Oscar Galvez and Rooter Warrior are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They will be getting our business for a full re-pipe of our home. We recently woke up to a flood in our home and had an untrustworthy initial plumber come out from another company claiming it was a slab leak. However, Oscar solidified with 100 percent certainty that it was not a slab leak and instead a soft toilet blockage (which 2 other plumbers we had come out also confirmed it to be a soft blockage, phew). He completed a thorough inspection and provided so much detail and explanation surrounding how it could not have been a slab leak and what to expect moving forward if we decide to go forward with the re-pipe. He also gave us the option to just replace the toilet since that was the main cause for the leak. Given our home is older however and needs to be upgraded, we will be going full throttle and doing it all because we know we will be in the best of hands! Thank you Oscar for being extraordinarily helpful today!!!!!!!

2yrs from my last problem, another problem arose. Originally, I thought my dad & I fixed the problem. Come to find out had a more serious leak. I didn't hesitate to call Rooter Warrior. Called and they had an opening. Said they be there by 11:30, they were here at 11:10. Oscar was the plumber they sent out. Come to find out, it was the same plumber that helped with last problem. It was great to catch up. Right away he diagnosed the problem. He gave me two options and also his recommendation. Oscar got to work and was done within 2hrs. Oscar was thorough and again explained everything. Thank you to Oscar & Rooter Warrior!! Punctual, Thorough, Friendly/Family customer service. Will continue to call on them for any plumbing problem.

I had a clogged drain that needed Hydro jetting. They offered a reasonable price, responded right away and completed the job in a timely fashion. Even Cleaning up after themselves. I recommend them highly. They are professional and courteous. I had been doing business with another company but found they were not available when I needed them and were always closed on Sunday. Rooter Warrior sent someone right away for my clogged toilet. Oscar did an excellent job. Since it is a recurring problem he discussed options with me in case the problem keeps happening. He also explained the work he did. I will definitely call them for future needs.
