I had Rooter-Man plumbing assigned to me by my AHS warranty. Emilio came out and addressed some concerns I had with possible leaks. He was very thorough and was here for almost an hour looking at every area I was concerned with. Turns out it was a dishwasher leak and not a plumbing issue. Thanks Emilio and Rooter-Man! I will ask for them again if I have any other plumbing issues!

Excellent service. This is as good as it gets. Emilio from Rooter Man, swung by Home Depot to pick up the water heater, pan, and water expansion tank; except I told him to go to the wrong Home Depot; so he had to deal with that and then travelled to another Home Depot and get the parts; Home Depot doesn't allow you to change the pick up location. After travelling around he installed the water heater and delivered top notch professional service. The installation was reasonably priced and of high quality work.

I have had to use Rooterman on numerous occasions. I have a few rental properties and there is always some sort of plumbing issue. They respond immediately with with decent prices. I definitely recommend them

Here's the deal...I wasn't hoping to find a plumber, but I guess when you least expect it, that's when it happens and you need one. It was a Sunday, late afternoon and I had just finished putting dinner together into the crock pot (it was cold outside, but I digress) and I was in kitchen cleanup mode. I turned on my garbage disposal and instead of things getting sucked down the sink, both sides of the sink filled with murky water. Hmmm, not quite how the clean up should have gone. Given I haven't had the need for a plumber previously, I didn't have a plumber of choice to turn to, so I went no further than Yelp since my plunging efforts were not having an impact. I did a search for plumbers and narrowed it down by those "open now" (a trusty tip for when you need a service provider same day!). To be honest, Rooter-Man wasn't my first call, mainly because they didn't show 24 hours operation. The place I won't name had an answering service and they promised a prompt return call. After 15 minutes, and reading the Rooter-Man reviews, I thought I would call. Thankfully I did as the other place never ended up returning my call (I called them after David called that he was 5 minutes away and told them to cancel my request). The woman who answered at Rooter-Man put me on hold and came back saying David could come before 6 pm that day...I was thrilled with the 2.5 hour wait time and even more pleased when David arrived in under an hour. He was professional and efficient and readily applied the coupon I had printed from their website (another insider tip for you!). My sink is back to normal working order thanks to Rooter-Man.

David has been here twice now for two completely separate issues. First - a jammed garbage disposal & faucet issue. Second - a total nightmare job in the cold and rain,

I received a $900 water bill. Yup, there's a leak somewhere. :(. After the City of Austin water people came out to investigate and shut my water off, I called Rooter Man and explained my rather desperate situation. They said they'd be out within the hour. And they were.

David showed up and started investigating the work to be completed. He showed me exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done, and explained what caused it. It was a difficult job because of the way the pipes were initially installed (stupid cheapo builder) and right under the fence line next to a post. Yikes. To top it off, it was a muddy mess not only because of the leak, but it was also 36* & raining. Fun!

A few hours later, my leak is fixed, I have water, and he even replaced my exterior spigots without gouging me. All in all, a fair price in a fairly desperate situation. Excellent work and customer service. I felt bad that he was covered in mud, but then I thought about it. Plumbers probably don't mind that. I don't know...maybe...maybe not...

A simple job, and a quick simple process...Chris at Rooter-Man rocks! He took care of our drain issues in record time, and gave us a fair price without shooting for add-ons....and was courteous and professional from start to finish. You feel comfortable having these guys in your home.

I got Rooter-Man through my home warranty company--boy did I get lucky! Kirk and Wyatt were able to come out on the same day I called, diagnosed my problem (new toilet needed), found me a good toilet, and got it installed that same day. They were courteous, helpful, and thorough. I'll definitely use them again!

I had over 10 plumbers come and bid on my somewhat complicated plumbing issue. Only 4 of them followed through with an actual estimate which ranged from $800-$7000 (no kidding!)

I was trying to put a WD connection in a tight closet on the second floor of a condo. I could tell that once they say the closet most plumbers thought it just couldn't be done.

David came in and had a clear vision of how it needed to be done. He also suggested i get a flood stop device that no one else mentioned at all. they came in did the job. cleaned up after themselves, and came in at the low end on the bid ranges. ... what more can you ask for?

I had an issue with my garbage disposal and a couple of toilets and a leaky faucet. I called Rooter-Man on Sunday inquiring about repair. I have a Home Warranty policy and that company had assigned Rooter-Man in 2011. I verified that they still work with the warranty company. I requested service with the warranty company and asked them to assign Rooter-Man to handle the issues, which they did. I received the call back from Rooter-Man on Sunday set the appt for the next day 10/6. I was the first appt for the day. David C called first, showed up 15 minutes later, resolved my issues quickly. Everything was covered by the warranty company except the faucet, which David fixed and charged me a small fee. In the future, if I have any more plumbing problems, I will request Rooter-Man through my home warranty company. This is the best plumbing service company I have ever used and would recommend them to anybody in the area. I am aware they are a franchise and I only speak about Rooter-Man in Austin..

Our water heater went out overnight. We placed a service call to our home warranty and they sent out Rooter-Man. They were on time and very professional. It took less time to get the new one installed then they estimated. Emilio was great. He answered all of our questions. Will use them again.
