Morris and his crew were recommended to me via my realtor and I am extremely happy to have used Rooter Solutions. Hugo came out to do the inspection and also was the foreman in charge of all the work. The work was done in a single day with limited disruption (besides the obvious). They did run into a ""problem"" necessitating digging up an additional hole in the front yard, but they were able to rectify it very quickly and stay within the quoted price. Morris and Hugo handled all the paperwork, the filing, and provided me a certificate for future sale. I am very happy with everyone at Rooter Solutions and do recommend them.

We called out three companies to look at our sewer lateral and got three quotes (plus a fourth was done by the listing agent before we bought the house)
Morris and Octavio were such a pleasure to work with and had detailed answers to every question. They are genuine, honest and they explained everything thoroughly to my wife and I.
Their quote was exactly the same as one other company, but we decided to go with them over the other option because we thought they were great guys.
The job was done in a day and then the city inspected a day after. Morris sent us the certificate immediately.
The concrete was poured the following day and the house was left in perfect condition.

I was lucky enough to find Morris and Rooter Solutions of CA during a feverish Yelp search for a company to take care of our sewer lateral for EBMUD. I contacted several companies and Morris was, by far, the most responsive and the easiest with whom to work. What could have been an extremely confusing, and expensive, process was made seamless and stress free thanks to Morris. He performed a camera inspection without my having to be onsite, scheduled the work for the following week and I had the EBMUD certificate in hand the day after. I could not recommend more.
