Rooter-Man was quick to show up and resolve the leak that had sprung from our kitchen renovations. When we realized afterwords that a valve that was installed needed to be adjusted, they made sure to rectify the issue in minutes. By the time I hung up the phone with them, they showed up at my door.

Impressed with the commitment to customer satisfaction. I'll be using Rooter-Man for future plumbing projects.

Curtis really came through for me today, showing up early, digging out my drain pipe, and fixing the break, all while racing against the clock with a massive storm looming. He beat the storm and we have a working drain again! Most others would have made us wait until the rain passed before even scheduling a repair, but Curtis went above and beyond to give us amazing customer service! Highly recommend!

I am giving them one star because they did come out quickly. A few weeks the alarm on the septic system in my house went off. Two guys came out and worked on the pump. The following was their report "Pull Grinder or Ejector out of Pit for cleaning or troubleshooting" for which they charged me $306.76. Exactly two days later, the alarm went off again! This time I called someone else since I did not trust Rooter-Man. What the other company did to resolve the issue was completely different and charged me substantially less. The alarm has not gone off since. I did call Rooter Man to complain but they refused to acknowledge their mistake and flooded me with technical jargon which of course I did not understand. Next time I will not be so quick to fall for someone just because they have 5 starts on Yelp.

The whole experience with Rooter-Man was as pleasant as these things can be. Scheduling was easy and fast, and my technician Eddie showed up exactly when scheduled.

Eddie quickly confirmed my fears that I needed to replace a water heater, and had it all done within a few hours. He was professional, friendly and informative.

I'm very happy with the work and professionalism displayed by Rooter-Man Austin, and they will be our go-to plumbers from now on.

Eddie got my issue squared away and was great to work with. The tree roots in my yard broke the main water line going from the meter to my house...water everywhere, fun stuff. Eddie was able to get there super quick and worked his butt off digging through the roots, around the irrigation system, cable lines, and so forth to find and fix the leak. He ended up replacing that section of line with PEX, a much better solution than traditional PVC. He also allowed me (at my request) to help with some of the digging and grunt work to keep the cost as low as possible. It still wasn't cheap but quite fair for the amount of work involved and severity of the problem. Two thumbs up.

Called Friday evening after spending some time putting a bandaid on a leak. Being Easter weekend was not sure what to expect for timing. Got a call back within 10min that they could dispatch someone on Saturday morning. Eddie showed up after texting his arrival time and jumped right on assessing the problem and getting it fixed. He was very personable as we talked about the problem and what he was going to replace the section of pipe with, along with some good banter about sports and being transplant here in Texas. Had a great experience with Eddie and Rooter-Man overall and would highly recommend. My kudos and appreciation for everything guys.

Curtis inspected the plumbing on me for a new home and did a fantastic job! He was thorough, thoughtful, and gave me a great run down of everything I needed to know. When I ever have plumbing issues again, I'll be calling Rooter-Man and asking for Curtis!

Eddie at Rooter-Man saved the day! A neighbor alerted me to a sewage leak on the side of our property. The first plumber came out and quoted me $600 just to get started running a line, he warned me it may be $5,000 at the end of the day (if they have to dig out and replace the whole sewer line.)

Wanting a second opinion we had rooter-men out. These guys immediately tried to clear the line, looked under the house to make sure there wasn't water there too. They worked at it for a while, with none of the doom forecast the other plumber had, and then Eddie came by and cleared the line after hours. I'm so impressed with the whole team and their dedication to doing the job despite all its obvious difficulties, not to mention Eddie coming by late afternoon just to make sure we are not worried about flushing toilets tonight!!
