Hi I love this company in so many ways.
At the time my fiance got a hold of them at her old condo and they fixed her problem the night she called, an emergency. They couldn't get it going but diverted so she can have water that night. She made a appointment for them to come back and fixed the problem.
I had a busted water pipe and it was after hour call and they came out and fixed it that night! It was Johnny who fixed it, very experienced.
Called them again for a kitchen faucet leak and a new water softener and they hooked it up in one day, had to come back for kitchen sink faucet the next day! Matt was very knowledgeable with the softener.
Wife and I are so pleased with this company we WILL be calling them again for what ever plumbing problems we have.

We recently had a sewer stoppage under our house. We phoned a very well known company who came out late, charged a fortune and misdiagnosed my main problem (cracked 65 year old pipes ). As a consequence we had the same problem a month later. This time I called Rooter Solutions and was lucky enough to get Miguel Campos. He was very knowledgeable, hard working, and honest. We are more than pleased with the end result and highly recommend them.

I had a break in my water main outside my house on a Friday night. I had to turn my water off completely at the street and called a plumber the next morning. Rooter Solutions was fabulous from start to finish. Alec who answered the phone was friendly and kind, to Carlos and his supervisor Sean who came out to evaluate the problem and were professional and timely. Everything was fixed and all put back in its place and I felt the cost was reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

We had lots of plumbing issues we called to get an estimate and we knew it was going to cost but wow. It was more than what we were expecting but Ernesto did everything he could to help us financially. He went above and beyond customer service was awesome. Matt the main technician assigned to the job was amazing friendly great communication any additional issues he found he let us know before hand and asked if we would like it fixed or wait before just jumping the gun. Had water from the washing machine back up, and spill onto the floor.
I called Rooter Solutions. The response was prompt. Two technicians,
Carlos Torres and Yair Garcia, came in full protective gear, head to toe. I was grateful I didn't have to worry about the virus.

They went to work, explaining everything they were going to do and
showing me why they needed to do it. They were careful, neat, polite, and knowledgeable.

When they left, the water was draining normally, and they advised that the 50yr old pipes needed a little more work.

Had the pleasure of meeting Miguel with Rooter Solutions. I called in the morning and immediately Miguel came over that day to fix our leaky kitchen pipe, leaky water shut off valve in garage and a leaky tub faucet.
