I had a Plumbing emergency on one many properties that we manage all around San Diego area, I called Rooter Solutions and despite being super booked because of their outstanding customer service, they manage to set an appointment in the same day, Edmundo is super friendly and customer service oriented. I am very grateful and extremely satisfied with the exceptional work ethic Rooter Solutions has bestowed upon our tenants. I highly recommend this company to everyone who needs Plumbing services.

I called the company and told them the exact problem that the bathtub in one room backed up to the shower in the next room and it was from dirty mop water how much would it be they said I could use the $58 coupon for that particular problem is what my estimate was for and it would only be more if they had to pull a toilet. The guy came out was wearing a mask covered his feet was very nice He snaked out the shower showed me that it ran and then I asked him what about the bathtub is that also running smooth and he said it would be another $58 to snake that out because that is a separate issue. So the company deceived me when I explained to them very clearly each one backed up to each other and that that problem would be $58 and was not two issues. I thought the purpose of the coupon was to gain customer trust so I would use them again. But knowing that it's just a ploy to get More money the first time and not acquire a new customer I will not be using them again. Although the guy was very nice and friendly he represents how the company operates.

Kind, responsive and true to their word. Good deal on a pipe snake, honored their warranty on a snake that was needed the next day down the line. Helped us understand what we needed to do and didn't pressure us. They are our plumbers now. Highly recommend.

Leo was amazing. He called in advance with an ETA, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and and Isai took care of my problem in no time. Leo then offered to take a look at a small leak I had under a sink and was able to quickly seal and retighten it for no additional charge. I would highly recommend Leo to take care of you home plumbing needs!

Isai and his team are absolutely amazing !!!!! They educated me on the process didn't try to upsell or pressure me, I was quoted $5800 for a pluming issue by ARS Rescue Rooter but Isai and his team got the job done at $1250.00, made suggestions on maintenance to prevent the issue from returning- They're real down to earth people, Great experience and Thanks for everything !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm happy to say that my experience with Rooter Solutions was pretty positive, and that they take care of their customers. Everyone messes us from time to time, and I'm happy to say that Rooter Solutions honors their warranty. Alberto and his team did a great and thorough job to make sure that our situation was taken care of, and Juan did his best to provide a good rate and courteous service. Overall, Alberto was great to work with, as he communicated very well and was very professional and courteous in our interactions. I'd recommend his workmanship to my friends and neighbors.

I had an appointment for 10 am on a Saturday, but then I got a call saying that they would come at 2-4 instead due to an emergency with another customer. My garbage disposal was jammed, and Juan was able to fix that but said that it would probably need to be replaced soon. Not sure how old it is since I rent. Very friendly guys though. I also got a call from their office afterwards asking how everything was.
