Great service! They booked us the next day and texted when they were in their way with a picture. The plumber had a mask, kept his distance, switch shoes at the door and wore shoe liners in the house.
He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was done less than an hour later. I paid on his IPad, no contact, receipt by email.
Perfect service, he was very polite, and made the whole process painless. We will use them again! Thank you

These guys were great! Everything from fast friendly booking process, keeping you updated on arrival times ,to Curtis who came out to handle my plumbing needs. Pricing was extremely fair and I learned a thing or two about what fixing toilets and low water pressure.

Quick note to say I had a very good experience. Called at 8:30am, they were here by 2pm and Curtis was excellent. Had a hose fixed and troubleshot an issue in the heater in no time and couldn't be friendlier. I'll use them again for sure.

Absolutely the best plumber I have ever used. Eddie saved the day!

After a DIY Water heater replacement, I had water pressure issues in kitchen sink and the shower, so clearly something went wrong. I messaged via the online system at 6:30 pm and got a call first thing in the morning saying they could come that day. They gave me a 2 hour window (not 6 like other places!) Eddie arrived and he was knowledgable, extremely friendly, down to earth and definitely knew his stuff. He diagnosed the issue thoroughly and gave us a solution and a very fair quote in less than an hour. All while wearing gloves, booties and a facemask to ensure his protection and ours during COVID.

When he came back to do the work, it was done perfectly and professionally. We had to replace the tub/shower, pipes and all. Not only was his work done well, but he even said, "I don't like this one, I'll go get you a better one" and went to get a different tub spout that looked better and was better quality. It was so nice to have someone care how something looked and worked in MY house.

In a world where contractors seem to want to do the bare minimum to get the job done, Eddie is a diamond in the rough. I have been a homeowner for 15 years and have had quite a few things replaced. This was by far my best experience. THANK YOU EDDIE and Rooter-Man!

Today was the second great experience I had with Rooter-Man. I have had mixed to bad results with other plumbers, but both times R-M set up appointments quickly, showed up on time, got their work done quick and efficiently, and charged a very reasonable price for the quality and professionalism of their services.

Today I was really pleased with Eddie's service because I am concerned with people coming in my house during the Covid-19 pandemic. Eddie was respectful, professional, wore his mask/PPE and kept a distance while making me feel like a valued Customer.

Although I had to call them for the same problem twice, I'm still rating them 5 stars. They are prompt and professional and seem caring for the most part. The first attempt did not resolve the problem but the plumber told me that ahead of time I appreciated that. Apparently I needed a more major fix and Curtis came when the problem reappeared and hopefully it's good forever now.
