This review is from last year, I ran across the email from them that reminded me.
They did a satisfactory job on the sidewalk. It was the highest bid for sure.
The problem is that when they did the work the broke the house numbers off my wall.
I called and emailed and I was told "" we will take care of it"".
That never happened.
Maybe look for a company that follows through with their promises!!
Being lied to after paying almost $8,000. Is really crappy.
Spend your money elsewhere!

I've had to replace two sewer laterals at two projects in Oakland within the last 5 years. I was lucky enough to get a referral for Morris from our real estate agent on the first project and never looked back. Morris and his team are extremely organized and easy to work with. The price was very reasonable of all the bids we fielded and I can't imagine the work or experience of dealing with Morris and his team of possibly being any better than it was.

On our second project, there were a few complications due to construction. from other contractors. but Morris was able to stay nimble and ensure we. passed the final test with the city once other construction was done.

They provide a quick and reliable service, as soon as we agreed they got to work on all the legal paperwork and gave us an expected date range of when they will provide service. We had to replace the sewage lines and they were very quick to get the job done. The service was hassle free and everything was done very professionally. Sewage change was quick and we had our power and sewage running in a few hours. If you need any sewage services done I recommend it!

I hired the services of Rooter Solutions of California for a sewer lateral replacement at a home I recently bought. I had a great experience working with Morris & team and will recommend this company without hesitation.

- Their bid was the most reasonably priced, by far
- Morris said they he would take care of not just the replacement but also inspection and certification from CVSAN, which he did
- He asked for full payment only after the inspection and certification was completed
- His team left the work site clean

The only reason I am taking one star off is because of a scheduling error on their part that caused the work to start a day late.
