Called them yesterday, spoke to Leo, he was ready to send someone out within 45 min but I opted for this morning. Steve showed up, super nice, super professional,super helpful!! I don't want to brag, but I now have water! Thanks to José and his hard working men at Rooters on Time. As you see in the previous post we've been having plumbing issues. Well, until José of Rooters on Time came and put the camera down into our pipes we had no idea how serious the issues were. Let's put it this way, our 1955 cast iron pipes had massive rotted and rusted holes in them, hence our water issues: various shades of gray and brown water backing up and squirting out of places where water should not be.

When we learned we'd need to have huge portions of our cement slab jack hammered to replace the pipes, I was overwhelmed thinking of the massive mess to our house and lives we'd have to deal with. But because José and his guys were so efficient, hard-working, and systematic they were done sooner than expected.

José, before leaving, said, "You're back to normal!"

Nope. Way better than normal - we have new pipes, better water pressure, no mystery water bursting out of places it shouldn't. So I hope you don't mind me bragging: We have WATER!

Thanks to José and his team at Rooters on Time. I can now enjoy my weekend.

Steve from Rooters On Time came right on time, and let us know when he was on his way. He was polite and quick. He unclogged our bathroom sink and made thoroughly checked that everything was cleared and that there were no leaks before he left.

These guys are the best in service & price. My kitchen drainage line backed up during the Memorial Holiday weekend and they were the only local plumber to have someone to come out. After two attempts to unclog with a rotor, the plumber had me view how much line went out before the obvious blockage. Since it was at night, they were to come back next morning to go under the house to inspect the line. Steve and another worker came on time; confirmed blockage location; and, the contributing factor of a bogus prior installation of the line - with insufficient slope in the line; insufficient supports (which produced kinks); and, two 90 degree turns! In two hours the line was cut and repaired with proper slope and supports. Steve showed us the clogged portions, which were almost mortar hard!! Rooters on Time will be my go-to plumber from now on.

Professional, nice and happy problem solvers they are! I had to replace my sewer line. Yoni proposed a plan that minimized irreversible changes to my yard and bathroom tiles and it all worked out well. I was also happy with the total cost.

I should mention that prior to them I already had another company come in and hydro-jet and run camera.

The garbage disposal wasn't working over the weekend. The management company of my apartment referred me to Rooters On Time. Steve contacted me this morning and he came 30 minutes after he called. He was very friendly. After he found out what the issue was, he said that I need a new garbage disposal since inside was rusty (I didn't use often at all). He contacted his supervisor to let know what the problem was. Steve's supervisor needed to contact my management company to make sure they will approve it (to replace with a new garbage disposal). After 1 hour, Steven contacted me again and said he will come within 1 hour and the job itself will take approximately 30 minutes. He showed up with the new garbage disposal and installed it within 30 minutes. He did such a great job and I definitely recommend Rooters On Time, especially "Steve" to others who have an issue with their plumbing. I appreciate his quick work and great job!

I called late in the evening and Ruben arrived in 30 minutes. It's nice that they have a technician available 24/7 for after work surprises. My tub was clogged. The snake didn't work so they hydro-jetted from the roof. Worked like a charm.

My bathtub was clogged, I assumed it was hair, or at least I hoped it was that simple! I called at 7:30AM and they were at my home within a couple hours. They unclogged it within minutes! Pulled out a ball of hair that looked like a small rat! Lol and it was very affordable at $125! Thankful they were so quick and reliable. Now I can bath my son tonight in the tub! Last night it was the kitchen sink.
