I hired Rooter Solutions to clean out the drain lines under my courtyard. The tech arrived on time and started the job but on the first line he discovered that the tip had broken off of his rooter machine. He called his boss, Isai, who brought a endoscope-type camera over and sent it down the line that his tech had tried to clean. He said that there were too many roots for them to clean the line. They charged me $125 and cleaned none of my drain lines. I've cleaned these lines with a hand snake in the past so I know that they can be cleaned of roots. I'm not a happy customer.

Could NOT recommend and here is why:

You'll want to save yourself some stress and just call another company for your plumbing issues. Really pathetic communication skills. And a complete NO show or call for the second part of our job to finish.

We are seniors, and they came to fix a sewer venting pipe that had broken apart in the attic, causing a bad smell in the bathroom. That went really well, or so we thought. (More on that later) We paid them, however, we still had a horrid smell in the bathroom the next day.
When I told them, they said they were going to come back, so I ask to be put on the schedule with a 6 days advance request.

Incidentally, they had to take out the entire bathroom sink to access and repair site and glue the sewer venting pipes. So we haven''t had a sink in our bathroom for about 2 weeks.
We made a plan for them to come back and fix the hot/cold pipes in the bathroom so we could put the sink in, and recheck the smell and trim the pipe on the roof. They said to just let them know when to come back.

CREEPY, I can see they are reading my messages but not confirming our appointment I am trying to make 6 days in advance. Then, the morning of, they randomly text and say they'll be here on here between 1-2pm. I tell them GREAT!! WTH? They pull a NO SHOW, NO CALL.

No bathroom sink for us... for who knows how much longer. Lame, rude and unprofessional. I have been dealing with ""Christian"", who is the General Manager.
UPDATE: CALLED ANOTHER PLUMBER WHO JUST LEFT. Turns out ROOTER SOLUTIONS plumber didn't connect one of the stacks by gluing or repairing it in the wall~~~ so sewer gas was/is still pouring into our bathroom. So it appears they did kind of a crappy job~ and just left us to deal with it. Save yourself some aggravation~ I wish I had.

Rooter Solutions replaced my 63 year old collapsed sewer line. The work was done promptly and competently. Friendly and respectful workers. Finish work to drywall could have been better. But would use them again.

Kitchen sink was draining slow. Standard issue on an older home. Grease accumulation over time, regardless of how careful you may be, adds to the clogging of the pipes.

Scheduled a 2 hr window and the scheduler called right at the end of the window to proactively say the guys in the truck where on the way. Very courteous.

The guys showed up were respectful, courteous, proficient and took care of the problem at the special ad rate.

I had some other non-urgent fixes they gave quotes on. I definitely respect their honesty. There appears to be some room on prices so don't feel pressured. They were very good at providing information and NOT hard selling. Very honorable.

I am very comfortable endorsing this professional plumbing firm.

These guys came 90 minutes after my call. Clean, thorough, explained everything. Very pleased. They even threw in a camera view to double check the integrity of the pipes.

I was very impressed & happy with my recent plumbing experience. I had approx. 50 feet of ancient sewer pipe replaced by Rooter Solutions. It was full of holes & roots. Robin was kind, courteous & very helpful, he explained all of the steps. Isai showed me images from their camera inside the pipe, he helped me understand all of their fancy equipment & the process involved. They gave me a fair price, treated me with respect & were always considerate. Robin & Carlos were very hard & neat workers & always left my yard so that it was safe. When they were done it was very nicely put back together. All & all, I wish all plumbers were as courteous, competent & kind as Robin & Isai !

WHAT A NIGHTMARE. At first, they couldn't unclog our drain. Then they recommended hydro-jetting. Huge mistake. Sewer water shot out of our bathroom, and flooded most of our downstairs -- forcing us to go through weeks of remediation, insurance hassles, rebuilding estimates, etc. Only reason I'm not giving them zero stars is because they immediately tried to make it right, booking a flood restoration company, paying for our hotel for three nights, and saying they'll cover the rebuilding costs. Pedro and Pablo are good. But as for their other workers, watch em like a hawk.

Don't use this company. We did for a clogged drain and ended up spending thousands of dollars on them replacing a pipe for our kitchen which did not needed replacing. Even worse, we just discovered that they tied the kitchen pipe into the downspout/yard water pipe which empties into our alley, not the sewer. Even I know better than that! All of our kitchen water was going into the alley. The one redeeming thing is that it was not the pipe to the toilets!

Rooter solutions cane back today and it looks like the drain is cleared! Thanks to Brandon, who explained the process and used the right machine for the job. I would use them again if they sent Brandon and because they corrected their mistakes, thats a trustworthy company.

I had a clogged toilet that refused to be plunged and called Rooter Solutions who answered my call right away. The techs who arrived were Orlando and Jesse and they were extremely professional, clean, and knew exactly what needed to be done and they fixed my toilet in no time at all. They went the extra mile and cleaned my toilet and bathroom floor. I cant say enough good things about the two techs who showed up and how they represented the company they work for. I will be recommending both of them and Rooter Solutions for all my plumbing needs. Thank you again for going above and beyond to help me.
