I noticed the kitchen sink wasn't draining well and it looked like something was stuck in the drain. I set an appointment for someone to come between 8a-10a and Brock and Bronson actually showed up a little early, which was great since I needed to get to work! They were amazing! Super friendly, professional and got the job done quickly. They removed the culprit from the drain (2 plastic knives) and made sure everything was put back together and there were no leaks. I couldn't have asked for better service and won't hesitate to call Roper again. Thanks guys!

Roper Plumbing is my hero! I called on Friday afternoon and at first I reached a voicemail. When I was about to leave a message, a call started beeping in from Brock at Roper's ( the owner's son). I explained that we were having a very strong sewer smell in our house and it had reached an all time peak that day! We were also experiencing a backup into both our showers every time we ran a load of laundry. I explained the problems to Brock and that I was looking for someone who could not only help me with a drain line plumbing clog but also with our septic since I wasn't sure which one was the problem. He assured me they could handle any plumbing or septic related issue. I was delighted since the seven other companies I had contacted would only handle either septic or plumbing, not both. He said they could be at our house first thing Monday morning between 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM. I couldn't have been happier to see them when they arrived at 7:30 AM on Monday! Terrance and Brock were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with! They went to work right away accessing the symptoms and began by snaking our main drain line which led to our toilets working properly. However, I was still concerned about the laundry backup into our showers so they patiently waited for our laundry cycle to begin draining while packing up their equipment. Brock walked in and smelled the sewer gas that I had told them about. He immediately said something more was going on and they started checking our septic tanks. Long story long, they spent six hours working to make sure that all of our plumbing and sewer problems were 100% addressed before they left our home. I will never use another plumbing or septic company again and will highly recommend them to everyone!

I called this company to pump out my septic tank last month. 30 days later I noticed my landscape dying, only to discover that the technician used a shovel to hunt for the septic tank instead of a poker and broke my landscape irrigation line in several locations. Not bad enough, he obviously realized he did this by evidence that he didn't fill in the hole then covered it up with the ground cover plants. He knowingly did this and didn't say anything to anyone. When I called to complain, I got push back from the boss telling me not to be upset! Are you kidding me! Never again.

I am so impressed w/ Roper Plumbing and especially plumbers Bobby & Eddie. They arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and good-natured. Also very good at keeping me informed on the project. Issue was small pooling water at the front of the toilet - and they found that the flange which holds the toilet in place, was not fastened to the cement properly - as the cement had crumbled and deteriorated. They had to gouge out the old cement, replace the flange, fill in new cement, and remount the toilet. A job that could have taken a couple days (waiting for cement to harden) was finished in a few hours - due to the cleverness and creativity of Bobby & Eddie - able to re-seat the toilet w/o affecting cement drying. I was nervous when I saw the severity of the problem (crumbled cement under the flange) but Bobby made it look easy and he was in full control of the fix. Quick too!

Best Plumbers around! They're prompt, polite, reliable, thorough and will fix your plumbing issue without gouging you. Very impressed with their customer service and each employee they've sent out to the house.

Very responsive and reliable. I would definitely recommend Brock Roper and his crews! Phenomenal!

Had drain issue and called several plumbers. All booked weeks out-good for plumbers bad for customer. Called Roper, told them issue, said they would call back next day. They did and had cancellation. Sent crew out and fixed the problem in 45 minutes. Blaine could not have been nicer and professional. Looked issue over and went right to work and fixed issue. Would call them if needed again. Price was fair and in the going rate. Thanks. Blair and crew.

This was my experience with Steve Roper plumbing: May 26th: I called him per my landlord's request to explain the issue, get a cost estimate and schedule the appt. He was right in the middle of something and couldn't talk to me right then and said he would call me right back. He didn't. May 27th: I called him back. He was right in the middle of something else and couldn't talk to me. He asked me to call him back in a few hours. I did, explained the issue and he gave me a verbal """"not to exceed"""" estimate and we scheduled the appt for the following Tue (31st) morning. He asked me to call him that Tue morning to remind him. I tell him no problem - I can do that. May 31st: I called him to remind him of our appt like he asked me to. He's surprised to hear from me. There had been some big emergency with a water main the night before and there was no way he was going to be able to make it that day at all. He couldn't even reschedule the appt right then and asked me to call him later that day. I did - and we re-scheduled for this morning (June 1st) at 7:30. June 1st (today): I called him at ten til 7 this morning to confirm we were still on for 7:30. He told me yes and that he would see me in 30-40 minutes. 8 o'clock rolls around... no plumber. 8:15 - still no plumber. 8:20 I call him - get his voice mail and leave a msg asking him to call me back. He doesn't - but just before 9am his helper shows up. His helper is rushing around like a maniac - apparently there was some other big emergency going on somewhere else - another broken water main - and he couldn't understand why Steve had sent him to my house. But he gets right to work and finds that the problem with both the sink & the toilet is a bigger deal than expected (legitimately) - doesn't have the parts needed to do the work (says no plumber would carry parts like what was needed here because of the custom nature of the fixtures - and I do believe him) - and we need further approval from my landlord anyway as the quoted estimate would not cover it. We couldn't reach my landlord right away so he leaves in a big hurry. The toilet is left sitting in the middle of my bathroom floor and towels are stuffed in the open hole to keep the sewer gasses out. I get the approval from my landlord and I call Steve Roper back to tell him. He tells me he's tracking down the parts and hangs up on me. I wait a little while and call him back to find out if he expected to be able to come back today - but he doesn't let me speak - he yells at me that he's trying to find the parts - and hangs up on me. I call him right back - and he immediately starts yelling at me - telling me that I'm """"killing him with all my phone calls"""" - I try to tell him that I needed to know if he was coming back today so that I knew whether or not I could go to work - but he doesn't let me get a word in - he yells at me some more - and hangs up on me - a total of 3 times now - the man hangs up on me. This is not an employee - this is the owner of the business behaving this way! This man doesn't do what he says he will (call, show up) and he screams at and hangs up on customers. And I missed over half a day of work. And the toilet is still sitting in the middle of my bathroom floor! A HORRID experience!

They came out and did there $99.00 drain clean on a rental house of ours. It worked great but started leaking a week later at the location of the drain clean. The owner came out personally and fixed the issue at no charge. He said it was nothing that they did but was an easy fix. Awesome experience.

We had a clog and had water leaking out of our dishwasher. They were here in less than hour and fixed it for us! Great service and would recommend them!
