me that he was """"expecting me to do the impossible. """" and that he was sending me my money back (minus some expenses). These people are very unprofessional. Especially the main guy I dealt with named Steve. I had a weird feeling about him from the moment I met him. I knew he wasn't trust worthy from the very start. After I had left he was talking to my mother trying to give her dating advice telling her that I need to """"lighten up."""" Who does that?? Maybe if i didn't have to deal with shady plumbers i would be in a better mood! Ugh!

Had drain issue and called several plumbers. All booked weeks out-good for plumbers bad for customer. Called Roper, told them issue, said they would call back next day. They did and had cancellation. Sent crew out and fixed the problem in 45 minutes. Blaine could not have been nicer and professional. Looked issue over and went right to work and fixed issue. Would call them if needed again. Price was fair and in the going rate. Thanks. Blair and crew.

We had a clog and had water leaking out of our dishwasher. They were here in less than hour and fixed it for us! Great service and would recommend them!

They came out and did there $99.00 drain clean on a rental house of ours. It worked great but started leaking a week later at the location of the drain clean. The owner came out personally and fixed the issue at no charge. He said it was nothing that they did but was an easy fix. Awesome experience.

I called this company to pump out my septic tank last month. 30 days later I noticed my landscape dying, only to discover that the technician used a shovel to hunt for the septic tank instead of a poker and broke my landscape irrigation line in several locations. Not bad enough, he obviously realized he did this by evidence that he didn't fill in the hole then covered it up with the ground cover plants. He knowingly did this and didn't say anything to anyone. When I called to complain, I got push back from the boss telling me not to be upset! Are you kidding me! Never again.

My parents are senior citizens, moreover, my dad doesn't speak English well. Steve from Roper plumbing was suppose to come over to do some work, when he didn't show up by the scheduled time and didn't call to warn my parents that he is running late, my dad called him to find out what is going on, Steve was abrupt and told my dad that he is rude and now Steve will not be coming as he doesn't work with rude people. He didn't realize that my dad's English is poor and what he took for rudeness was a simple poor choice of words and frustration. He stood my parents up, and didn't care enough to even try to understand. I'd say poor work ethics, poor professionalism, total ignorance about other cultures, complete discrimination. I definitely won't recom

Customer Beware! They cracked the cover of the septic tank by carelessly smashing their shovel into the the cover when digging it up. Couldn't even find the other tank for the house either. Had to call another company who was soooooo much better. Highly discourage anyone from using!

I noticed the kitchen sink wasn't draining well and it looked like something was stuck in the drain. I set an appointment for someone to come between 8a-10a and Brock and Bronson actually showed up a little early, which was great since I needed to get to work! They were amazing! Super friendly, professional and got the job done quickly. They removed the culprit from the drain (2 plastic knives) and made sure everything was put back together and there were no leaks. I couldn't have asked for better service and won't hesitate to call Roper again. Thanks guys!
