PLEASE BE AWARE!! This company is deceptive in their business practice. I was told over the phone that my 1,500 gallon tank would cost $250.00 to pump. When the technician arrived, with all the add-on he quoted me $670.00. This was done via a visual examination. I can only imagine what cost would have been if he had opened up my tank. I paid him $125.00 service fee and declined the service. After calling their office, there was not an offer to reimburse me either. I will never call this company again. I am concern that another review site is giving this company 99% """"5 ratings"""". Based on the rating on this site, I have to question the validity of the other site.

They quoted us $250 but when the guy came out he said that we needed about $3000 worth of work done but that he would do it on the side for $1000 .We called out another company which did it for $350. Jones septic solutions is an honest company that I will recommend to anyone. Rooterplus isnt an honest company and I will never do business with them again. Please beware of them-they need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau!

Rooter Plus installed disposal on my rental house. Two months later, property manager's maintenance person went out to a reported leak/flooding situation on an emergency call. Found leak was due to improper installation of disposal. Rooter Plus did not use new gaskets/fittings and disposal pipes came apart flooding kitchen. To date, Rooter Plus has Refused to make it right. Mistakes happen but fair companies will stand behind their work and make it right. Would not use again as they do not stand behind their work.

This is one of those reviews that I don't have to think hard of how to justify the rating I'm giving. RooterPlus customer service was excellent. The scheduling of my appointment was exactly as promised. The technician Steven was very knowledgeable and explained everything step by step. The only reason I'm giving 1 stars is because the charges giving on site were dramatically higher than explained over the phone with the customer service rep. $1800 to dig ten feet of my pipe plus the over inflated cost to empty my 1000 gallons Septic tank, that was another $510, and $300 to install a cleaning outlet. I certainly will be calling someone else the next time I need to service my septic system and avoid the SCAM.

Had Roto-Rooter/Rooter Plus come out and give an estimate to replace 33 ft of gas line. They quoted me $3,300. As somebody who has a good amount of experience paying for construction and renovations, the number felt high. I got two more estimates and they came in at $425 and $495. I would expect a larger company like this to charge a little extra for the """"name recognition"""" but thousands of dollars difference is ridiculous. Anyway please do your research before accepting any bid or estimate from them!

I manage townhomes associations... a bunch of them... Most of these have private streets, water, and sewer lines... the county stops at entrance. So when a water main burst, Rooter was who we called, because they have the equipment, the know how, and they appreciate the fact I have 200+ homeowners without water and the crew did not leave until the problem was fixed. Emergency locates, backhoes, manifolds, repairs, backfilled, and... Done. Thank you Rooter Plus! And thank you to the families and spouses of the members of Rooters team for understanding these late nights!

Run from this company! Greedy and uncaring. Called them for a routine pumping before guests. Never had any issues. They destroyed my yard for an hour and half and left without even pumping. Employees laughed at when they saw how upset I was. Tried to tell me everything on earth was wrong with my tank to upsell me even after I told them I didn't have any extra money to spend. Horrible company and the supervisor I spoke to on the phone was horrible and had no compassion for any of this.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of having Rooter Plus come to my property to find a leak. A leak another incompetent plumbing company could not find months earlier. Rooter Plus came to my home with that knowledge and informed me they may have to cut into my drywall. That's putting it lightly. This had been going on for over a year and if that's what it takes that's fine. This is rental property for me so I let them in and stayed for the first hour and a half(painting a bedroom). I immediately noticed they started cutting in the bathroom wall. I then heard a second. After I was done painting I left and told them to contact me when they were done. Ten, twelve hours went by and I never heard from these people. I went to my property the next day and sure enough they left my door unlocked. As I walked in my condo I slowly walked around and observed how these incompetent """"plumbers"""" GUTTED my condo. It's only 1150 square feet and there were 32 holes/gashes in my walls/ceiling throughout the condo. All to find a leak. Apparently they haven't heard of LEAK DETECTORS. To add salt to the wound they didn't even find the leak! They were there for nine and a half hours and the best they could do is say """" they felt a strong presence in the bathroom."""" No S*** Sherlock! Either there's a leak or not. Rooter Plus basically gutted my condo and got NO results. There were two guys there for 9 1/2 hours and all I got was a bill for almost $2,000.00. A few months after that I called a real plumbing company to do a leak detection for me and told them what was going on. ( Delta, The Educated Plumbers). Low and behold it was one guy with a leak detector and he found (2) leaks in about (90) minutes. One guy from Delta, The Educated Plumbers who found the leaks in (90) minutes verses Rooter Plus, (2) guys who took nine and a half hours basically demolishing my condo and got no results....Except for making themselves $2,000.00 playing demolition derby on my walls & ceiling. You make the decision on who to choose. Question I have for Rooter Plus, if you claimed you had a """"strong presence"""" in my bathroom for a leak, why did you gut rooms all over my condo on opposite side of that bathroom? Why not use a traditional leak detector like real plumbing companies. You gutted bedrooms, closets, ETC. Rooter Plus didn't even do straight cuts to my walls so the pieces could be put back and reused to repair. They just gutted my walls(*see pics) and threw away the pieces. Rooter plus gutted my walls so bad the drywall guy had to remove both my toilets and washer/dryer to repair the walls. All that unnecessary carelessness cost me over $1500.00 to repair. Rooter Plus should not have a license to do business. They're incompetent and a joke. Seriously! * Please look at ALL photos uploaded, including Rooter Plus Invoice. It's unbelievable. I guess I should be thankful I didn't own a mansion. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache. Stay Away From Rooter Plus. They're a joke.

This company is horrible. They came out to unclog a toilet. I agreed and paid. The tech told me the charge on my card did not go through. I gave my card a second time. I saw as it happened on my app that I was charged twice. The tech was helpful and called them and told them I had been charged 2x. He said they would take care of it. They did not. The worse part is the toilet was still clogged when we went to use it that evening. I called and 2 days later they sent the tech out and he tells me there will be another charge. WTF. They have already charged me 2x and done nothing. I told the tech this has nothing to do with you but I am not paying again. This is a horrible business practice. If you charge someone and accept their money, you need to come back and honor that charge, not have them waiting to be charged again. If it was my company(and I have had a service company for for 21 years) I'd just come back and make sure it was unclogged. I am not charging them for taking off work 2 times and our failure to fix or diagnose the problem correctly the first time. So much wasted time and back in the same situation.
