I had no issue with their services, but PLEASE DON'T LET THEM REFER YOU TO OR CALL IN QUICK RESTORE FOR MITIGATION. Quick Restore LLC is a dishonest, unorganized, incompetent company. RR Plumbing is damaging its reputation by referring business to Quick Restore.

On Sunday, my shower stopped working and was dripping uncontrollably. Frank came out (after 6pm on Sunday!), and assessed the situation. It is a 30 year old shower/plumbing. Frank was able to stop the dripping and is trying to find a valve that will fit into this old thing and will return tomorrow. Frank is a very nice person, very professional, and an expert. I couldn't be more pleased.

We just had the Rooter Rangers out today and within an hour of my call they were out here fixing my slow draining kitchen sink. Dakota in the office was extremely nice and listened to what I needed. My call was given to an Isaac that was crazy nice to my family as well as empathetic to my issue. Isaac got to work quickly doing the work and even showed me some of the results that he found while snaking my sink. Isaac gave great suggestions and how we can keep from having future issues and said great things about the company you can tell he's proud to work for. As I write this it's 8:15 p.m. and I'm already sending out ranger rooters phone number to friends and family that may need a service later on. As I feel like is fairly common, I was hesitant to call for plumbing services but I'm very grateful that I landed with this company. Great job to the company for hiring an outstanding technician!

I was so impressed with the service from Rooter Ranger. First, Dakota in the office was so nice and efficient, then they were able to be at my home that morning, and finally Gabe, the plumber, was a 5 star plumber! He was so kind, so friendly and so efficient!! I was highly impressed with this company all around...including the pricing! Great company!!!

Worst experience ever! Called at 4:50pm on a Saturday and was told someone would be out between 6-8pm. It's now 10:52pm and have not heard from anyone. I have called 2 times and left messages with the answering service and still nothing. I have 3 children and running to the gas station to use the restroom is not what I want to be doing.

We had a totally collapsed portion of a sewer lateral from our 1950's home. It did take 2 days to get an initial consult scheduled, but once I was actually talking to a live person rather than just texting/Yelp messaging, they got me on the calendar for the following day. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and sent a camera down the drain to locate the exact portion that had collapsed. They scoped all three of our contributing laterals since I had paid for the one that was problematic to ensure there weren't additional issues on the horizon. Braydon & Jamal started the following morning digging out the necessary areas for them to access the pipes that needed replacing. They were quick, courteous, and extremely tidy at the end of the day, sweeping their work area and blocking off the area to ensure it was safe overnight. They did wonderful work and I'm as pleased as anyone can be when having to pay for new sewer pipes.

We had someone come out but he could not get his snake in our drain. Was very friendly and did not charge as he could not snake. He then had his supervisor come out with camera but could not camera drain where clog was. They then used camera on roof vent which did not address clog. They then snaked inside (supervisor) and he said he got the snake in but it got stuck. They then told me that it would be over 10 grand to repair. When wife got home we used our snake and got it draining again. I am now being asked to pay for camera even know they never got camera in our drain under sink. I was originally told that if Di not fix clog then there would not be a charge.

I recently had a clogged drain. I called Rooter Ranger. The first day a pleasant young man came and he couldn't fix . He came back next day with another gentleman. While one worked on clog the new man was trying to get me to agree to an $8000 fix. He had companies who would finance. I live in a mobile home. He wanted to replace kitchen piping to the sewer line To make a long story short. I called my sister who is a manager where I live. She told me to not sign anything because he had just done a job on another mobile home in park for close to $9000
i called someone she recommended he came out and fixed the problem and only cost me$300. I tend to be very trusting. naive i about how dishonest people can be. So be careful when using this company. Thank goodness I had someone to advise me not to trust this man.

Everything they say they are!! Just the best. Reasonable, professional and reliable. It is wonderful to support such a great, family owned business. Gabriel was great. Came out twice, on a Sunday, to help me install a new disposal.
