Being a first time homeowner is intimidating and let me not forget.... expensive!

Sewer lateral? Yeah, we didn't include that in our escrow because we dropped all contingencies on our offer and just didn't know any better.

Sidewalk repair? Yeah, again we didn't include that in our escrow because we dropped all contingencies on our offer and just didn't know any better.

Then we found out that our pipes were galvanized and need to be re-piped from the water line and all through the house.

This all sounds expensive doesn't it? Yes, it is and was. However, I received several bids and Morris and his team did their best to try and come close and in the end winning our business.

We did all three projects with Rooter Solutions of California. They were always communicative, on time, diligent, set proper expectations and ensured they finished the job completely with the utmost satisfaction on our part.

Please do do your due diligence, but at the end of the day, you're in great hands with this company if you're looking for a plumber to complete many new projects on your home. In addition, they didn't send us the bill to pay until all compliance documents were provided to us with approval by EBMUD and the City of Oakland.

Fast and professional service! Having recently moved into a new place, I needed to get a sidewalk repair and certification done. I contacted a couple different places and Morris not only responded quickly, he provided an extremely fair quote. He was responsive to all emails and very patient in answering my many questions.

When it came time to schedule the work, he was able to do it within a couple days of signing the contract. They also did an excellent job repaving the sidewalk and leveling our driveway!
