Lonnie at RooterTime has been a Godsend. We had a big septic job to do and I had to oversee it remotely for my mom from my home out of state. Then we had a big plumbing problem inside the house while he was there and he stepped in to take care of that too, including lining up remediation and construction work after the fact. He kept me updated with calls, texts and photos and was so helpful with keeping my mom calm through the whole thing. The problems were NOT easy and he took care of them all. I could not recommend this guy more.

""Hit and Miss"" seems like a correct evaluation. My experience was a big time ""Miss"". This rating is not timely as I did not record my experience when it happened. I have since noticed on ""Nextdoor"" that other Camarillo residents are having similar issues with Lonnie at Rooter Time. Lonnie was recommended to me on a rental house repair and he did a decent job at a decent price. I called him on another job to replace an 18"" gas line that was easily accessible. The pipe was removed in less than 20 minutes. He returned later in the day and replaced it in less than 1/2 hour. After not hearing from him for over a week I contacted him for an invoice. After another week I contacted him again for an invoice. He came to my house and created an invoice while seated in his truck. His charge was $875. I questioned his price for such a small job. He refused to negotiate and insisted I pay his price. I thought I was dealing with a reputable plumber but realized I left myself open to being taken advantage of. Lesson learned. Within a week the gas smell returned. The gas company responded and determined the pipe Lonnie replaced was ""hand tight"". They tightened it with a wrench which took care of the problem. In my opinion it was poor workmanship at an excessive price.

We needed a septic tank replaced. Lonnie was our guy. He and his crew did an amazing job. They ran into some problems and got the job done in timely matter despite the problems. He was always pleasant and always made the best of the situation. I love his positive attitude! They cleaned up and put everything back together and didn't have to destroy our yard. I highly recommend Rooter Time Plumbing for any plumbing issues you might have at home. We had no hot water contacted other plumbers and none of them fixed the problem. We called this company and the owner himself came the following day. He said our water pressure was high and because it was high, it caused our heating unit to malfunction. He placed an order for a new one and with 2 days he came back and replaced it along with a water regulator. Our water heater is good now and we have hot water!

I can't thank Lony enough for his fast response and rapid thinking! He will be our contact from now on.

We had vandalism to our Townhouse where an individual cut out our exposed copper pipe and pressure regulator to make money selling it as scrap. We had no water. I called Lannie and he was there immediately and fixed it quickly and fairly. For me... in the future... there is no other plumber.

I have waited years to finally get the top of the line Speed Queen washer and drier matching set. Just after installation, i discovered the hose bibs leaked. Rooter time was able to come out in just a few hours and removed the 43 year old junk that was compression seized to the wall and replace it with top of the line brass ball valve fittings that will last as least as long as my 25 year expectations for the washer and drier. The materials are all top notch, highest quality, non-toxic and they were custom designed to look good and ergonomically fit my room on the spot after arrival! I am an engineer and I recognize talent when I see it. All the right tools, organized truck was super careful not to scratch a thing and he really cared that I was happy. I won't even ask around anymore. Next time I am calling Rooter Time for sure!
