We have used now Rooters on time for several jobs and every time it has been better than our expectations. Leo is honest and reliable and work with the best people. Yoni did a great job doing our all sewer system, and Edgar fixed a complicated shower leak that needed foreign parts that no other plumbers had figured out. I am so glad to be able to say that after so many years we found a plumber that we love. Thank you guys!

We had "Rooters On Time" come and give us a quote for replacing our sewer line. Their technician, Yoni Acevedo, was right on time for our appointment and was easy to talk with. Not only did their quote come in at 1/2 the price as Tankless Hot Water Solutions (Porter Ranch) Yoni took extra time to look over some of the plumbing issues found on our home inspection report at no additional charge. We appreciated his honestly, extra time and effort.

Okay, my house is about 50 years old and as well as the pipe. Recently my pipe got a leak and it was getting bigger and bigger. I have a tenant family living there so it had to be fast and right fix. Well, I called closest place from my house using Yelp and I would say I got lucky. Once I see Leo and talked with him, I knew that this guy would do the right job. The job was fast and right. Everything is good and happy holidays!

These guys were a godsend! We just moved into a home, only to find out less than two weeks of moving in there was a broken sewer pipe. This was a huge blow to us, but Leo and his crew were extremely knowledgable, caring and professional. They replaced all of our old clay pipes and repaired all the sewer damage-using some kind of robot technology that made it so they could fix the problem with minimal digging up of the ground. After speaking to many experts, they reassured us we were getting a quality deal at a good price from Rooters On Time. It was a huge project that could've been overwhelming and intimidating, but Leo and his crew took care of it in one weekend! I would definitely recommend this company.

Wonderful company. Called Saturday afternoon and they were here Saturday afternoon.
Unfortunately for us, we needed several major lines replaced...most of them under
newly installed gravel. They came with a crew every morning for days, supervised by Leo, who is the CEO. I thought we would never have it looking the same again after several
six to 8 foot holes were dug up, but not only do we have brand new drain pipes, three
cleanouts, but gravel was washed and replaced...like they'd never were here. Also fixed
some minor inside plumbing at no extra charge. Leo,and his crew were great. And when you call, you get a person...not an answering machine...will call again for any plumbing problem, but hopefully, we won't have any anymore.

I would highly recommend Rooters on Time. I had a sink blockage/garbage disposal disaster that occurred right before the Thanksgiving holiday. I called Rooters on Time and they were able to make an appointment to look at my sink immediately.
Edgar was prompt (even called to say he was on his way), upfront with the costs, explained the process before he began and kept me in the loop the whole time. Edgar was able to fix my sink and save my holiday.

My girlfriend's house has a kitchen/laundry slow-draining sewer problem for a long time until it finally stopped draining. We found this Rooters On Time on Yelp. They were very professional, courteous, honest and FAST! They bypassed the old drain pipe and installed the new one in a day and half with a lot of in ground digging/trenching. The end result is FANTASTIC! with fast draining!!! Thumb Up to Rooters on Time!!!
