Isai and his team are absolutely amazing !!!!! They educated me on the process didn't try to upsell or pressure me, I was quoted $5800 for a pluming issue by ARS Rescue Rooter but Isai and his team got the job done at $1250.00, made suggestions on maintenance to prevent the issue from returning- They're real down to earth people, Great experience and Thanks for everything !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm happy to say that my experience with Rooter Solutions was pretty positive, and that they take care of their customers. Everyone messes us from time to time, and I'm happy to say that Rooter Solutions honors their warranty. Alberto and his team did a great and thorough job to make sure that our situation was taken care of, and Juan did his best to provide a good rate and courteous service. Overall, Alberto was great to work with, as he communicated very well and was very professional and courteous in our interactions. I'd recommend his workmanship to my friends and neighbors.

I had an appointment for 10 am on a Saturday, but then I got a call saying that they would come at 2-4 instead due to an emergency with another customer. My garbage disposal was jammed, and Juan was able to fix that but said that it would probably need to be replaced soon. Not sure how old it is since I rent. Very friendly guys though. I also got a call from their office afterwards asking how everything was.

Beware of this operation. They scam elderly people with their bogus coupons of $58. My 93 old mother called them for clogged drain in the garage. The first quote $68. By the time they were done, they had charged her $8900! They kept telling her that more needed to be done, more needed to be done. They finally left when they got all her savings. Beware.

Rooter Solutions came to fix a water leak under my sink and they did it super quickly! They came in very professional with clean boots and clean uniforms ready to do the job. Most plumbers are not as clean as these guys, that left me impressed. They made no mess at all and left everything as good as new. I appreciate all the help they gave me and for immediately fixing the problem.

These guys came out to clear a clogged kitchen sink. They were expedient and proficient. James was courteous, honest and as professional as they come.

Bottom line: I would definitely recommend these guys and will reuse them in the future. It's always nice to have some nice, clean plumbers come out and do a great job.

Had a clogged up toilet from roommates daughter my 5 year old who went crazy with some baby wipes lol I called they sent out Carlos who was informative professional and fast super nice and poor guy had to deal with some ""ish"" literally she did a number lol DEFINITELY will be using him again hopefully not soon but who knows thanks so much I appreciate you

Technician came out to clear bathroom drains. They said the drains were really backed up. It would cost $3000 to hydro jet the sinks and main line, but they'd give me a senior and military discount making it $2000. I am neither senior nor military so I don't know why they just don't give the best price to begin with. It was suspicious and I told them that I'd think about. They left a big mess in one of the bathrooms. The next day we discovered they didn't tighten one of the drains and it leaked all over. We got other estimates for the same service which were about 10-15% lower.
