Corey N.This company's vehicle pulled into my yard and destroyed my yard. I did not call this company to do work at my house but the found it necessary to park a vehicle and tractor in my yard. Then after contacting this company they have decided not to correct their employees neglect for other people property. I would choose another company to use because if they will not fix a mistake they made , just imagine how they do business. They will never get my money. So in the end dont use this company for any of your plumbing needs.
Anthony S.The crew sent out to pump my septic tank was comprised of a person to do the work and someone (supervisor) to try and sell expensive additional services. Anyway, tank pumped and concrete sidewalk slab that covers part of the septic tank riser was dropped back in place incorrectly (couple of inched skewed from the sidwalk). The supervisor would not lift a finger to reposition the slab due to a number of reasons (excuses). So they could remove the slab, but replacing it correctly was my problem. I was not happy with this, let the supervisor know it and his manager back at the office know it. I had to do it by myself, after they left, using a long pry bar and some brain power. Took me 10 minutes to properly replace the slab.
Jeena T.NOT WORTH THE TIME OF YOURS THAT IS WASTED WAITING AND CORRECTING THEIR MISTAKES!!!!!!!!!!!! First, last night I called and made an appointment for today to have our toilet repaired, it was leaking - 8/8/18 between 8am-11am; I received a text alert confirming. The text alert said it was confirming my appointment for 8/6/18 between 8am-9am. Obviously that was not right seeing as how I called yesterday on 8/7. So I called and the lady that answered said it was her mistake and would fix it. So my husband decided to call in that he would be late to work - well at 10:50am he called to see how long it would be since we were getting to the 11am hour and he needed to get to work soon. they person he spoke with said they had a couple of trucks nearby but one had not even started their other job because they had to go get parts and the other was working with heavy machines...Why were we not kept in the loop that it was going to be later than out 3 hour given window? AND to add to it they had us listed as a septic issue. So they finally go someone to come out. The guy (who my husband said was extremely nice) told him that it would be between $600-$1200 to fix, finally telling him it would be $520 - TO JUST REPLACE THE WAX RING!! My husband told him that we wanted to get another estimate somewhere else - to which the guy replied, well what are you looking to spend...he said he did not know but hopped that it would not cost more than $400 (seeing as how we once received a quote from a different company for $500 to pump the septic tank and this was way less labor) - so he said he would do it for $400!!! So it immediately dropped $220!! So he obviously knew he was trying to take advantage of us! We still did not agree and by this point found out a job like this typically costs around $50-200. At this point the guy told my husband, """"oh, well I don't even pull a tool out of my truck for under $350""""! I am completely appalled by this and the way that we were treated - We would have gladly paid $150-200 for this but at that point it just seems like you guys are in the business of ripping people off!
Sarah H.I work for Metro Plumbing Inc. Very bad customer service. They scheduled a pump out and came back the next day saying they could not perform the pump out because we had done the work on the tank. The biggest problem with this is that is was scheduled for 8am-12pm and no one called to inform me that they would not be there. So the home owner and worker were just there waiting around for nothing. The lady in the office also stated she listened to the call and heard the employee inform they couldn't do the work. That is a flat out lie because I would have called someone else. Very dis honest and awful customer service. Would never refer or use this company!
Tyler O.We were buying a house and had Rooters scheduled to come out Thursday to pump and inspect the septic. They pushed back to Friday morning, but we understood they were busy. They never came in the 4 hour time slot they gave Friday so we kept calling them throughout the day and they kept saying their tech is wrapping up his last job and will be on his way to our property. We called again at 4pm and they said they have to reschedule to Sunday which is past our due diligence period because all the techs got approved for all-day jobs. They have serious scheduling issues or problems with their systems and processes to let stuff like this happen. The communication was poor as well.
Pattie J.Thank you for your prompt attention to my plumbing issues. I feel that Rooter Plus is blessed to have such a superb crew. It was late in the night Spencer had made is way to my home and was able to diagnosis the problem and fix it. Spencer made sub-tank in the basement more understandable, now I have a better idea how the plumbing work on lower levels and what cause the problem. A SPECIAL THANKS to Spencer for a Job Well Done. The ladies in the office was WONDERFUL AND PLEASANT and really went out of the way to ensure that I was taking care. I would recommend this company to everyone. Janet """"Pattie"""" Lawrenceville, GA
Kevin S.I just needed my Anode rod to be replaced in my water heater. It is at most a 30 minute work. The plumber wanted $300 which is outrageous. When I asked why that much just to change one part and he did not like my question. The technician walked out of me and told me to do it by myself. What a great customer service!!! Then I called the main office and talked to a plumbing manager to complain. With great surprise, he also did not care at all and was laughing at me in the phone when I told him what the technician told me. I asked for the manager's name he did not wanted to give me his name. I will never do business with them again and they have no customer service at all.
Deodra H.Rooter Plus came out on 4/17 to empty our tank, then they advised us that we needed another $929 worth of work done. We called them back to cancel the extra work since we had already booked a plumber, they had already made it to our house b4 they got the message. They used their tractor to drive red mud thru our yard, driveway, our neighbors driveway and our culdesac. I called back to speak with manager Shawn and he laughed and said he can understand why they would do that. very child like grown men. I will be making a formal complaint with this company.
I was scheduled for the next day after I called them so I thought """"wow"""" that's great. no I blocked off my Saturday 8-12. They called me the morning of my appointment and cancelled because """"they have a lot of emergencies"""". So they rescheduled me for the next day, Sunday. Called me Sunday morning and cancelled again saying exactly the same thing. I just wasted a whole weekend waiting for nothing. They may advertise a good deal but if they do not do the job what good is that deal? I think this is a bait and switch or even worse they will reprioritize the set schedule when a higher paying job (not an emergency necessarily) comes along. Thanks for nothing.
Stephen S.I called Rooter Plus on Saturday to pump out my tank. We were having a backup in the house. They showed up on time but only pumped the liquid and left the solids. Had another company come out and repaired a broken pipe leading into the tank. They advised me that Rooter Plus needed to come back and complete the work. They came out yesterday, pumped the solids, damaged my curb and left my yard looking like a mess. I would not recommend them.
