I needed our water heater fixed, I called a few places who all seemed very unorganized and couldn't get a same day apt so I saw rooty rooter had good reviews and gave him a call. He was so nice and said he could be here within an hour. In the rain he looked at it and attempted a fix that worked, but later that night it stopped working again. Gave him a call, he came back that night and let us know what parts to get and he'd come back as soon as they're in. He fixed it and has great prices! He is so kind and professional. Already called him back for another service! Highly recommend!!

Called Rooty Rooter on a Friday afternoon and I wasn't expecting to have my clogged sink drain repaired until Saturday or Monday at the soonest. Rooty was at my door within the hour. I had a clogged shower drain. Called on a Saturday night after I got a quote from a different company. The first company told me they had to jackhammer my bathroom floor as he suspected a pipe leak. Had a clogged shower drain after business hours for most companies but was lucky to find Frank from Rooty Rooter. He came right away assessed our problem gave us all the options we could go with. After deciding what we wanted to go with he started working on the job got it done pretty quickly and left everything clean and in perfect condition. Main problem was fixed but he had noticed our 2nd bathrooms tub was draining kinda slow which he fixed too. Thank you to Frank for the great service, great price, and explanation of what he did. Called him almost midnight, tonight Dec 30 to fix a backed up toilet. He had me run a few tests over the phone to give me a $300 estimate. It would have been $200 if he came in the morning but I needed it fixed asap. So he arrived promptly on a drizzly midnight and worked hard to get my problem solved, for the price he quoted.

I have been dealing with issues with my lines for a long time and no could really solve my issue, but Rooty Rooter came to my rescue last night. I called him and got an immediate response and he was at my house in about 10 minutes solving the issue. Toilet flooded yesterday and called Frank at 11am, arrived promptly within the hour and gave me a complete rundown and estimate of what was necessary to fix the problem. Frank was honest and professional, and within a few hours we removed the clog which has prevented me from showering and using the toilet. Very friendly and will definitely recommend!

RESCUED BY ROOTY ROOTER. I SAVED THOUSANDS $$$$$$$$.
The shortest version is, that after a ""free"" exploratory video (from a company that came to unclog the toilet) they reported our main sewer line had a chronic problem, a lag (sunken pipe) 5-7 ft long, deep underground close to the property line.
I was told at the time that this repair could run anywhere from $10,000 to $50,000 depending on permits, job length and possibly a street closure!!
So I called in other experts and obtained 3 quotes. They ranged from $9,000 to $18,000.
Then I remembered Frank/ Rooty Rooter who had worked here in the past.
Frank came twice to do his extensive diagnosis, returning with more equipment to locate pipes and electrical lines. His experienced and honest assessment was simple. The pipe was not causing a problem and was functioning perfectly.
