We are so grateful for the service and quality workmanship Gil provided when our sewer backed up on us. He unblocked the drains the same day we called and then followed up with a camera inspection the next day. That's when we realized the main sewer line was shot. Gil and his team worked hard to get the lines replaced quickly and went above and beyond to set everything right. Great communication and follow through. Thank you Gil!

TOTAL set up ! Called for a simple drain to be unclogged . A young man came out and starts to snake the pipe , messes around for about 10 minutes and says he thinks their are Roots clogging the pipe and that he already called out his supervisor . Sure enough the supervisor comes out with a camera that of course doesn't work because the pipe is clogged ...... tells me I have to spend 950.00 to power wash the pipe so the camera would be clear to see the problem . About this time I notice the young man never put a TIP on the snake !!!!! This is when I asked the young man if after all his Snaking , did he check to see if it was now unclogged ????? He shockingly said NO I haven't checked !!!!! That's when I knew this was ALL staged ! Services were declined . Most people would have been scammed . The next day another company came out and unclogged it in about 7 minutes . He said this is a KNOWN scam in this industry ! First thing he asked was ..... did they have a TIP on the snake ! NOPE

I called rooter solutions on Saturday morning. They sent a tech out on Saturday around 12pm, super quick turnaround. Juan came out, super nice guy, very respectful and helpful. He diagnosed our issue as a blockage and went on to try and get it repaired. He went above and beyond after some complications to get us cleared out so it wasn't backed up. They provide great customer service as well, when you call, they answer. They are clear and give you accurate time estimates.

In the first week of January we had a sewer drain blockage. The sewer pipe runs under the house in the cement slab from the northwest corner (washing machine) to the southeast corner where it exits from under the house. Approxamately 50 feet. The distance to the street is twenty feet from the house. At the street it is six feet underground.
I called Rooter Solutions who ran a snake down the sewer cleanout access next to the washing machine. After two attemps using two different snakes they announced that they would have to access the blockage in pipe from the other end, outside the house. They would have to dig down six feet in my yard to access it. They initially quoted $7000. They later changed it to $5000. I asked the cost if I dug the hole and they quoted $3500. I said hold that thought. I'll get back to you. My gardener quoted $500 to dig down to the pipe. Just to be sure, I called another drain cleaner company to snake the drain. They put the snake in the same drain as Rooter Solutions and they cleared the drain in less than one minute. So the lession learned is to always try a second opinion or service if you are quoted an insanely huge amount of money to fix the problem.

Wow! What amazing service! Gil showed up Friday afternoon to help retrieve a pair of eyeglasses my dad thought he'd flushed. The glasses were elsewhere but when Gil took the toilet off he found a truly impressive number of roots growing up the drain. We set up an appointment for the following Monday to get the work done. Gil cleared the line and installed the new toilet. Three guys were involved including Kristian, a division manager and they were all so polite, patient, and professional. My parents are elderly and tend to ask the same questions repeatedly. These guys were so kind and gentle with them. Not only did they do great work but I was completely comfortable with them around my parents. I can't say enough kind things about these guys and I recommend them highly.

Received a quote to simply replace a bathroom faucet for $500. I was a previous client with a service contract and it was still that amount.
Six months ago I had John Padilla Plumbing do the same job at another property and it was $300. Not sure why they wasted my day waiting for them to arrive.
