Horrible, stay away! Told me first day, 8 to 4. Didn't make it, said might get there by close. Waited till 7, finally called and said next morning by 9. Didn't happen. Finally, I called another company who was honest with me and said they were on a job and then would be there in afternoon. They arrived about 2 p.m. Rooter plus should learn a lesson from them. Be honest, be on time, get the business! Rooter plus gets a large MINUS from us! Also, don't buy into the cheap price, you should expect to pay about $350 for a straight pump out!

DONT NOT USE THIS SERVICE.. I WOULD RATE IT 0 IF I HAD THAT OPTION. here a few reason why i rated it 1 Star (0 star if there was an option). I called to schedule a septic tank pumbing appointment for Saturday afternoon from 12-2pm. They called me back to reschedule for 2-4pm later afternoon and then 5pm they called me let me that there were no route in my area. so they would reschedule for Sunday Afternoon from 12-4pm...then again they called back and reschuduled for the next day.... This is not how you do business. Please do your self a favor... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE..SO UNRELIABLE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Scheduled the $175 septic service. I was told there would be the fuel surcharge up front after I asked. I said that's fine, but do not do any service if it will cost more than this. They get to the house and say yes they can do it for the $175. The septic tank is in the back and I ask if they can hand dig the hole instead of using a back hoe since it is only 1ft down. They say that will be an extra $125 to dig 1ft. I say nevermind, just use the back hoe then. So they dig it up, take off the lid, then say the price will be $300 since they need to use extra hose extensions to get it pumped. I tell them no way! They knew the distance before they started digging and I made it clear several times that I didn't want it done if it was going to be more than $175. So, they tell me they can pump it for the $300 or I can pay them $125 to leave (and leave it dug up and lid off) or they will call the police! Neither sounded like the best option for me. Do not do business with this company!

My bill was 1373.82 at the end and this was with a senior discount! it would been over 1500.00 dollars The company showed up a day late and I had to call them 3 to 4 times just to see when they were coming the day before. 175.00 to pump out tank, 185.00 to break out some paper and grease from top with a paddle blade 4 mintues of work ! 476.00 to change a baffle """" t outlet"""" with maybe 50.00 dollars of PVC! 360 dollars to jet a line 10 min. worth of work with a hose with a jet on it. And Treatment 150.00!!! oh don't forget the 5.75 evironmental fee and 18.50 fuel charge ! 26.72 charge - 2 % charge because the job was so high I had to use a credit card AND REMEMBER THIS WAS AT SENIOR DISCOUNT!! My nieghbors and everyone is now laughing at me saying you got ripped off! Don't be the joke of the niebhborhood learn formy MISTAKE above are PRICE they charged AT A SENIOR DISCOUNT ask the person your hiring what their charge are up front just in case. My Tank was a 1000 gal tank a 1500 gal take will cost you more right up front. I will keep this receipt for the next time I need services on a septic tank. Because I have two tanks on my property !! The only GOOD thing about this was JON the tech was great!! Please let everyone laugh at me and save your family the money and time of my mistake. By the way this is not my first rodeo and I never got ripped like this before so there are good companies out there. I'm just new to Ga and did not know a septic tank company !

We contacted Rooter Plus for a price quote for services. We were quoted $175 to service our septic tank. First warning, they missed two scheduled appointments. Second warning, the technicians came out check the stack and reported that they'll have to return after the gas lines were marked. Finally, they came out the price quote went from $175 to $450, to a final price of $519. I contacted Steve,the manager. His response was that the company cannot give an adequate quote for services because there too many unforeseen problems. My complaint is I didn't have any major problems the tank just needed pumping. I get hit with extra sludge charges, hose lines, water, etc. Why couldn't these fees have been discussed prior us scheduling service. This information would have allowed us to make a more informed decision. As a consumer I feel that I've been unfairly treated with the old """"bait and switch"""" carnival trick. After getting off the phone, I Google Rooter Plus and found numerous complaints from other clients. I don't understand why they're still allowed to conduct business in the State of Georgia. What's even sadder is that this company has no integrity and appears unwilling to change its public image.

The gentlemen that came to our home were very friendly and informative. They pumped our tank, however they did not rinse and clean it out as previous plumbers have done in the past when we have had our tank pumped. Also the winter special advertised on their website is misleading. Ask the person on the phone for exact cost with everything and was quoted $199.25. However, I was told when they arrived for every extra pump line that is used it is and extra $35 each. Which added and extra $70 to my bill. So be careful of hidden extras.

This is hands down the best most honest plumber I have ever dealt with. We had a big freeze here in January and had 6 pipes bust in our house. All plumbers were super busy and were a week or more out for appointments. They came the next day and ended up having to be there all day repairing all the breaks. They had a sheet with preset pricing that they showed us so we would know they weren't gouging. They even got us an appointment with a restoration company the next day. On my own I couldn't even get one to give me an appointment because so many houses in the area were damaged by the freeze. These guys saved us in a time of need, great company!!!

HORRIBLE customer service! We scheduled a septic tank clean out 2 weeks ago. They came 1 1/2 hours late, then didn't want to dig because of not knowing where the gas lines were. No problem, they'll call to have the lines marked and come back same day. The lines were marked on Monday 1/27/14 we called, but they couldn't come out until Wednesday 1/29/14 between 9:00-11:00 even knowing there was a MAJOR snow storm coming and we are not prepared in the south. Of course they couldn't come Wednesday, so they were to come Thursday between 9-11, called around noon and said they couldn't drive because the roads were still bad. So here we are Friday 1/31/14 at noon and they were suppose to be here between 9:00-11:00 again and they haven't even called! The roads are fine now and not even a call to say they are running late. I think I've waited long enough...I'm done waiting!

Don't touch this ripoff company with a vaulting pole. After the recent cold weather in Atlanta there were many frozen pipe leaks and plumbers were hard to find. Had the misfortune to use Rooter Plus who charged $500+ to repair a simple leak with a compression fitting.

With the winter freeze here in Atlanta things got out of control around the city. I heard numerous stories of pipe bursts. My condo building fell victim as well. Even with the extraordinary circumstances, Rooter Plus was able to get out to our place within a couple hours and fix the problem within minutes. Thanks so much for doing such a great job!
