I had some work done by another plumber on my toilet , which was not done correctly and I am still trying to get my money back from them, but my contractor was over and saw there was some other plumbing that needed to be done, so my contractor called Rooter Time Plumbing, Lonnie and Felix arrived within a half an hour of the call from my contractor which was very impressive. Not only did Lonnie and Felix fix the plumbing problem that occurred from the plumber, but also looked at my toilet which I had paid the other plumber for. Lonnie detached the toilet and checked it thoroughly and told me what was going on. I was very impressed with the knowledge and the customer service that I received from Lonnie and Felix they gave me enough information that I was able to go to the other plumber and tell them what was wrong, and ask for my money back. I will definitely use Rooter Time Plumbing for all my plumbing needs

Absolutely recommend Lonnie and his guys for any plumbing job you need! After being taken
for a $$ ride by another company, who never really fixed my issue, (but WAY over charged me,) I was referred to Rootertime. Lonnie came out and fixed everything, and did so at a very fair price and with expertise. Do not call anyone else. These guys were great to work with! Watch out for Plumbing Pirates.

These guys will be my forever plumbers best service ever! I recommend them to everyone because I've had many plumbers come and never fixed the problem but not with these guys. It really bums me out to write this review, but I think others should know what to expect when working with this company. Apparently it is really hit and miss. The one thing that has been consistent is the way they avoid providing a receipt! They tell you their work is guaranteed for one year (maybe two? I can't recall...) but then they don't give you a receipt. They ask for your email address so they can email it to you, but they never do. Lonnie did a big job for me back in March that took several days and cost me literally thousands of dollars. I found him and his team to be personable and I was grateful they got here quickly, as it was a really nasty plumbing emergency. I remember Lonnie saying he would be my ""forever"" plumber, and I felt good about the interaction. But when the job was finished, it took a month of me calling, texting, etc. to get him to send me a receipt. He kept saying he'd get it to me, and then nothing would happen. I know it was a very busy time--only a week or two into COVID lockdown and people were having problems left and right, so I chalked it up to a timing thing. Then last week I had another problem, so I called my ""forever plumber"" Lonnie again. This time I got his son, who came right over and took care of the issues. He asked me for my email address to send me a receipt, then never sent it. A few days later, my sink that he supposedly fixed started backing up again, so I called and this time spoke to Lonnie. I told him the sink was backed up again and also inquired about the receipt. He asked me to text him my address and said he'd come by to take care of it. He never showed up or called/text to let me know. I waited all day the next day as well, and finally texted to find out if he would be out soon. He said he'd come the next day (day 3!) at noon. By 2:30 the next day he hadn't shown up and I hadn't heard from him. I texted again. He called and said, ""Let me finish my lunch and I'll be right there."" He didn't show and I never heard from him again.

It really bums me out that my time meant so very little to Lonnie. If he had only told me he was dealing with an emergency, something had come up, etc., that would have gone so far. But when over the course of 3 days you repeatedly tell me you'll be there and then you blow me off with no concern at all for MY time, that's when I start to feel disrespected.

If you work with Lonnie, hopefully you'll have better luck than I did this time around. If you need a receipt, however, just be sure to get it when you hand over payment...otherwise, you're in for a struggle and a long wait.

Lonnie showed up the day after I called, did all the work at an extremely reasonable price and I would definitely recommend!! I don't usually write Yelp reviews, but these guys are awesome!
