I scheduled Rooter Time Plumbing to go to my parents house and we were not disappointed. Exceptional service from Lonnie Jr and his assistant, they were fast, friendly, and clean. Showed up within the scheduled time ready to work. He had all the parts we needed, and fixed the parts that needed to be replace. We were able to use our water by the end of the day no problem.

Kitchen sink neck was leaking even spilling down into the bottom cabinet the sink basin was placed in. This was truly upsetting discovering on Labor Day weekend. I called them up first thing Tuesday morning and Lonnie was at mine within a couple hours.

The problem was quickly identified and efficiently resolved. I feared I was going to have to replace my entire faucet that was less than a year old.

Would DEFINITELY recommend to others!

These guys are great! We found out that Camarillo houses don't come with a ""Clean Out"" so these guys installed one, hydro'd our pipes and added a outdoor wash sink with extra plumbing a hose on our side yard. Friendly, efficient and reasonable. Keeping them on speed dial for sure!

I purchased a water heater from Lonnie in May 2013 and have had nothing but trouble since. The pilot light kept going out and I called on so many, many occasions to have it re-lit. I started calling the gas company to re-light it and they did. The gas man said the pilot assembly needed to be replaced and I told him Lonnie replaced it and charged me $195.00 on July 29, 2016. He said that should have been covered under the water heater warranty. Anyway the gas company replaced it two weeks ago and I had to pay again. Then he mentioned that the plate on the front of the water heater was missing and I said that I had wondered if Lonnie had installed a used water heater and charged me $1466.50 on May 30, 2013. I feel that I should warn anyone considering using them of my problems. The stars on top of this don't go low enough.....

Lonnie showed up on time and did a great job with opening a stubborn drain. He stayed with the task, despite having to make several passes with the auger. He also made time to fix another plumbing problem that we had not mentioned when we first called. Thanks for the professional work!

Lonnie & his crew took amazing care of me. I had a sewer leak, under my slab, right in the middle of my home. It was upsetting & stressful & they were just very professional & did great work.

Lonnie was busy, but managed to work with me and fix an issue I had after work hours on the same day I called. To be honest, this was more than I had hoped for, as I thought for sure I would need an appointment for a future date.

I could have waited, but I thought he went the extra mile to help me out.

He handled it quickly and even helped with cleanup. I hope I never see him again in a professional setting, but if I do need plumbing done, he'll get my call!

Called to set up appointment and was told his son would meet me at my house in 1/2 hour. No one showed up. I called main number after waiting for over an hour and no one called back. Very flaky.

Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Lonnie stays in communication with you until the job is complete. Their focus is 150% on the problem. It's amazing how quickly Lonnie and he's team fixed the problem. I highly recommend Rooter Time all the time!!
