This company has very reputable technicians. They aren't there to try to steel your money, very honest and that will win my service over and over. George came by and exceeded my expectation and worked on my problem and solved it. Did his best to keep the cost down by not replacing items that were good. I had a bad leak but he found the issue very quickly.

2 days before our move in date we had our kitchen sink get clogged somehow and had it literally blow up gross looking brown water everywhere when we turned on the garbage disposable. Obviously being in a complete panic I called a few places and was was quoted the same wait time but when I called here and they realized the urgency, the amazing gal I spoke with on the phone today was able to push us to the immediate next appointment. Then enters Guillermo. Rooter Warrior management, please take notice of Guillermo!!! Being new residents to the area as well we were drained and frustrated to say the least but Guillermo not only was the most professional specialist but even went above and beyond and gave us some of the best recommendations of eateries and spots to check out as well. We were even laughing for most of the time as he made us feel at ease and really tried his best to fix the issue vs having to purchase an entire new pipe and this miracle man did just that! We won't be calling anywhere else if we do run into any trouble again and will be requesting him as well, if we're able to. Either way it seems like this company really has it together and the employees are all amazing as well. 100% recommend! : )

I had an emergency plumbing issue, and called Rooter Warrior based on reviews. I was not disappointed. The quality of service was excellent. The appointment scheduler was courteous and kind (I'm sorry I didn't get her name...) I was given a time frame and Oscar showed up within the hour. He was professional, respectful of COVID procedures, and very thorough in making sure the plumbing issue was resolved. The cost was reasonable for the work provided. I will certainly be calling them again for plumbing services!

Guillermo was professional and courteous. He flushed my tankless water heater. He took me through the process of how it's done and the purpose of cleaning the tankless every year. Easy process and payment - all digital (which I appreciate!). Fair price for the work as well.
