Update: I called Jonathan for a leak in my Master sink that my hubby was unable to fix. He came out as promised, fixed the problem, and again gave us a good price! I'm very happy with him and again highly recommend his services!

Have known Leo and this company for over 10 years no, you can read my review I posted 9 years ago. Recently hired him again, he sent one of his employees to do the job, the employee was friendly but obviously job didn't go well. I called him back to honor the guarantee. "I closed the company and can't do anything for you hire another company" there goes $300 down the drain, literally. Very disheartened that loyalty comes down to this. You have been in this business for decades and all of a sudden you can't do anything. Disgusting.

I am really saddened and disappointed with Leo at Rooters On Time. I have been using their services since 2012 and spend nearly $10k over this time period. He was my go-to plumber, but now he is not honoring the warranty that he provided. Leo replaced the 4"6" connection and put in a Perma-liner to the city connection in the street with a lifetime warranty. The 4"6" connection is cracked and now needs to be replaced. Leo is claiming only for the Perma-Liner is under warranty, not the connection. However, the invoice clearly states the entire job is under warranty. My property mgmt company contacted him and he offered to hydrojet the line with a 2-year warranty, but that only gives the roots a "haircut" and they will grow back in a few short months. That's not a solution, that's a band aid fix. I specifically paid thousands of dollars for a Perma-liner to get a permanent solution to my sewer line problem, not a short-term fix where roots will grow back. Now Leo is not honoring the lifetime warranty. In fact, he won't even return my phone calls to discuss the issue. Leo, I am very disappointing in your behavior, and given you don't want to address this issue shows you lack the morals, professionalism and ethical standards that I thought you possessed. I would not be writing this review if you would just return my call. Leo will probably respond by saying I am "incorrect" or providing "false statements." But I would be happy to post the Rooters on Time invoice and an estimate from another plumber that will support all the facts that I have just outlined. You are not returning my calls because you know you should be honoring the warranty you provided. JUST RETURN MY CALL TO DISCUSS! I would be happy to update this review based on our conversation.

What can I say. Always on time and professional. Called Leo 1 week ago and he gave me an appointment. Sure enough the technician arrived on time and very well informed of the situation. After about a half a day of work the team was gone and it's like they did not even touch anything. I love them and will always use them. Great prices and great service. Thank you Leo!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I have been a customer of Rooters On Time for over 10 years, but lately the company has gone down the drain. My most recent service call for a clogged drain resulted in a plumber showing up collecting $150 cash and not clearing the drain completely. Within 2 weeks, the drain was backed up again and when I called Leo at Rooters he didn't return my calls or texts. With persistence on my part I finally got a hold of him, he had the same plumber return to my home. This time the plumber said, "the line can't be cleared all the way. Clear by my definition means some liquid can get through"! That's craziness!
I had another plumber come out and he was able to completely clear the drain of ALL MATTER so that it was completely clear and clean. Success. They indicated that the work done by Rooters was substandard. I've had no problems since the 2nd plumber did their work. I have attempted to contact Rooters On Time no less than 4 times to address this issue and they have chosen to not return my calls, texts and emails. Clearly they have something to hide and do not stand behind their work.

It's a shame really that after 10 years and over $10,000 of work over the years (copper pipes, tankless water heater, new sewer line) a relationship has been ruined over $150. But, they've shown who they truly are and it's not a pretty picture. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are all about the quick buck not fixing the problem.

Harry was just at my home in Granada Hills and I must say that he did a great job.
He fixed the toilet in one of our bathrooms and unclogged the air gap drain from the dishwasher to the disposal. I've also scheduled him to come back and replace the pressure regulator on our house. I have used other companies here in the past 20+years but I am so pleased I found Harry and Rooters on Time. They are quick, efficient, very clean and reasonably priced.
5/02 I needed a plumber for additional work today and John came out to help. He fixed everything perfectly! Knew exactly what I needed and was so efficient. I can't say enough great things about the people that work at this company, I appreciate you so much. Thanks for your help today John.

Finally I have found a Plumber that you can count on, is not out to overcharge their customers, honest, on time, and wonderful to work with. Leo, Harry, and Steve all provide excellent customer service. It is so refreshing! I would recommend Rooters on Time in Northridge for all your plumbing needs!

Are use these guys because my other go to vendors seem to add $25 to the bill every time they came out. Although this company is starting to do the same so far they have proved fair in their pricing and returned Free of charge when the drain in the floor directly below it clogged up. Of course one would assume that they clog move down the line further however I suppose in theory they could've asked for more money but they didn't. For now I will continue to use them and would recommend

Steve is the man! I had received some advertising in the mail and decided to give Rooters On Time a call to schedule an appointment to have a drain cleared out. I'm always skeptical on pricing I get quoted for plumbing but not this time. If you're looking for a quick response, professionalism and honest hard work then this is your go to. Harry and his assistants did a couple of amazing plumbing replacement jobs under my house. Their prices are fair compared to other company prices. Also they have the best customer service. Call them for excellent honest work.
