I called for a septic pump and they scheduled it for this past Saturday 3/6/21 between 8am and 12 they called and asked If I would/could move appt till sunday 3/7/21 between 8am and 12. I said sure whatever not a problem Sunday rolls around and at like 11am they call and says no one can get out to me. So I canceled the service. How can you schedule and reschedule a appt and end up saying no one can come out at all. Wow is all I can say. Wouldnt recommended at all.

1st, I called this company to do septic repair, first off the technician did not arrive on time the day of the project the technician arrived late in the evening after I having waited all day for the set time frame wasting my time, without the courtesy of being notified. 2nd, he could not he the install to work and want to pay for the completed repair so he could open a warranty claim, which I did not because the job was not complete. 3rd, I called them back because I had an alarm and light with a tank overflowing. with this incident, the provider did not care to call me back stating the technician was not coming. upon calling Rooter plus I was told the technician said everything was working properly. which it was not. Upon further inspecting the system I noticed where the technician had installed a solenoid, he called it, to one the connection was completely broken but was not broken off before the tech tampered with the system. The tech even tried to cover by attempting to glue the part back on. water was not gushing before rooter plus Now they are wanting to pay an additional $6000+ to change out the manifold. Really RooterPlus integrity is lacking. The whole manifold system does not have $1000 worth of parts in it. I called for a breakdown of the cost for parts and labor, but I was told their pricing is per job. Rooter plus will burn you, beware!!!

I wish I would have read the reviews before hiring this company. Be aware of the """"250"""" charge. Not so. Mine more than doubled and they ripped up half my backyard which was completely unnecessary I have never had that happen in the past. They never came to me before hand to tell me it would be DOUBLE what I was quoted and the very arrogant manager was of no help. I think he just likes to listen to himself talk. It's a shame that people take advantage of others especially in these times. Very disappointing to say the least. I hope this review helps another person not to get ripped off by this company.

BEWARE!!!!!! ALERT ALERT!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON! They are SCAM artists and won't even pump your septic for anything less than 1K. They were hours late. Came at the very end of day and sun going down. They wanted to get home they said. They said first that the hose is extra and it only comes with 2 and it just won't reach. They can't even start unless I pay $660.00 and then if it full it will be 1K or more. They just don't know. They looked around and saw that we have trees and said that we also have fill line issues because of the trees far away from the tank. They cut my internet wire and I work from home. NEVER to say A WORD! They decided to give an estimate finally and said that the tank was full and it would be over 1K to pump. Hum....the internet and quote the I first received was $150.00 for my tank. that was verbal and online. IT IS ALL A SCAM! My poor neighbors just sunk 3500.00 in fixes that did not even need to happen. Just a simple pump would have fixed the issue. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!! CALLING THE BBB AND DOING AS MANY BAD REVIEWS AS POSSIBLE. WHAT HAPPENED TO HONESTY AND INTEGRITY???

Would not recommended this company to anyone. They are very dishonest and the manager Shawn was no help what's so ever with the problem of them double charging us for sludge break up they never told us about. Then waited until done to tell us that it would only last a week. And don't be fooled by there 150.00 gimmick. 840.88 to pump out a 1000 gallon tank.

This company is very dishonest. I knew it when I saw $150 for a thousand gallon tank pumped there was something up. This is just simply bait to get to your house then they can play on your fears and try to sell you a 10k drain field and make up BS like well there's a lot of solids in there so the price is going to be $450 to pump it out. WTF do they think is supposed to be in your septic. This company has scammed many people like this. Its a bait and switch routine. If your drain field is clogged all you simply need to do is install an aeration system to your septic tank switching it from anaerobic to an aerobic system. Herse the link https://www.aero-stream.com/septic-sewage.html This system is cheap and will get the job done. You can use any aerobic aerator another good one is Hi blow aerators. Just google it. But what ever you do don't use this company. Shame on them ripping off the good citizens of Georgia.

We used this company 3 years ago after calling to pump our Septic. They said it needed about $3500 in repairs...Our basement had already flooded so we did it. Well 3 years later we just called them to pump the septic. They said they would arrive from 12-4 the same day. They arrived at 4:30 and when the technician, Chris came he said his truck was full from pumping all day and to call the office and he would come 1st thing in the morning. He was also going to recommend 3 estimates. 1) was for the pumping for $320 2) was for pumping and Enzymes added for $2900 and the 3) was to put in a new system for $10,000. But to call and he would be back in the morning at 8AM with whichever one we choose. I called at 6:10 when he left and got a verbal and emailed confirmation that he would be back 1st thing to pump the Septic. At 10:00am a lady from the office called and ask what we were getting done and I said the pumping estimate and she said OH IM SORRY WE ARE BOOKED until Thursday or Friday for that. I WAS FURIOUS!!! I feel like since we wont spend an additional $3,000 they put us on the backburner. We called to talk to a supervisor and he just could apologize and said they are over booked. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY with their INFLATED QUOTES. They DO NOT want to do the SIMPLE work of just the pumping but if you happily spend thousand I feel like they are they on there when they say they are coming. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DO NOT USE THEM

My boss and myself as his assistant has received the worst experience from Rooter Plus. Rooter Plus was the third company called for the plumbing issue previous two plumbers both agreed on the same problem. Rooter Plus arrives in the home and stated they fixed the problem only after 15 minutes and with a $600 bill. Needless to say the same evening the toilet still did not flush and Rooter Plus was notified however Rooter Plus failed to state that they would send a plumber back out. I then receive a text message at 7:02 am informing me that I have an outstanding bill with Rooter Plus and they have been trying to reach me. My home has never received any services from Rooter Plus, of course I called and informed Michelle of this issue and she was very rude and wanted to keep placing me on hold for a bill that did not belong to me. I also reiterated that my boss still has the plumbing issue why they are trying to collect on the outstanding bill from yesterday. Of course the remaining issue fail on deaf ears at this Rooter Plus. Rooter Plus was the third plumbing company and the most expensive, spent the least amount of time and the plumbing issue still exist!!!!

We are having issues with plumbing and I called Rooter Plus Friday night and they told me they would come Saturday morning to look at it. A serviceman came out and told us the septic tank needed to be pumped. At 8:29am Saturday morning we scheduled an appt for Sunday between 10-2. At 2:15 I called and was told the tech was still on a call but would call when he is on his way. At 4:00 the office called to tell me the tech was approved for a bigger job and sorry they wouldn't be out today. So we can't shower or use the bathroom in our house now for 2 days straight because rooter plus doesn't keep their word! I was told they would be out Monday but no thanks who's to say that's truly going to happen! Don't waste your time and money!

Be leary of companies where their tech has access to your phone call to them when setting up service on the techs tablet. I set an appointment for Saturday, never showed up kept on telling me they would be out, but the job they were working on is taking longer. Set up for Tuesday, they show up and got to work. I was told $150 for a 1,000 gallon tank 30 dollars for each 30 ft of hose. Nothing about solids being extra. He quotes me $495+ that includes 2 hose's , that still does not add up to 500$ I said they did not tell me that , he says I have the phone call right here. I said pull it up, we are listening to it, I am not hearing anything about solids he cuts off the recording it was not done. Says they get in big trouble if we don't do it. He says as a license contractor he can not do it for less, I said you can do it for whatever you want. He also quoted me a few other options to clean the field and what not at 3500+ I said just do the cheapest I will be sure to blast you on social media. He said he isn't doing it at all and packed up and Left. If you have to keep what was exactly said in a phone call your being super shady. REALLY shady. This is classic bait and switch..
