Our toilets were clogged, which lead to leaking. We called Rooter Time Plumbing, they made time in their already busy schedule for us. They came in the time they estimated. They were very professional, and did amazing work. They fixed the problem and replaced a few parts. For all the work they did plus new parts I was worried it was going to cost an arm and a leg, but my bill was very affordable. I would highly recommend this plumbing business. The guys are very friendly and great workers, you won't find better.

Lonnie was great. We able to schedule service just a few days later and when he finally came out, the job was done in less than 30 minutes.

We had a couple of jobs here. One in the kitchen, the other in one of the bathrooms. When Lonnie came over to give us a bid, he told us that the toilet problem was not what we thought, but another part that needed to be replaced. He was right on that account. He also figured out what the problem was under the kitchen sink. He was here today, kept working on the kitchen problem until it was right and fixed the toilet also!

I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing problem you have and his prices are reasonable.

I am giving Rooter Time one star for their lack of timeliness and poor business practices. I had them fix a leak on my water heater and was not given a receipt/invoice for the work done. I scheduled an install for a water heater later in the week and didn't come at the agreed time. I called and he said it would be a half hour. Still a no show so I called again and he said it would be another hour. At the end of that time I said I was canceling. He pleaded not to so he arrived 15 minutes later. At the end of the water heater install he said he would e mail me the receipt. After a few days no invoice/receipt. I texted the owner and he said when you hire relatives they aren't always reliable. During the next week still no e mail. I sent another text and gave him an address to send a hard copy to me. A week has passed and still nothing. I would definitely not use Rooter Time in the future.

Our Savior! 6:30p on a Saturday and a DIY Project gone wrong. He answered his phone when no one else would and arrived within 10 minutes. He assessed the situation and was happy to give advice, or do the job. We knew it would be better if he did it--which he did within 20 minutes! No more leak and we had our water back on! I will be calling him again!

Lonnie goes ABOVE and BEYOND. All I can say is WOW. He came super late, most wouldn't even have answered their phones... in fact, they didn't.

He takes pride in his family business. He is extremely knowledgable and communicates everything with you. He is also extremely fair.

He helped with our water heater which stopped working! He got the part and fixed the issue to SAVE US so we don't have to take cold showers when it is freezing already.

Do yourself a favor and if you ever have any plumbing or water heater concerns, call him right away.

Showed up within the scheduled time ready to work. He had all the parts we needed, and fixed the parts that needed to be replace. We were able to use our water by the end of the day no problem.
