My washing Machine was flooding my garage, and the sink attached was original to my 1950's house. I called on Friday, and asked for someone to come on Saturday, the next day at 10:00am. They were able to accomodate me. Garry came out and explained everything to me and tried the least expensive option first, which actually worked.

Garry....thank you, and sorry for looking over your shoulder the entire time. You were extra patient with me, and I will call you next time I need service.

I had the worst kind of sewer backup in a tenant's unit on a Sunday evening. Things back flowing into the tub!! I called a bunch of rooter services until I got a live person on the line. They had someone out within 30 minutes. So far so good. The guy started to snake the drain. When he saw that his snake had passed the point in the line that was clogged, but that no water was flowing, he said it was still stopped up and proceeded to remove the snake from the drain. When it came completely out I noticed that it did not have any kind of tip on the end of the snake line. He'd been running just a narrow line down the drain with no attachment!!! I told him how do you expect to penetrate anything if you don't even have a tip on the end of your line thicker than the line itself!? He must have been surprised that I knew enough to call him out on this major omission of the right tools required to snake a drain. He curtly said he was done and that there was nothing further he could do to help, charged me a $65 minimum for the "service" call. Worthless service.
The next morning I called another service and the guy snaked the same drain with a large bore tip on the end of his line and after running that monster through the line the backed up water started gushing through like a waterfall! Problem solved in under 20 minutes. The Rooters on Time guy could have done the same thing if he'd had the right equipment or attitude to help me solve my problem. He had neither. Also, the guy clearly had insufficient skill or experience to clear the mildly difficult drain blockage. Perhaps these guys at Rooters on Time run right 98% of the time, but I caught the bad 2%, and for that I think I would never ever consider calling them again or recommending them to anyone.

I had a clogged up kitchen sink and was about to call another company when I got a coupon for Rooters on Time in the mail. They advertised $49.95 to clear a drain, so I decided to give them a try. Garry came out as scheduled and had the sink drain fixed in half an hour. He was very professional and explained how to use the clear out plug if it happened again after the 30 day warranty was up. And yes, he only charged $49.95! I will definitely call this company if anything else goes wrong with our 75-year-old plumbing!

Last night, the kitchen sink got clogged. So, we scheduled an appointment with them to come and have it checked out. We were told that the plumber would be at the house promptly at 9am! Who runs on time now a days?! These plumbers do! By 8:57am, we got a call that he was outside. We were blown away! We had the pleasure of working with Arnold! He was patient with our million and one questions and completely efficient. Less than an hour later, he was packing up his equipment and heading out, drain/sink working good as new!!! If you get a chance to work with Arnold, do it! He's fantastic! We even joked that we would schedule our appointment for a year from now with him to snake our drain because he's that good! Also, loved his sense of humor, honesty, and his patience with our Akita that was more than eager to greet him!

I woke the owner up on Labor Day morning! Not only was he understanding but he immediately had an employee at our home within the hour. Garry was professional and extremely helpful. He tried to fix the problem but it needed to have a little more than a band aide. He advised us to do the job with the proper pipes. Along with his crew, he took care of the problem in one afternoon. The plants are in tact and the yard looks exactly the same. Not only was the job done with expertise and spotless, but it was performed by one of our finest!! You do the Marine Corp proud, Garry...and on Labor Day!

I called and spoke with Leo. At the exact agreed upon time, Garry arrived at my home to hook up my new Natural Gas BBQ. He was very friendly, intelligent, spoke well and knew his business. Within minutes, he evaluated the job, we agreed on the price, which was 2/3 less than a competitor. After 2 trips to Home Depot to get correct fittings, I had my BBQ hard plumbed into my gas lines. Let me just say that Garry was great. He was there for me on the weekend when I broke the spigot off my hose and water came shooting out my house like a fire hydrant. The actual cost was less than the over the phone quote. he was very helpful and prompt. I would have had him do more but the other spigots were different. He resolved a hot water heater issue at no cost. I strongly recommend Rooters On Time.

Imagine getting ready to go to bed on a Saturday night. All is quite as you go about shutting of this light and that light. While in the kitchen you hear a slight hisssssss. Sounds like water leaking .... maybe under the kitchen sink. It's the loudest there, but no sign of water anywhere. Hissssssss

I woke my sleeping husband to tell him at midnight that we have a water leak somewhere near the kitchen sink. After he inspected, he turned the water off for the night and went back to bed.

Can't live without water so we began searching sources for a good plumber. Sometime you reach an answering service. Sometime you just leave a message hoping they will call back.

When we called Rooters On Time, a live person answered the phone and said he would have someone here to look at our problem at 10:30 AM Sunday.

At 10:30 sharp, Garry arrived. He crawled a long crawl from access hole to our kitchen sink faster than a speeding bullet. Signs of water everywhere but no leaking pipe that he could see. Our worst fear....it was in the outside wall.

After some discussion we decided to cut away outside stucco in order to locate the leak.

Garry had all the right tools and was able to find and fix the leak in the wall in short order.

We recommend that if you need plumbing done and are looking for someone reliable and professional, Rooters On Time is one of the best you'll find.
