I had three different plumbers come out, the last one was supposedly a supervisor. He charged me 1,181.00 to do a hydrojett that was not done ( I went with a different company and they showed me the camera evidence of no hydrojetting) I tried several times to contact the company to request a full refund, but it wasn't untill I posted a one star review on yelp that I finally got a call. They said they fired that plumber and gave me a full refund. However, the owner lists 70 years of ""combined experience"", but this is a less than six year old company. When I checked at the better business bureau they don't rate the companies based on their reviews (and they have some negative reviews). So I would say, they are concerned about their ratings, yet in good conscience I cannot recommend them as a reliable, professional, or knowledgable company.

I had standing water in my sink, both sides. I called for a drain clean. Instead I got a used car salesman. True that the kitchen line under ground needs attention. No doubt.
Watch out for Louie. He is a supervisor and he is slick. By the time he left he had a 22,000 quote to immediately recline my pipes all the way to the clean out. During the video inspection he pointed out alleged ""holes"" all along my underground main line and the kitchen line is so bad that I can no longer use my kitchen sink or do laundry.
They offered no solution to get my kitchen sink running!! It was too dangerous to use.

After two more video inspections I got near a 180 degree assessment. Main line clear and no ""holes"" anywhere in it.
The kitchen line is in serious need of care , however, they got my sink fixed in 25 minutes and gave me clear guidelines to care for it for the time being. I could also use my washing machine and the pipes did not rupture.

They appear to be a high pressure sales and have staff that lie to scare people.

Whatever you do make it a point to definitely get other quotes for damage and don't commit to it. Think about it first.

I don't have enough thank you's to offer all of these guys!!! Especially Vince Galgano for having the kindest heart and making this happen for us. I have a very immuno compromised child at home, and we were surprised with a home filtration system!!! As a mom this was my one dream for my household to keep my kids safe is to have clean and safe drinking water. Everyone was extremely professional, informative, quick, efficient, and just so very kind. Hands down these are the guys to go with!! Our family can't thank you enough!! Highly highly recommend this company to everyone if you want professionalism and just truly kind people.

in January 22 I had the pipes in my home jetted and was told I needed my pipes coated with a liner. I paid in full and now august 25 I get an email stating I owe them for the work done which was over 11 thousand dollars. luckily I paid with a credit card that shows they were paid the day it was finished in January . I would not use this company again.

Router Ranger is the best plumbers that I've hired. I had a complex drainage problem and Orlando and Oscar were superb. They not only gave me one option to correct the problem, but multiple options. I highly recommend them. And on top of it they honored their $47 special without any hidden fees. I'm impressed.

We found a leak in the kitchen and called Rooter Ranger at 8am. By 9am Cisco was there for an estimate and by 1pm Junior, Cisco and Javier immediately started working. All three were knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Junior provided updates and pictures while explaining the process every step of the way. We couldn't be happier!

My experience finding a good and reliable plumber these days is not easy. This is why I'm so pleased with the work Zach at Rooter Ranger has done for me. He informed me when he would be coming, he arrived on time . He explained what he was going to do , and he completed the necessary work in a timely manner.

We had Francisco out for a backed-up pipe and Orlando out for a camera inspection follow-up. They were clearly juggling a lot of appointments so it took a couple of days to get the timing right, but it was so worth it. Orlando was polite, kind, and very clear and helpful in his explanations of our situation and options. We felt no pressure to ""buy"" an immediate solution, which was a huge relief because we like to think things over. Would definitely recommend in terms of bang-for-your-buck service.
