Frank did A great Job.. They had to jackhammer the dirt it was so hard. The mainline needed to be dug up and replaced. They did such a clean job replacing all the pipes. They filled in the dirt and put the grass back. After awhile it will not be visible of being dug up at all. Frank takes pride in his work, and also cleaned the driveway after he was done. I can tell he has alot of experience in doing all types of plumbing and repairs. He gets the job done at a great price!

This guy is amazing. He was there fast and got the job done quick. Our entire house was flooding and the main drain was clogged. A hidden gem! Frank came out the day after my call, and worked his behind off snaking and hydro jetting my VERY clogged exterior pool drains. I had thought that there was DE plugging up 3 of the drains that took forever to dry up, but Franks started with the snake, and was able to show me the HUGE amount of roots that were in the main!
He worked for more than 5 hours both snaking and then hydro jetting all of the 11 exterior drains, and THEN he pulled up all the drain covers and actually dug the dirt and muck out of them! He then put all of that muck and the roots and everything into my ""green"" bin, and left the entire area clean and ready for the rain - which came the very next day! All is draining very well at long last, and I couldn't be more pleased!
Frank was grinning and happy every time I looked at him, he truly enjoys helping people. His knowledge and skill in his field are excellent, and his prices are excellent for the work he puts in.
I would never hesitate to call him again, or to recommend him to anyone I know!

Quick response, professional solution. We needed quick help with a backed up bathroom toilet and sink which would not relent to plungers and drano. Frank showed up in less than an hour, and cleared the sewer line from the bathroom to the septic tank. He also found obstructions in the internals of the toilet, which he told us was restricting the flush of the toilet, and allowing sludge to build up in the sewer line.We had had several previous episodes with this bathroom, so we asked him to clean the line with a hydro-jet apparatus. He recommended that we replace the toilet with a hard-flushing model, which I did myself after Frank left. Highly recommended.

I called when my 90 year old mothers garbage disposal quit and Frank the owner said ""I'll be there within the hour"", he came quicker than one hour, was professional, and skillfully replaced not only the disposal, but went the extra yard by installing a new collar ring that goes on the top of the sink because the old one was rusty. He could have left it but it was better with it. He also gave my mom a senior discount. Good work, nice guy, use Rooty Rooter today!

I called Frank in a panic last week after I came home and there was water flooding my kitchen sink! He immediately asked if I was in an apartment building and if there was a unit above me and when I said yes he told me to run upstairs to tell my neighbor to turn off their sink. He was right on because as soon as my neighbor stopped running their sink water the flooding in my sink stopped too.

Fred came within the hour and snaked the pipes and cleared the blockage. He was so friendly, great demeanor and was nice enough to lay down a tarp and clean up afterwards. He only charged me $150 which I thought was a great deal for all of the work that he did. He seems like a very honest guy and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber in the Valley. He is also super knowledgable and has been doing this for years!
