Eddie from Rooter Man came by yesterday to help us with a clogged sink. The previous owner of our home had done the plumbing himself and to put it lightly it was a mess. Eddie was able to help us dislodge a clog that was so bad that the water pressure alone was causing the garbage disposal's engine to bind. Scheduling was super easy and Eddie was fast, extremely professional and didn't charge an arm and a leg for the service. If you need work done try to request him!

Had to call someone to finally fix a slow drain. Came equipped with a camera, snake, and pressure washing jet. He showed me with the camera how plugged up it was with grease, snaked the drain, showed me again with the camera that it was still in bad shape.

We agreed to jet it and he showed me again with the camera. Yes it costs extra but so does the four other trips from the others that never really fixed the problem.

Totally worth it!

Eddie came out on a weekend when we suddenly had no hot water and the pilot light wouldn't start and there was water leaking. He already had a replacement water heater waiting in case it came to that (which it did) and he had it installed the same day. He was courteous and helpful.

I went with Rooter-Mann based on Yelp stars and they did not disappoint! Same day appointment, confirmed by text when I hung up, and then got another text 45min out from the tech's ETA w/his photo. Eddie did a great job diagnosing the issue and making sure it wasn't our septic system before unclogging a toilet at the opposite end of the cleanout. We'll use them again!

Curtis was professional and extremely helpful. He quickly addressed my issue and didn't over complicate things. He gave me tips on how to maintain my sink, garbage disposal, and dish washer. Extremely happy with the service. They had the wrong address for me, but David quickly responded to my call and resolved it. I also really appreciate the text communication and photo of who will be arriving. That little detail really adds a lot of trust.

We had two stopped-up sinks in our kids' rooms that were causing a massive inconvenience. Called Rooter Man and Curtis was out same day. He was personable, polite, and like a ninja. Eliminated the problem without any amount of disruption to our lives! He's definitely our new guy for any plumbing related issues!

Our house had fluctuating water temperature and the visiting technician guessed that it was probably just because of the TX heat. He then tested the water pressure and adjusted the Pressure Regulator Valve (PRV). The total time at the house was maybe 10 minutes, and the bill was $220. He did NOT mention the cost before adjusting the PRV, which took maybe 30-45 seconds. After doing some research, most estimates say that a PRV adjustment should cost $103.53-$125.49. The cost, coupled with not being told about the cost upfront, felt a bit misleading.

Edit: I spoke with someone from the company and they adjusted the cost down to $125. This strong customer service definitely changed my mind about the overall rating.
