I woke up to a strange smell coming from my bathroom and a puddle behind my toilet. So grateful for Karl's availability to come out the same morning! The issue was a defective wax seal, which he replaced, along with tightening the toilet tank and seat. He also helped diagnose a dripping bath faucet. I really appreciate Karl's expertise, efficiency and professionalism and I'm delighted to have this resolved so quickly!

I just moved in and needed to get my water heater replaced per inspection report. Eddie was sent to do the job. He did a great work from carefully explaining what kind of water heater I needed to installing and how the new water heater works. Additionally, he was very knowledgeable in answering the questions that I had about the water heater. The Rooter-Man office was very good with communication and organizing appointments. I would definitely call him and Rooter-Man again for plumbing work.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received with Eddie from Rooter-Man Austin. He was able to come out immediately when I called after I had difficulty scheduling with another plumber I had already received a quote from. The previous plumber told me that to replace my tub spout he would have to open up my wall, and quoted me $750 for the job. Eddie completed the repair in 20 minutes without opening the wall for less than 25% of the cost. He was honest, dependable and timely. He will be my go to plumber from now on!

Curtis provided excellent service. Rooter-Man sent a text with his picture to let you know who would be arriving. He showed up on time, was courteous, and quickly diagnosed a leaking hot water pipe. Each step of the way, he explained what he proposed to do and the line item cost and was very careful to minimize damage to a wall. Before he left, Curtis placed a call with a water restoration specialist and followed up the next day to see how everything went. Very happy with the professionalism and customer service.
