I had used this company for years . A few days ago I called them and they must have new people .
The young man broke stuff , then pretended he didn't break it taking pictures n stuff after he broke it . They quoted me $2,000 for a job just like the reviews im reading here . Called another plumbing company they did the job for $700.
A good friend of mine paid them over 2,000 for a job and they didn't even do it right .. also broke stuff and they said they didn't
This company must have new people because they were not like this .

These guys are great! They responded quickly and by comparison were a lot less. Sean was wonderful , he explained everything that he was doing so I could understand exactly what was going on. Sean and his helper were very clean and polite and didn't leave any sort of mess. I definitely recommend using them and will call and request Sean for any and all future plumbing services.

Beware, $54 cheap line cleaning but they try to swindle you. We had a clogged master bath sink, they cleared a portion and then said there was an obstruction. He called in another technician and they camera'd the line. Said the master drain cast iron pipe had disintegrated and was leaching waste water under the house and showed us video images. They then provided a +$25k bid to burrow under the house to excavate and replace lines up through the slab and could start immediately, That didn't sound like a good option due to stability of the slab and the need to re-compact. We have some plumbing tradesmen friends and they agreed that was not a good way to proceed. We had our waste line collapse in our dining-room in 2010 and that was a legitimate failure and we replaced the whole house drainage except the bathrooms as they were in good shape having been upgraded could completely around 1996-7'ish. But , we figured we needed to finish replacing the remaining drain line, and we needed time to consider options.
The bathrooms are now over +25 years so we decided to have work done, got bids , demoed the master and got bids from others. The saw cut and jackhammering is done and new lines are going in today. The interesting thing, the plumbers found no disintegrated lines!!
So was the footage a recording of someone else's plumbing? If we had not previously had the waste line problem ( so their alleged findings were believable in our case) or if our bathrooms were new we would have had an independent 2nd opinion and paid $200+\-to have another camera inspection. In fact we had one scheduled but we canceled it because we just decided to go ahead and do the work due to age of bathroom and to improve the value and condition of the house.
Long story short if you use them at all don't trust them for anything but rooter service and decline any other services they recommend. Buyer beware!

Called rooter solutions for a backed up bath tub. The plumber was unable to clear and so called for another plumber who came and suggested we replace the entire clean out because the drain was broken at a cost of almost $2000. As well as suggesting that we join their exclusive plumber program at a cost of nearly $300 a year.
We called another company and they were able to clear the plugged drain in about 10 minutes which turned out to be just a hair ball for only $75.
Thank you to Gallegos Plumbing for saving us $1900.
Moral of the story is always get a second opinion on expensive repairs.

Our shower wouldn't shut off so my husband called and (without any inspection of the faucet) advised him that the valve would need to be replaced for the grand sum of $2500. My husband wisely passed on their estimate and called Rhino Plumbing. 20 minutes later the faucet cartridge was replaced for $225 and works good as new. Beware using this company.

This Easter our bathroom plumbing backed up. I called Rooter Solutions. They were very responsive. They were out early the next day. There was a major blockage by a very large root that was 6-8 inches in diameter that impinged a major pipe. They had to dig down 5 feet under my foundation to do the repair. I found them to be very knowledgeable, organized and kept me advised during the entire 4 day project. Thank you Rooter Solutions for a job well done.

We had a nagging and difficult toilet leak in our upstairs restroom and reached out to Rooter Solutions for help. Ruby was very responsive and Juan did a great job with a smile. He even checked our meter (also difficult) about a different issue. Would highly recommend!

I had a SUPER bad smell in my 2nd bathroom drain. (The service mgr.) Came out. He said he never smelled anything like that at all. He did a camera inspection for 495.00. He found a big build up of greas between the kitchen and really nothing from there to the bathrooms to the main sewer. I have no copper pipes. I had zero clogs or slow drains, only a smell. After his inspection he recommended the turbo clean. 1495.00 (holy crap)
The smell was heavy like cat urine. I asked if they apply the inspection fee to the repair, he said no. My line of work applies the fee. ( auto repair) I asked, how will I know it's clean? He said after the flush he would return and camera inspect again. He never returned or called me! I still had the smell, it was better after they flushed it but still bad. I googled the problem and found mostly bacteria and mold cause this (very common) smell. Low and behold I poured a gallon of bleach down each shower drain. Waited 24 hours an then flushed it out. ""SMELL GONE"" I was never given a receipt either. It took 3 emails and 2 phone calls to get it. I noticed that no senior discounts had been applied at all. The service Mgr said he already gave me a discount and they have no other discounts. When I looked at their website it said they gave a 15% discount for seniors. 1980.00 to have your main lines flushed and the problem was in the drain. Licensed and professional? Maybe for laborers but not HONEST plumbers. The smell is gone however after the work a BAD taste remains. That's just my experience!

Blatantly lied to my face. My sink was clogged. Called these guys to do the rooter magic thing. Two people came out and told me that all the pipes were leaking under my house and needed to be replaced. They did not try using the rooter. Called a second plumber for a second opinion. Took him 5 minutes to clear the drain. Confirmed that there were no leaks under the house and that all the pipes are fine.

Total scammers. Don't call them.

Watch out for these people. They tried to scam me. A second inspection of all my plumbing proved Everything they told me was a problem was proved to be a LIE. Beware.
