I got Rooter-Man through my home warranty company--boy did I get lucky! Kirk and Wyatt were able to come out on the same day I called, diagnosed my problem (new toilet needed), found me a good toilet, and got it installed that same day. They were courteous, helpful, and thorough. I'll definitely use them again!

I had over 10 plumbers come and bid on my somewhat complicated plumbing issue. Only 4 of them followed through with an actual estimate which ranged from $800-$7000 (no kidding!)

I was trying to put a WD connection in a tight closet on the second floor of a condo. I could tell that once they say the closet most plumbers thought it just couldn't be done.

David came in and had a clear vision of how it needed to be done. He also suggested i get a flood stop device that no one else mentioned at all. they came in did the job. cleaned up after themselves, and came in at the low end on the bid ranges. ... what more can you ask for?

I had an issue with my garbage disposal and a couple of toilets and a leaky faucet. I called Rooter-Man on Sunday inquiring about repair. I have a Home Warranty policy and that company had assigned Rooter-Man in 2011. I verified that they still work with the warranty company. I requested service with the warranty company and asked them to assign Rooter-Man to handle the issues, which they did. I received the call back from Rooter-Man on Sunday set the appt for the next day 10/6. I was the first appt for the day. David C called first, showed up 15 minutes later, resolved my issues quickly. Everything was covered by the warranty company except the faucet, which David fixed and charged me a small fee. In the future, if I have any more plumbing problems, I will request Rooter-Man through my home warranty company. This is the best plumbing service company I have ever used and would recommend them to anybody in the area. I am aware they are a franchise and I only speak about Rooter-Man in Austin..

Our water heater went out overnight. We placed a service call to our home warranty and they sent out Rooter-Man. They were on time and very professional. It took less time to get the new one installed then they estimated. Emilio was great. He answered all of our questions. Will use them again.

My bathtub was draining slow so I had them come out to take a look at it. Emilio Hidrogo came out and fixed the problem in no time! There wasn't a major issues with my bathtub just slow drainage but Emilio was super friendly, helpful and informative. It was a very seamless process that barely took any time out of my day.

We had a slow draining kitchen sink and started looking for a good reliable plumbing company. Rooter-Man Plumbing answered the phone on a Saturday and we booked the service call for a Monday. They called me on Sunday morning and said they were available and in the area and was it convenient for them to come by. They arrived shortly, assessed the problem, brought the drain cleaning machine in the house (with shoe booties on the wheels to protect the floor), cleaned the line and spent some time making sure it was clear. David the plumber could not have been more pleasant or professional. They charged me at the regular service hours rate (because they made themselves available on a Sunday - rather than the Monday that was scheduled). David also changed out my clean-out cap (no charge) that was easier to access. My wife and I were very impressed and will use them for future plumbing needs.

Excellent. They were available on short notice, came out on time, and he plumber was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. The price was very reasonable ($180 for the same job that some plumbers wanted over $400 for).

I've had a lot of bad experiences with plumbers (there are a lot of bad plumbers out there apparently), but this one was excellent. The photos on their Yelp page and website look cheesy, but the company is legit.

Rooter man was very quick to show up when my toes suddenly started getting wet while doing dishes. Turns out I just had a quick-clip loose from a 'fly by night' plumber who had installed my sink a few months earlier.

Emilio Hidrogo was very nice and quick and I was impressed with his customer service.

This is a really great plumbing company. I should know, I am in commercial property management and I have used them all - each and every single one. This company is not only professional, but, they sincerely care. Their word is truly their bond. I have been having plumbing issues for some time at my home, had others come out and put band aides on issues that always came back. Finally, my insurance company called Rooter Man and I have had Rooter Man here the past two times for separate issues.....everything is repaired and back to normal.

My technician was Kirk and to me, he is a rock star.......always very polite, concerned and is spot on with his diagnosis. Kirk is an extraordinary young man and an exceptional plumber. I recommend Rooter Man Plumbing to everyone......and Kirk if you want the absolute BEST! Thank you Rooter Man!

Rented a new home that had a toilet issue. Realtor had to go through the owners home warranty people and I was "assigned" Rooterman. THANK GOODNESS! They were on time, called ahead, diagnosed the problem, notified the home warranty people and was back out the next morning to replace the entire toilet. Service was quick and most of all, super friendly. Emilio was our plumber and I would request him for all my future plumbing needs.
