Company Overview

Our expertise lies in offering high-quality plumbing and drain products. Being a family-run plumbing company, we have a rich history of over 70 years in the industry. Our goal is to make our clients feel like champions, leaving with a smile.

Ensuring our customers are happy and providing the best service possible is my priority. I was raised in the plumbing field, starting my journey at age 10 under my grandfather's guidance in a small Iowa town. I gained hands-on experience working for my father as my grandfather transitioned out of the business. I have dedicated nearly 20 years to plumbing, and it is my true passion. I love addressing challenges for others and being present when duty calls. As a family-oriented individual, I view my clients as an extension of my family values.

I had a great experience working with Orlando on replacing a garbage disposal. First off, scheduling with Rooter Ranger was simple and quick. Orlando came out the same day to check it out. He wore booties and a mask which was super thoughtful for the customer. After looking at the garbage disposal he leveled with me on the options and what they would cost. He was honest about being able to fix my garbage disposal but letting me know that the size of the disposal meant it would clog up more frequently. I ended up getting a replacement and a day later Orlando came by to install it. He finished the job in less than an hour and even was nice enough to take all the boxes from the new garbage disposal out. It was a good experience and I would certainly call on Orlando again.

I had a leak in my master bathroom upstairs and I wasn't sure what was going on. I needed someone fast so that I could have use of that bathroom again. Orlando was able to come that night and make an accurate and swift diagnosis of the problem. He came back the next day and had it all fixed. He was polite, knowledgeable, and was able to explain it to me so I could understand. Thank you Orlando!

I spoke to a manager Charles who took care of the issue and followed up with me about refunding the questionable service i am satisfied with this. I have used them very successfully in the past to clean out blockages.

I would give zero stars but that is not an option. They came to ""repair"" a septic backup. They charged us nearly $10,000, left our backyard a mess and we are still experiencing backup issues. At least a couple times a month my husband has to go ""hit"" the brand new septic pump with a pole to get it working again. They re-piped a broken pipe into the house but should have used a different setup bc now we get the excess gas throughout our house from the sinks and showers. Had they re-piped appropriately, that gas would escape outside. When we called about the continuing issues immediately after the ""repair"" we were told we needed a whole new leech field for $20,000. They also repeatedly ignored request for service receipts. We attempted to file with the ROC, but were unsuccessful with that. I tell everyone I know what a shady company this is. They are constantly looking for ways to up the price-gotta pay for those cool vans somehow I suppose.

PLEASE BE VERY AWARE!!!!! Modern day scammers. Had rooter ranger come out a few weeks ago to help with a shower backing up. So we arranged to have line snaked thinking old pipes just needed a little cleanup. Well that didn't go to well as the gentleman was not able to snake line. I Was told that he was hitting something that didn't feel right and he didn't want to get snake stuck in the line as that would cause bigger problems... So he suggested we camera line but don't worry we will just do a bundle package to save you some money for snake and camera option. Ok I said as I would not mind seeing pipes condition and what's causing clog.
Now the boss shows up with camera to evaluate what's going on in pipe. Mind you we are on a roof in the sun with a camera that did not have the best image. Well we made it down to the clog in line and was told line was broken. He tried multiple times to get camera past point but it did not pass. So with that being said he gets camera up to clog and said its your pipe broken!!!! So now panic mode sets in for me thinking I way I need my bathroom shower draining. So let's camera all lines while we are here so no problems in future. Before doing that we went to master bathroom to locate where camera won't pass. Right in the middle of our new bathroom floor!!! So back to roof the examine other pipes. Got no good news there either. All pipes need to be hydro jetted and epoxy coated from what I was being told. While wrapping up camera stress kicked in ass I knew things were not looking good. Now for the hard part what to do to fix everything. Boss came back with the book!!! $4500 to fix pipe under new bathroom floor. Just to fix pipe. Then another 15k to jet pipes and epoxy but to do that you need to add a clean out for another $1700 and we can get start tomorrow on the clean out he says!!! I'm still in shock from the 23k quote and he's already planning job! I told him I needed to speak with wife to see how we want to go about things. Made my payment of $247 and festered for next week waiting for second opinion. Finally Drain medics came out and truly saved the day. We re ran camera in pipe and found the supposed break ""see photos "". Rooter ranger was ready to rare my bathroom apart for no reason.!!!! Shirt was clogged in pipe from previous project. ""See photos "". You get the point by now. Called to get our money back and they have ignored wife's phone call 4 times now. Please see BBB for further complaints. This needs to stop .

Gave us an excellent quote to fix a leak in our bathroom and fixed everything up with no issue. Highly recommend, workers can be a little more friendly.

Our main sewer line had a breakage and sewer water, fecal matter and bits of tissue were OVERFLOWING in our backyard. They said they were going to fix it but NEVER actually did. We asked for pictures of what they worked on and saw very little difference. they sent our landlord a 5,000 bill and yet we still can't stay in our home because of the sewage leaking out of the backyard. If we didnt have another place to stay we would literally be HOMELESS. Very disappointing work, eager to get the issue resolved without having to take legal action.

RIP-OFF. We accidentally drilled a hole through a plastic plumbing pipe while hanging a TV bracket. For them to cut a small hole in the drywall in order to assess the damage and give us a quote was $300, which would apply to the final fix. We should have said, ""no thank you"" right then. I specifically asked if the final quote would be another $350, and was told the final quote would likely be just a little more. Final quote was $600. We paid $300 basically for nothing, and sent them on their way. We completed the final fix ourselves for $10 in parts. On the plus side, the plumbers who showed up were polite and competent. All bids came from a supervisor via phone calls. My previous experience with plumbers has not involved calls to supervisors. I will not be calling Rooter Ranger again. Ever.

Called Rooster Ranger early Monday morning to unclog a toilet. They said they'd be there between 2 & 4. At 3:45 I started making calls. Got the office twice & the second time the man said he was going to call & yell at his technician to call me. Nothing. The last 2 times I called before 6pm I got the answering service. STILL no call!! If I could give less than one star I would. Got someone else coming this morning.

I called and had them come out because I had water leaking from the bottom of my toilet and shower drain due to a clog. When they got here the guy said he had fixed it in just a few minutes and to turn on the shower, washing machine and flushing the toilet at the same time to make sure everything was all good.

When I did that, water seeped out of the toilet and FLOODED half of my house more than an inch deep. The guy had left to talk to someone on the phone during the time and was not monitoring what he did, so the water stayed on for about 20 minutes even after I had told him to turn it off. He said he was going to take care of the water, and then proceeded to use my own paper towels and bath towel to try and soak up the water which ruined my bath towel.

He had called someone else to come and then a new person had came to try and see if they could figure out what the issue was. He had brought a camera but didn't even use it when he told me he would have to bring out special equipment to fix it which would cost $1350 when they didn't even verify what the actual issue was. When I declined the service, all they left me with was a ruined bath towel and a flooded house. These people are extremely incompetent in every sense of the word.
