We were very fortunate to have called Rooter Ranger for a plumbing fiasco. Boy did we luck out. David showed up within a short time of having called and he resolved our problem quickly. Appreciate the personable and professional experience so much so, we almost look forward to our next plumbing emergency.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and was told they would send a technician out to diagnose the problem for free. The technician didn't even turn on the sink or disposal to see what was happening. He charged $47 to run a snake through the access line, after which he told me that the problem was so severe that it would cost $250 just to run a camera through and see what was going on, and only then would he be able to estimate the full cost of the ""extensive"" work that would need to get done. Before committing to that, I got a second opinion, who recommended putting drain cleaner through the sink and that has solved the issue. I feel like I was being conned into paying more money by someone who didn't even attempt to try an easier solution.

Rooter Rangers are fantastic! They came out late on a Sunday night within 30 minutes of our call for help. They were prompt, polite, and professional throughout the whole job. They found and fixed the problem and after the work was completed, even after the digging, it looked like as if nothing had been disturbed. Top service at a reasonable price! We recommend them highly!

They are OVERPRICED and encourage you to commit insurance FRAUD. They will lie and pressure you when you're suffering a frightening emergency. I'm sure most people cave and I almost did, too! Luckily I didn't commit to their absurd prices even though it was an emergency. Instead I shopped around and every other place was less expensive! Every. Other. Place. Even Rooter Ranger's plumber told me that he thought his partner's quote was too high! WOW. He admitted they overcharge because it's an emergency and most people feel they must pay it like in the emergency room. Do not allow Rooter Ranger to manipulate you when you're under this incredible stress! I went with Reddi Plumbing--also licensed, for HALF of the price. They actually performed more duties for that price, too. Oh and by the way, Rooter Ranger showed up with a restoration company that was even more dishonest, and almost cut into my dry wall before I consented. This restoration company ALSO encouraged me to commit insurance fraud--in writing! They lied a bunch about how insurance will cover everything; but since I waited and looked into it, I found out that insurance wouldn't cover half of the stuff they said it would, and I would have been left with the bill! But the more they do, the more they're paid, so what do they care? Creeps! TLDR: don't use Rooter Ranger or their affiliated companies. They're overpriced tricksters!

A plumber came to fix an issue with my kitchen sink faucet. Fortunately it was an easy fix & took just a few minutes to resolve. Saved me money - the handyman wanted to replace valves, lines, and faucet when it wasn't necessary. Funny I saved money hiring a plumber.

Well, where do I begin? Josh came out on Christmas Eve as we had a stopped up pipe in our kitchen. He tried to snake it and said it wouldn't work as it would only go 3 feet in the drain line (in the wall). I had already done that myself and knew it was blocked! He said he would be back day after Christmas with a man who does the camera in the line.

Erick (the camera guy) came out and showed my father the video of the drain. He claimed that the main drain pipe was broken and needed to be replaced. I came home to hear this! He said he had to go outside to his truck to work the numbers? He came back in and said it would be about $19,500.00. He said that we should just do the bathroom also for only $3,000.00 more as if he was doing us a favor! He said that we were really getting a great price and that he applied the ""SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT""!! Sure......I balked at that price and also questioned the whole assessment. After he talked my parents into financing the job (2 separate loans)!!!! I asked my parents to hold off!! They are on a fixed income as my dad is 78 and my mother is 84 years old. While Erick was doing his selling, I was finding other legitimate companies that won't screw you over!!

I left and went to work, and couldn't shake the idea that these guys are shysters'! They aren't here to help you! I shortly received 2 phone calls from other plumbing companies in the area. I called my father to stop whatever Rooter Rangers had talked him into as they wanted to come and start the job in the morning. Once they start working you're obligated to the contract.

I HAD ANOTHER COMPANY COME OUT AND BID THE JOB. He snaked the main pipe from outside, which Rooter Rangers did not and said there is nothing wrong with our Main Drain. He showed my father the snake and there was no dirt or debris whatsoever. He could fix it, no problem. It was for only $850.00! WOW what a HUGE relief! Are you serious? Erick should be fired!! Criminal Selling Techniques!! THAT'S A $20,150.00 DIFFERENCE.
If I was the owner of this company I would be appalled that this type of behavior was being conducted and would NOT want my name behind it!!

I would definitely recommend Rooter Ranger to anyone looking for a great professional plumbing and speedy service work, had a clogged pipe and a major leak got ahold of Rooter Ranger and notified them of my problem and the female I spoke to advised me that a Tech would be out to my house in about an hour and sure enough the Tech called me 30 minutes later talk about speedy reply and the Tech Roy Camacho advised me that he would be at my house in a few minutes which only took him about 15 minutes to show up at my house, Roy was very professional and clean with the work that he provided and he was done quick and left me satisfied and happy that I got my kitchen sink fixed I am definitely gonna do business with Roy Camacho and Rooter Ranger as far as plumbing problems from here on into the future Thanks Rooter Ranger for the Great honest work.
