Everything that Elias and his team did, was with excellent quality, professionalism, cheerfully and helpfully. Our questions were all answered and their solutions were priced right and worked! They did our building's sewer Laterals, replacing the existing cracked pipe after thoroughly scoping it first. They did the same scoping for a broken dryer vent pipe after I spent endless hours and money on a different vent cleaning company who has no idea what they're doing!
I highly recommend Elias for any plumbing or sewer jobs. And, in fact, I recommended them twice already.

I manage a number of apartments and recently needed a complete sewer lateral replacement. Elias was fantastic. I was afraid I'd broken my disposal with a shattered glassware that somehow fell down the tubes and stopped my blades flat. I feared having to take apart the whole thing after grinding the blades from under the sink and digging out all the junk I could. It was time for re-enforement. Elias responded in less than a heart beat after I put out my request on Yelp. He even asked if I needed repair that evening or tomorrow morning but all I had was the afternoon so he slotted me in. He was great at communicating so we knew when to meet up. He let me hover and even showed me how to clear up and fix the problem next time it occurred with the right tools and a few tricks that none of the YouTubers had. Elias and his team are very professional and courteous. They helped me upgrade the galvanized piping to copper in the entire house as well as the installation of an earthquake automatic shut-off valve. His team was very careful not to contaminate the interior of the house. After their work, they cleaned up all the mess near the working areas and restored the appearance. We did not even notice the difference in our plantation in our yard after the project. They checked all taps/toilets and gas appliances after the project even before I asked them to do so.

Elias and his crew were the best plumbers I have ever hired. 3 days before my new renters were supposed to move in, I discovered we had a hot water problem. Elias helped me try to solve the issue without doing a complete galvanized to copper replacement. But ultimately, that is what we had to do. He was fast, professional, met all deadlines, and delivered what was promised. Most impressive was his ability to be an expert in his field and still be a great communicator too. He texted me photos of his progress and was able to dial internationally (3 other companies couldn't figure out how to dial an international number). Elias is the most trustworthy and quality plumber you'll find in the East Bay. We were referred to him through our realtor - needed to have the lateral line replaced after buying in Oakland.
