I had an emergency due to a water pipe breakage in my bathroom. They were of 3 companies I called and they were the only one of the three 24/7 companies that could come the next morning. (yes,same day service is hard to find, even with companies that advertise it)

They showed up on time, reviewed the issues, ran out to get part and fixed the issue within 1.5 hours.

John, the plumber, explained in detail what the issue was and what caused it. He also checked my water pressure (all ok) and gave us tips to avoid this kind of emergency in the future.

Rooter town will be our plumber of the future.

PLEASE BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE!!!! We used them on one of our rental properties.The only way you will get a $95 CLEAN OUT is if they can do it from an outside line. They charged us $190 because they had to come in the HOUSE and used a clean out plug behind the toilet, in the crawl space, to avoid removing the toilet !!!! IT DOESN'T SAY THAT WHEN YOU READ THE AD OR WHEN YOU CALL TO MAKE AN APPT. Everything they do extra was extremely over priced !!!! We have NEVER had anyone ever try to MILK us for more at every turn. Communications were POOR we had to call for updates. They charged us half in advanced which was agreed upon, THEN they CHARGED our account the remaining balance before completing the job and NEVER NOTIFY US !!!! When we seen the charge we stopped payment and called them, because they never called us, to see if they were going to finish. At that point Reuben THREATENED to put a lien on the property. They came out and finished and we paid them.

I had a little more work done than necessary. Whey I presented all the facts, I was refunded a portion of what I paid. This was fair and equitable. Excellent customer service.

This company and Jessie are very unethical! My parents called them and they came out and gave a quote of $900 to fix a hot water heater. They sent out the technician and the cost went up to $1200, but he told them they would need to replace the hot water heater. After everything was tore up and they were ready to install the hot water heater, the price went to $2600. My parents told Jessie they could not afford this. He told them he would do ""in-house financing"" for them. When the work was completed, he told them he would need a check for the full amount, but that he would hold the check. He cashed it the next day, putting my parents in a very difficult position! Beware they take advantage of the elderly! They use unethical business practices!

Shame on this company preying on elderly, fixed income home owners! Customers call with a simple problem - snake out the tree limbs annually- and they recognize a potential victim. Using bullying tactics and threats to leave a yard torn up, they strong arm vulnerable home owners to sign up for unneeded services and risky FINANCING to pay for them ! Stay away!!

I gave a one star only because I had too .... The reason behind it is I was completely floored watching a ploy to rook you out of money play out in front of my eyes! My son order the company to come out and I just happen to go onto yelp and read the reviews .... the negative reviews reflect a concern and it's well warranted. They have a concerning similarity ... The pressure tactics and the staggering cost .... We can finance it for you!!!! Set your hair on fire and RUN! Run and find another plumber!

We called Rooter Town to fix a slow draining tub and sink. We have used Rooter Town in the past and had excellent service. Charles did the work on our plumbing today, replacing the 60 year old drum trap with a p-trap. He was professional, friendly, addressed all our plumbing problems and left the work area ""spotless"". We have used many plumbers in the past, but now, Rooter Town is the only plumber we call.

Don't use this company. They lure you in with the $95 service fee but it always cost considerably more. No matter who they send they always manage to break the small snake so they'll have to do it again with a bigger snake so naturally they charge you twice. Its never really fixed and the next repair is in the $10's of thousands

My husband called to get our pipes snaked. As it turns out there was another issue with the septic that was resolved by Hunter and Kevin on 09-18-18. They were competent and friendly. I felt assured that anything that was needed in order to get plumbing back to function, they would take care of it. Not only did they correct our issue with the septic, (way outside of scope), they offered recommendations and were knowledgeable.

In addition, we had a snake (no pun intended) that go into our house. It was a rattlesnake.....I was terrified!!! Hunter and Kevin went ahead and remedied our snake issue. I'll state the obvious and say ""They went above an beyond the call of duty"". They were like superheroes!

I will strongly recommend Rooter Town for ""all"" of your plumbing needs. When they called in to the office, they still advised that the visit be the same as quoted $95.00....So grateful.
