Miguel from Rooter Solutions came out to our business in less than 24 notice. He fixed the leak under our sink and because he didn't need any parts, we didn't get charged. I also asked him to look at a faucet that was having problems and he fixed it in 30 seconds and again, no charge. He was very nice, professional, and efficient. Just cannot understand the great reviews, because this company is a den of thieves! They gave us a quote, then doubled their price just prior to the work beginning. We did not give them the job, and contacted 3 other companies. Each of the other plumbers advised us that they could do the job for 1/ 2 of the price that RS gave us! They are scam artists,, but good luck if you go with them.
