We needed some lines cleaned along with a toilet replacement. Guillermo took time to describe our options. He did not try to up-sell us. In fact, Guillermo took the time to ""teach"" me how to replace the gaskets on the new toilet. I especially appreciate this act of customer service that definitely goes beyond bare minimum.

I had a really bad clog on both bathrooms (walk in shower and bath tub). It was so bad that when we took a shower in the walk in shower that the bath tub in the other bathroom was filling up with water. I looked up a bunch of other plumbing services. I read all of their reviews. Out of 20+ plumbing companies, Rooter Warrior reviews is the reason why I chose them. Their reviews spoke volume on how they care about their customers. They are not just in for the money but they valued good customer service. Guillermo and Juan was very honest and they thoroughly checked everything. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing issues. If you want honest work and won't just charge you ridiculous price go to this company.

For several weeks prior my downstairs toilet would regularly plug up for no apparent reason. It would clear easily using a plunger but would plug up again the next day. Out of frustration, and with a party coming up over the weekend, I called Rooter Warrior based on the 5-star rating on Yelp and spoke with Guillermo, the owner. I explained the problem and asked for a discount ($100 charge) if the problem turns out to be easily fixed using an auger; he agreed. Guillermo arrived about 2 hours later. He was friendly and personable, clearly explained the pricing, and proceeded to look into the blockage. He used an auger to try to probe into the plumbing. After a couple of minutes, he pulled out the auger and found some plant root fibers. At that point he test-flushed but the toilet was still making gurgling noises. He explained that he needed to remove the toilet and investigate further, but that the price would increase with the added labor. I agreed. Once the toilet was removed, the ""root"" of the problem became apparent--some plant roots had grown through the slab opening, penetrated the wax seal, and entered the pipe. It was likely a feeder root coming from the Oak tree in my front yard. After cutting the root junction, he pulled out a 2-foot long, 3-inch diameter braid of root that was causing the blockage. He applied silicone sealant in the gap between the pipe and the slab and told me he needed to go to the store to buy a new wax ring. 30 minutes later Guillermo came back to finish the job. While he was out, I sprayed some Round-Up into the gap around the pipe with the hope of killing at least some of the roots so they don't grow back. Guillermo cleaned up well and even gave me a $15 discount. It's been about a month now, and my toilet is flushing with no issues. I highly recommend Rooter Warrior--honest, professional, friendly, efficient, reasonable price, and veteran-owned!

I was very impressed with Rooter Warrior's professionalism, personal attention, pricing and efficiency. Juan and Guillermo explained everything in great detail so that I would know how things worked and why things were needed, but I was still given choices. Their standard pricing system put me at ease that they were not just pulling numbers out of their hat like other ""used car salesmen"" types that had quoted me prior to me finding Rooter Warrior. Also, I love that they are so respectful to our servicemen since Guillermo is, himself, a veteran! The job we had done consisted of a new regulator, new shower cartridge and new water heater. It looks great and is working SO well! I'm very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

Great response time, and wonderful service. Guillermo was very professional, informative, and friendly. We had an issue with drainage in both bathrooms. He was able to identify the issue, and fix it in great time. Afterwards he provided great recommendations to help keep the pipes clear.
