Great service, professional, and honest. Guillermo has pretty much had to re do all of our old plumbing when we bought our house. He was very honest and ethical with what would be best long term but also financially sensitive to our situation. His work is exceptional! He spent so much time working on our house making sure that every last detail was taken care of. He would stay late to finish the day and come early to keep going. Found the plumber that will be attending to all my plumbing needs forever and ever...

The ceiling from our upstairs shower started leaking as someone was showering. Called Rooter Warrior Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. George came out, he wore booties, gloves, and a face-mask. He then ran a diagnostic, determined that the overflow was lose, and was the cause of the leak. Instead of charging me hundreds of dollars to tighten up a screw, he told me what needed to be done and wished me a good day.

I offered to buy lunch for him, he said ""during these times of crisis, I know that money is tight. Please save it and have a safe and healthy day.""

One thing I can say about myself is when I like a company I am loyal to it. This is the second time I have to call this company for separate issues. Both times have been a wonderful experience. Today I needed my water heater replaced. I messaged the company around 4:30 am before 7 am someone had replied and set up an appointment with me for them to come at 9am. George arrived within the time I was told and was very nice and professional. He looked at my water heater and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. He gave me options and explained different ways to do things right and within my budget. Needless to say by 1pm he was done cleaned up and by 1:45pm my granddaughter was taking a nice warm bath. I will definitely keep using this company in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks if I know a good honest plumber.

I called them at 1:30 am Tuesday because I had an active flood going from my master bath to the downstairs dining room. I called because they are 24 hours and advertised a 30 minute response time. It's Thursday and I still haven't heard from them. Not 24/7/365 for sure.

I found a Rooter warrior on Facebook. I sent Guillermo a text message stating my water was backed up. Now mind you it has been raining for three days he told me he could have someone there in the morning. The technician that came out was very nice, professional and knowledgeable he was dressed in the right gear for this climate. He found the problem and gave me an estimate on some other issues I was having. Needless to say I am very happy with Rooter warrior they came through when I really needed them. and the other good thing is they live in my neighborhood and they are close by. I'm in good hands with them.

Rooter Warrior Plumbing and Draining are great. I contacted them late Sunday night through Yelp regarding a clog I had in one of my bathrooms. Within 20 minutes I had an email message from them saying a technician would contact me to set up an appointment. The next day early in the morning I received a call from them and we schedule the appointment for the same morning. Guillermo came less than 2 hours after the call. He was very polite, walked me through the process of how he was going to fix the clog and proceeded with his work. He was quick and protected everything during the time he was here. Afterwards he made some recommendations for maintenance and was off. Whole process was less than 30 minutes. Outstanding! From now on I plan to take all my plumbing needs through Rooter Warrior Plumbing and Draining.

I needed a plumber today and called Rooter Warrior and had the pleasure to deal with Juan and Guillermo. These guys are pros at what they do and are very professional. They got my drain open which has some issue and needs some more work , but if you need good priced helpful team that takes pride in what they do call them you wont be sorry.
